Milkfish (Chanos chanos) is potential source of easily digested, yet easily decayed animal protein. Salting using table salt (NaCl) is a common technique used to prevent early spoilage on milkfish meat. In study, the effect of salting on of milkfish was investigated using SDS-PAGE method. The aim were: 1. To evaluate protein profile before and after salting in milkfish at varied salt concentration and salting time. 2. To recommend milkfish salting process based on denaturation level of protein reflected by changes in protein profile compared to that of control. Seven portionsof meat from one fresh milkfish was used as samples (6 portions) and control (1 portion). All samples were salted using NaCl at concentration of 10, 20, and 30% b/b in varied salting time of 30 and 60 mins. The results showed that the milkfish meat before salting process (control) had atotal 15 protein bands. The total protein band number decreased in samples salted for 30 mins at NaCl concentrations of 10, 20 and 30% b/v to become 14, 14 and 12 bands respectively. Further decrease of the band number was observed in samples salted for 60 mins at NaCl concentrations of 10, 20 and 30% b/v where the number became 12, 11 and 10, respectively. Molecular weightanalysis on these results showed that salting process of milkfish for 30 min at NaCl concentration of 10% b/v is most recommended as its profile protein showed the least change of protein bands from control’s.Keywors: Penggaraman, Ikan bandeng profil protein, SDS-PAGE

One of the environmental pollution is water pollution through rivers, and one of the factors is wastedisposal by ships on the Siak River. The level of pollution of the Siak River, is increasingly worrisome. TheSiak River has been proven to be polluted but the Environmental Criminal Law Enforcement on the SiakRiver has not run optimally. The police in terms of enforcement is still slow, because law enforcementofficers carry out their duties if there are reports from the media. Meanwhile in Indonesia there is anindependent supervisory institution whose function is to supervise and the institution is the Office of theEnvironment of Siak Regency and the Police of Siak Resort. The purpose of this thesis, namely First to findout the law enforcement of criminal acts of ship waste disposal in the jurisdiction of the Police of SiakResort. Secondly to find out the obstacles in law enforcement of criminal acts of ship waste in thejurisdiction of the Siak Resort Police. Third, to find out the efforts made to overcome the legal barriers tocriminal acts of vessel waste disposal in the jurisdiction of the Siak Resort Police.This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological research. The research locationsare the Siak Regency Environmental Office and the Siak Resort Police. The data sources used are primarydata and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and literature review.After the data collected is then analyzed qualitatively by using the deductive method, namely drawingconclusions from things that are general to things that are specific.From the results of the study there are three main things that can be concluded. First, theenforcement of environmental criminal law by the Environmental Service (DLH) and the Siak Resort Policetowards perpetrators of environmental destruction and pollution is carried out in a pre-emtive, preventiveand repressive manner. The two problems faced by the TIPITER Unit of the Siak Resort Police are in theenforcement of environmental criminal law where internal and external constraints have been found. Thethree efforts made by the TIPITER Unit of the Siak Resort Police and the Siak Regency EnvironmentalAgency (DLH) are supposed to overcome obstacles both internally and externally.Keywords: Environmental Pollution - Law Enforcement - Siak River

Pelayanan komunikasi terapeutik mempunyai posisi yang strategis dalam menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dirumah sakit, pelayanan yang tepat dan sesuai standar akan memberikan kepuasan bagi pasien untuk menilai kinerja rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kepuasaan pasien yang dilakukan pembedahan elektif di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak IPHI Batu. Desain penelitian mengunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pasien dengan proses penentuan secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisa data yang di gunakan yaitu uji spearman rank dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sebagian besar (66,7%) responden mendapatkan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik dengan baik dan sebagian besar (80,0%) responden puas terhadap pembedahan elektif, sedangkan hasil spearman rank didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 < α (0,05) atau H1 diterima, artinya “ada hubungan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kepuasaan pasien yang dilakukan pembedahan elektif di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak IPHI Batu”. Dengan demikian dalam memberikan pelayanan komunikasi terapeutik maka perawat harus berpatokan pada standar keparawatan untuk menciptakan kepuasan pasien. ABSTRACT Therapeutic communication services have a strategic position in determining the quality of health services in hospitals, appropriate and standardized services will provide satisfaction for patients to assess hospital performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of therapeutic communication and the level of satisfaction of patients who performed elective surgery at the IPHI Batu Mother and Child Hospital. The research design uses correlational design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 30 patients with the determination process using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is the Spearman rank test using SPSS. The results of the study prove that most of the (66.7%) respondents get good therapeutic communication and most (80.0%) respondents are satisfied with elective surgery, while the spearman rank results are p-value = 0.000

