Abstract

High diversity of plant in University of Jember caused a safe, healthy, and beautiful environment. Almost all the plant are Spermatophyta and have woody form. Spermatophyta is a group of plant that has seed as the main characteristic. The woody plant (arbo) is a plant that has stem from wood, big form, and various type. This research aimed to know the kinds of Spermatophyta around Jember University. This research was included as a qualitative descriptive research, which is carried to drawing, interpretating and describing data systematically, factual, and accurate about the facts and the characteristics of Spermatophyta around of University of Jember. The research design contained location the selection of research location, sample and picture taking, and plant identifying. The method of sample taking was cruise. There were 4.644 of Spermatophyta that already found, that contained 80 species and grouped on 32 families. These families were Anacardiaceae, Annonaceae, Apocynaceae, Araucariaceae, Arecaceae, Bignoniaceae, Burseraceae, Calophyllaceae, Casuarinaceae, Combretaceae, Cupressaceae, Ebenaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Flacourtiaceae, Gnetaceae, Lamiaceae, Lauraceae, Lecythidaceae, Lythraceae, Magnoliaceae, Malvaceae, Meliaceae, Moraceae, Muntingiaceae, Myrtaceae, Oxalidaceae, Phyllanthaceae, Pinaceae, Rubiaceae, Sapindaceae, and Sapotaceae. Abstract

Song or music work is a complete copyrighted work, that song or music is a copyrighted work unit that must be protected. The case between Ahmad Dhani and Once Mekel regarding copyright began when Ahmad Dhani banned Once Mekel from performing a song created by Dewa 19. Apart from that, Ahmad Dhani demanded royalties for the song he composed, which was sung by Once Mekel. This research uses normative juridical research methods. The regulation of song copyright works according to Law Number 28 of 2014 Concerning Copyright, regulates exclusive rights including moral rights and economic rights obtained by the copyright subject. Royalties are compensation for the use of the economic rights of a creation or related product received by the creator or owner of the related rights. Government Regulation Number 56 of 2021 Concerning Song and/or Music Copyright Royalty Management, requires that everyone who makes commercial use of songs and/or music pays royalties to the creator, copyright holder, and/or owner of the related rights through institution. National Institute of Collective Management. Government Regulation Number 56 of 2021 aims to strengthen Law Number 28 of 2014 which regulates many matters relating to the principal of royalty receipts, procedures for managing royalties, distribution of royalties to responsible agencies, and royalties from users of musical works.

Abstract

This activity is to develop Scout extracurricular activities at SDN 1 Pangkut. Extracurriculars are school programs that aim to develop students potential, interests and talents. Apart from that, it is also a material for improving student achievement. In its implementation, good and regular management is needed so that these extracurricular activities can run well. This research aims to determine the management of Scout extracurricular activities at SDN 1 PANGKUT after the Covid-19 pandemic. With this activity, students can practice Dasa Darma and Tri Satya. This extracurricular can discipline students to live independently and get to know the vastness of nature. This activity also provides non-academic material. The aim of this activity is to apply rows correctly and according to the directions given. Students also gain knowledge of scouting history and scouting materials. With prominent activities in improving the quality of life and environmental sustainability, Scout KKN not only provides short-term benefits, but also creates a sustainable positive impact in the long term. Scout KKN students become agents of change who not only focus on physical development, but also pay attention to social and environmental aspects, creating a better and more sustainable generation in the future. In a discussion regarding Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities with the theme of Scouting.
