Abstract

Conventional learning process that takes place in the same direction from the teacher to students, causing impaired social aspect or ability groups of students. One model of learning that appropriate to the problem is the type of cooperative learning Group Investigation (GI). GI learning model integrated with the technological aspects of digital cameras and the cultural landscape etnosains subak. This study aimed to investigate the effect of cooperative learning model GI to student group behavior, and how group behavior influence the outcome of photovoice students. The experiment was conducted in Amarawati Tampaksiring junior high school, data collection techniques using group behavior assessment rubrics and photovoice results rubrics assessment. Students learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom (Subak Pulagan). The results showed there is an increasing number of group behavior score from 235,0 to 430,5, with a significance level of each aspect of the assessment using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs are aspects of group participation (p =0.028), division of responsibility (p=0.028) , quality interactions (p=0.026), and the role of members in the group (p=0.027). This suggests that there are real differences in behavior between groups of students before and after learning. As for the impact of the group behavior to photovoice results of the test using the Spearman Rank Correlation, obtained correlation coefficient (ρ=0.928) is shown with a positive sign, meaning that increasing group behavior is increasing as well the results of the student photovoice. With a significance level (p=0.008 <0.01) which indicates that the group behavior of very significant effect on the results of photovoice. Conclusions of this study are given effective learning to improve student groups so with good interaction within the group, then the task is given by making photovoice obtain maximum results

