Abstract

Banjar/Dusun Kiadan saja sedangkan potensi wisata di delapan banjar lainnya belum dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan daya tarik wisata di Desa Pelaga berdasarkan analisis Tourist Area Life Cycle. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah pihak/pakar yang terlibat dalam pengeloaan daya tarik wisata di Desa Pelaga termasuk masyarakat sekitar yang mempunyai peran pada suatu kawasan wisata. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa daya tarik wisata di Desa Pelaga berdasarkan teori Tourist Area Life Cycle, terdapat beberapa daya tarik wisata yang ada di Desa Pelaga, diantaranya adalah Jembatan Tukad Bangkung, Air Terjun Nungnung, Jalur Trekking Perkebunan, Gunung Pucak Mangu, dan Air Terjun Tukad Bangkung. Daya tarik wisata tersebut berada pada posisi tahapan involvement (pelibatan) dan development (pengembangan).

Abstract

The importance of financial statements with business objectives to be ongoing (going concern), the need for complete financial reports is increasing. Good financial management will ultimately make homestays able to compete and maintain their existence in the tourism industry business. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence financial statement information on homestay owners in Pelaga Tourism Village. The data used in this study are primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample in this study were homestay owners in Pelaga Tourism Village as many as 35 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results research reveals that accounting training, education level, accounting understanding, and the owner's experience has a positive effect on the homestay owner's perception of the financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini elemen tempat adalah Hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali, elemen pelaku yaitu konsumen yang ada di Hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali, dan elemen aktivitas yaitu konsumen yang sudah pernah menginap di Hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive samplingdengan teknik analisis SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, social media marketing berpengaruh secara positifdan signifikan terhadap repeat purchase, social media marketing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image,brand image berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap repeat purchase, brand image secara positif dan signifikan mampumemediasi pengaruh social media marketing terhadap repeat purchase.

Abstract

Accounting information provides a reliable basis for making financial decisions related to small business operations, such as market trends, pricing and other decisions. Due to the homestay owner's lack of understanding of the business process in preparing the business financial report, the company's operating funds and personal funds are still separated as one entity, and performance is not properly communicated. The purpose of this training activity is to assist homestay owners in the preparation and preparation of financial reports through training using smartphone enabled applications and to facilitate homestay owners to learn and use financial reporting applications. Training activities for homestay owners of Pelaga Tourist Village will be conducted using methods of lectures, tutorials, discussions and simulations. The training be conducted online using Zoom meetings. 17 homestay owners participated in the training. Survey results showed that 88% of participants were willing to use a digital financial reporting application (in this case his UKM application) to obtain transactions and financial reports for each host family . Only 16% of participants had knowledge of 'UKM' prior to the training. Additionally, activity participants were also able to use her UKM application to prepare financial reports, as all participants attempted to make and enter financial transactions on her “UKM” application.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan suatu upaya dalam membantu masyarakat yang dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan diri sendiri sehingga mereka dapat memecahkan masalah- masalah secara mandiri. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan demi tercapainya tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu metode sosialisasi dimana yang memberikan materi tersebut dijelaskan oleh Pihak IDEP Foundation kemudian pada hari Sabtu 1 April 2023 melakukan praktik langsung penanaman benih sayuran bayam hijau dan sawi hijau di Ladang Pinge. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan di Laduma Pinge ini dan materi yang dijelaskan oleh perwakilan Yayasan IDEP Foundation ini dapat mengurangi kendala dalam pertanian para petani di Desa Pinge.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of homestay owners' perceptions of Pinge Tourism Village financial reporting by their level of education, accounting experience, and understanding. The data collection method in this study was based on a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The sample for this survey was a homestay owner from Pinge Tourist Village, and 51 of them were the respondents. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi setiap pelaku UMKM Khususnya Busana Adat Bali terhadap aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android, Sehingga dapat memberikan pandangan seberapa pentingnya aplikasi akuntansi pada usaha tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Dalam TAM, terdapat dua variabel khusus yang merupakan penentu utama dari penerimaan pengguna, yaitu persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM busana adat Bali di Denpasar Utara sebanyak 13 UMKM, sehingga teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling, dimana sampel yang digunakan sama dengan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Persepsi kegunaan yang diukur dengan indikator Captured Applicability, Flexibility, Interactivity dikategoriakan baik, Hal ini berarti bahwa aplikasi UKM dapat berguna dan mendukung aktivitas pencatatan transaksi akuntansi pada UMKM Busana Adat Bali di Denpasar Utara. Persepsi kemudahaan yang diukur dengan desirability dan attachment juga dikategorikan baik, hal ini berarti aplikasi UKM dapat mudah digunakan dalam aktivitas pencatatan transaksi akuntansi pada UMKM Busana Adat Bali di Denpasar Utara.