This study reveal human capital is one of company resources that have value and role in the use of others. Therefore, a proper management system is important and required to determine the success of company. A good company must be supported with high qualified employees that have invitiative, creative and discipline. To have this attributes, a qualified leader plays an important role in supporting professional development of its subordinate. They matter for the extent to which the center support, stimulates and subsidies professional development. Therefore, staff quality is maintained by leadership that motivates and encourage working as team, information sharing and professional staff development. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of work conflict with work motivation at PT. Paramita Bangun Sarana. The sample is collected based on survey to 100 employess. The methods are validitas test, reliability test, simple regression, correlation test, coefficient determination, and hypothesis. Based on the sample calculation and analyze, we come into regression equation: ? With this simple method, the conlusion is that the variabel of work conflict has significant impact to work motivation. With value of and coefficient determinate (KD)=47,61% with result of correlation coefficient r=0,69. Therefore, we conclude that work conflict influences work motivation of employee (hypothesis is accepted).

Telur adalah salah satu pangan sumber protein yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena memiliki rasa yang lezat mudah dicerna, bergizi tinggi, mudah diperoleh dan memiliki harga yang murah. Namun, telur segar mempunyai batas waktu penyimpanan yang singkat, oleh sebab itu perlu diawetkan dengan cara pengasinan. Telur asin merupakan telur yang diawetkan dengan cara penggaraman agar membuang rasa amis dan menciptakan rasa yang khas. Saat perendaman akan terjadi penambahan konsentrasi garam pada bagian dalam putih dan kuning telur sehingga mempengaruhi tekstur, warna, aroma dan rasa. Di sisi lain, penambahan konsentrasi garam pada putih telur dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya denaturasi protein yang akan menurunkan kadar protein dalam telur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar NaCl dan kadar protein telur asin berdasarkan lama pengeraman 0, 4, 9 dan 14 hari yang dianalisis dengan metode mohr untuk menentukan kadar NaCl dan metode kjeldahl untuk menganalisis kadar protein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan kadar protein selama penyimpanan, sementara kadar kadar NaCl mengalami peningkatan. Kadar NaCl pada 0, 4, 9 dan 14 hari berturut-turut adalah 14.59%, 44.19%, 57.25 %, 63.29%, kemudian kadar protein telur asin pada 0, 4, 9 dan 14 hari berturut-turut adalah 15.00%, 12.92%, 11.08%, dan 8.38%. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi NaCl berdasarkan lama pengeraman dapat menurunkan kadar protein.

Arthritis Gout adalah penyakit gangguan metabolisme purin yang ditandai dengan keadaan kadar Arthritis Gout melebihi 7 mg/dL pada laki-laki dan lebih dari 6 mg/dL pada wanita. Arthritis Gout dipicu meningkatnya asupan makanan kaya purin, dan kurangnya intake cairan (air putih), sehingga proses pembuangannya melalui ginjal menurun. Apabila asupan dan pola makan tidak dikontrol maka kadar Arthritis Gout darah yang berlebihan akan menimbulkan penumpukkan kristal Arthritis Gout, apabila kristal berada dalam cairan sendi maka akan menyebabkan penyakit Arthritis Gout . Arthritis Gout termasuk penyakit degeneratif yang menyerang persendian, dan paling sering dijumpai di masyarakat terutama dialami oleh lanjut usia.Tujuan penelitian: penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Efektivitas pemberian terapi kompres Air hangat jahe merah untuk mengurangi nyeri sendi terhadap penyakit Arthritis Gout . Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperiment yang menggunakan model one group pretest and posttest design. Sampel penelitian menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 49 pasien. Hasil: Didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (<0.05). hal ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima kesimpulan : terdapat Efektivitas pemberian terapi kompres air hangat jahe merah untuk mengurangi nyeri sendi terhadap penyakit Arthritis Gout pada lansia di lingkungan RT 06 RW 02 ciganjur kecamatan jagakarsa