Abstract

The research carried out on Java deer (Cervus timorensis) at two captive sites are in Cariu Bogor regency, which is lowlands and Ranca Upas Bandung regency which is a plateau. Both these locations have the altitude, temperature and air humidity, rainfall and different maintenance management. Observation on this research from the morning until late afternoon, 12 hours a day (at 06.00 am until 18.00 pm) lasted for 6 months from November 2005-May 2006. The purpose of this study to determine the feeding behavior: a) time of grazing; b) the amount of pull grazing per minute; c) the amount of cud per minute in the two breeding sites by sex and age groups. The results showed that the timing of grazing in the paddock, Javan deer in Cariu have longer and highly significant difference (P <0.01) than in Ranca Upas. When compared to the number of pull grazing per minute Javanese deer in each age group adults, youth and fawn in Cariu with the Ranca Upas respectively are: 59.15 ± 6.70> 46.44 6.39 (P<0.01); 55.64 ± 6.02> 45.00 ± 6.40 (P <0.01); 58.55 ± 9.06> 43.50 ± 2.12 (P <0.05 .) While many Javan Deer cud per minute in each age group adults, youth and fawn in Cariu compared with Ranca Upas respectively are: 58.60 ± 4.14 <62.00 ± 3.62 (P <0 , 01); 52.69 ± 5.04 <59.00 ± 2.53 (P <0.05); 46.70 ± 1.70 <49.50 ± 0.71 (P <0.05). High distinction, quality and type of grass that is eaten Javan deer in Cariu and Ranca Upas cause differences of long grazing in the paddock , the number of pull grazing per minute and the number of cud per minute, besides feeding the cut and carry on a Javan deer in Cariu cause time grazing in the paddock at the Javan deer in Cariu shorter than the Javan deer in Ranca Upas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan pada pengaruh dari disiplin kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap suatu kinerja karyawan di Hotel Fivelement Retreat Bali. Lokasi penelitian ini di Hotel Fivelement Retreat Bali. Sampel digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 61 responden. Waktu penelitian selama 6 bulan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik pada analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap suatu kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh secara simultan signifikan terhadap suatu kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja dan komunikasi sangat berpengaruh signfikan terhadap suatu kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh pada disiplin kerja, komunikasi dan lokasi terhadap suatu kinerja karyawan adalah 52,9%. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari peneliti adalah Hotel Fivelement Retreat Bali diharapkan Pihak Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali hendaknya membina komunikasi yang terjalin antar karyawan, dengan secara berkala membuat kegiatan kebersamaan antar karyawan seperti outing dan selalu melakukan mediasi atau menjadi penengah apabila terjadi konflik antar karyawan, serta selalu tegas dalam menerapkan aturan yang berlaku. This study aims at the effect of work discipline and communication simultaneously and partially on an employee's performance at the Fivelement Retreat Hotel Bali. The location of this research is the Fivelement Retreat Hotel Bali. The sample used in the study was 61 respondents. Research time for 6 months. The sample used is a saturated sample. The technique of data analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the study it can be seen that work discipline has a significant effect on an employee's performance, communication has a significant simultaneous effect on an employee's performance, work discipline and communication have a significant effect on a performance. employee. The magnitude of the influence on work discipline, communication and location on an employee's performance is 52.9%. Suggestions that can be given from researchers are Fivelements Retreat Hotel Bali, it is hoped that the Bali Fivelements Retreat Hotel should foster communication between employees, by periodically making togetherness activities between employees such as outings and always mediating or mediating when conflicts occur between employees, and always strict in applying the applicable rules.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai sebuah kepuasan konsumen, perusahaan sangat tergantung dengan harga yang ditawarkan, produk yang ditawarkan dan tempat itu dibangun. Namun kenyataannya banyak perusahaan masih banyak mengalami masalah-masalah dengan hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, produk guest supplies dan lokasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan tamu di Alila Villas Uluwatu. Lokasi penelitian di Alila Villas Uluwatu yang dilakukan dari bulan Maret sampai Juli 2022. Pendekatan penelitian adalah dengan metode quota sampling dengan tamu sebagai sampel sebanyak 66 responden penelitian. Hasil menunjukan bahwa persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu, produk guest supplies berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu, lokasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan tamu. secara simultan harga, produk guest supplies dan lokasi berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kepuasan tamu. Besarnya pengaruh persepsi harga, produk guest supplies dan lokasi terhadap kapuasan tamu adalah 55,6%. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Alila Villas Uluwatu diharapkan membuat kebijakan harga yang baik, memberikan produk guest supplies yang berkualitas kepada konsumen dan membantu konsumen apabila kesulitas mencari lokasi Alila Villas Uluwatu, serta membuat papan nama dan petunjuk arah yang lebih besar. To achieve a customer satisfaction, the company is very dependent on the price offered, the product offered and the place where it was built. But the reality is that many companies are still experiencing many problems with this. This study aims to determine the effect of perception prices, guest supplies products and locations partially and simultaneously on guest satisfaction at Alila Villas Uluwatu. The research location is in Alila Villas Uluwatu which was conducted from March to July 2022. The research approach was by the quota sampling method with guests as a sample of 66 research respondents. The results show that price has a significant effect on guest satisfaction, guest supplies products have a significant effect on guest satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on guest satisfaction. Simultaneously, perception the price, guest supplies and location products have a significant effect on guest satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of perception prices, guest supplies products and location on guest capacity was 55.6%. The advice that researchers can give is that Alila Villas Uluwatu is expected to make good price policies, provide quality guest supplies products to consumers and help consumers if they are struggling to find the location of Alila Villas Uluwatu, as well as make bigger signage and directions.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi di era globalisasi menuntut para pelaku usaha menawarkan inovasi dan kreativitas dalam usaha yang dibuat, sehingga mampu bersaing dalam dunia bisnis. Daya saing menjadi hal yang penting dalam persaingan bisnis, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing, salah satunya membangun brand image. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pembentuk brand image, strategi membangun brand image dalam meningkatkan daya saing, dan strategi alternatif pembentukan brand image di Humble Espresso Denpasar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 faktor pembentuk brand image di Humble Espressso, terdapat 10 strategi membangun brand image dalam meningkatkan daya saing di Humble Espresso, dan startegi alternatif berdasarkan posisi kuadran Humble Espresso yaitu kuadran I dengan nilai Total Attractive Score (TAS) tertinggi yaitu 10,4 adalah dengan melakukan strategi prioritas menghasilkan produk berkualitas dengan bahan baku lokal diproses dengan mesin khusus namun menawarkan harga terjangkau.