Abstract

Business owners must recognize the importance of accounting in financial management and preparation of financial reports, thus understanding the owners' perceptions of their business and accounting is necessary. The objective of this research is to understand the perceptions of homestay owners in Denpasar regarding homestay businesses and financial accounting. This study utilized a descriptive analysis method, gathering data from 45 homestay owners in Denpasar. Validity and reliability tests indicated that all research instruments were valid and reliable. The research findings revealed that homestay owners have a very positive perception of homestay businesses, with a good understanding of homestay definitions and economic value. However, challenges related to business funding still exist. Additionally, homestay owners recognize the importance of bookkeeping and accounting, but limitations in knowledge and resources hinder their implementation. As a result, the quality of homestay financial reports still falls short of applicable accounting standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk menganalisa pengaruh atau dampak yang diberikan oleh reservasi melalui travel agent terhadap tingkat hunian kamar (occupancy) dari Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua. Penelitian ini disusun dengan rancangan penelitian dengan memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh berbentuk angka dan nantinya dideskripsikan dengan uraian singkat. Uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi berganda, uji T, uji F, dan juga koefisien determinasi merupakan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. berdasarkan proses pengumpulan data dan proses analisis data yang telah dijalankan pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tingkat hunian kamar menerima pengaruh yang signifikan dari proses pemesanan kamar/reservasi dari media online dan juga offline di Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua. Di tengah perkembangan pesat teknologi komunikasi dimana banyak bermunculan media reservasi/pemesanan kamar dan akomodasi wisata lainnya, reservasi yang datang dari offline travel agent masih berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar pada Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti memberikan saran kepada pihak hotel tidak hanya dari pihak Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua namun juga terhadap semua pihak hotel yang ada di bali agar menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak-pihak travel offline namun juga ikut bersaing dengan penyedia akomodasi perhotelan secara online. This research was conducted with the main objective to analyze the effect or impact given by a reservation through a travel agent on the room occupancy rate of Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua. This research was prepared with a research design using a quantitative approach where the data obtained were in the form of numbers and later described with a brief description. Classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, and also the coefficient of determination are data analysis techniques used in this study. Based on the data collection process and data analysis process that has been carried out in this study, it was found that the room occupancy rate received a significant influence from the room booking/reservation process from online and offline media at Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua. In the midst of the rapid development of communication technology where there are many media reservation/booking rooms and other tourist accommodations, reservations that come from offline travel agents still have a significant effect on the room occupancy rate at Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua. From the results of this study, researchers provide advice to the hotel not only from the Graha Socio Hotel Nusa Dua but also to all hotel parties in Bali in order to establish good relations with offline travel parties but also compete with online hotel accommodation providers.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan untuk melihat dampak dari pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Suriwathi. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Maret hingga Juli 2022. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner dan wawancara. Menggunakan sampling jenuh 31 responden yang merupakan semua karyawan hotel Suriwathi. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Suriwathi. This study was conducted to see the impact of work experience and compensation on employee performance at Hotel Suriwathi. The research was conducted from March to July 2022. Using a quantitative approach with questionnaires and interviews as research instruments. Using saturated sampling 31 respondents who are all employees of Suriwathi hotel. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that work experience and compensation have a partially significant positive effect on employee performance at Suriwathi Hotel.