Abstract

Salah satu syarat agar Coffee Shop menjadi sukses dalam persaingan di masa depan adalah berusaha mencapai tujuan dengan menciptakan dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Kualitas Layanan (X3) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) di Barak Coffee Shop Buleleng. Tempat penelitan di Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Maret 2021-Agustus 2021. Populasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat sekitar Buleleng yang berkunjung ke Barak Coffee Shop. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 for windows dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan analisis determinasi. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Kualitas Layanan (X3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Demikian juga secara simultan X1, X2 dan X3 berpengaruh nyata terhadap Y. One of the conditions for a Coffee Shop to be successful in future competition is to try to achieve its goals by creating and retaining customers. This study aims to determine how the effect of product (X1), price (X2) and service quality (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Barak Coffee Shop Buleleng. Research site in Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. The time of the study starts from March 2021- August 2021. The population used in this study is the people around Buleleng who visit Barak Coffee Shop. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The type of research used is co-relational research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. The analytical technique used is quantitative analysis using SPSS version 25 for windows with multiple linear regression analysis methods, t test, f test and analysis of determination. The results of this analysis show that partially, Product (X1), Price (X2) and Service Quality (X3) have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Likewise, simultaneously X1, X2 and X3 had a significant effect on Y.

Abstract

Pesisi restaurant ditemukan kurangnya produktivitas kerja karyawan dalam melayani tamu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah staff dari Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur yang berjumlah 32 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan penelitian korelasional Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data adalah kuisioner yang diteruskan ke sejumlah responden tertentu untuk mendapatkan data primer dengan teknik analisa data melalui Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan 2) Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dan 3) Prlatihan dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh sangat nyata) terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Karyawan At pesisi restaurant there is a lack of employee productivity in serving guest. This study aims to determine how much influence job training and leadership have on employee productivity at Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur. The population in this study were staff from Pesisi Restaurant Hotel The Alantara Sanur, amounting to 32 people. The research method used is a quantitative approach with correlational research. While the technique used to obtain data is a questionnaire which is forwarded to a certain number of respondents to obtain primary data with data analysis techniques through Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Training (X1) partially has a very significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y) and through regular training of employees will be able to improve the abilities and knowledge of employees so that in work they can increase productivity. 2) Leadership (X2) partially has a very significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y) and 3) Training (X1) and Leadership (X2) Simultan has a very significant effect on Employee Work Productivity (Y).

Abstract

Pelatihan dan Kepemimpinan sangat penting untuk produktivitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan oktober hingga bulan April 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Staff Noaa Social dining Seminyak Kuta dengan sampel 30 orang dengan Teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linier berganda. Permasalahan yang akan diteliti adalah; (1) bagaimanakah pengaruh pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Noaa Social dining Seminyak? (2) Bagaimanakah pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Noaa Social dining Seminyak Kuta? Dan (3) bagaimanakan pengaruh pelatihan dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Noaa Social dining Seminyak Kuta? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas dengan Y. Adapun dimensi kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh adalah Katalisator dan Bersikap Menghargai dan dimensi yang tidak berpengaruh adalah Bersifat adil, Memberi sugesti, Mendukung tujuan, Menciptakan rasa aman, Sebagai wakil organisasi dan Sumber inspirasi. Training and Leadership is very important for work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and leadership on employee productivity. The research was conducted from October to April 2021. The population in this study were all Noaa Social dining Seminyak Kuta staff with a sample of 30 people using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The problems to be studied are; (1) what is the effect of training on employee work productivity at Noaa Social dining Seminyak? (2) How does leadership affect employee work productivity at Noaa Social dining Seminyak Kuta? And (3) what is the effect of training and leadership on employee work productivity at Noaa Social dining Seminyak Kuta? The results of the study show that Leadership (X2) has a partially significant effect on Productivity with Y. The influential dimensions of leadership are Catalyst and Appreciative and dimensions that are not influential are Fair, Giving suggestions, Supporting goals, Creating a sense of security, As an organizational representative and a source of inspiration.
