Abstract

Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan model pembelajaran yang lebih memberi peluang kepada peserta didik untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran walaupun guru dikatakan masih menjadi kendali utama, model ini dapat melatih siswa untuk berani mengemukakan atau menanyakan sesuatu yang menurutnya kurang jelas dan memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Model Project Based Learning ini dapat menjadikan pembelajaran lebih bervariasi yang berpusat pada peserta didik (student center) dan menetapkan guru sebagai motivator dan fasilitator, dimana peserta didik diberi peluang bekerja secara otonom mengkontruksi belajarnya.  Dari penjelasan tersebut, maka model pembelajaran project based learning dirasa cocok untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan harus dikuatkan sejak dini, agar kedepannya peserta didik dapat terbiasa dalam mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar nantinya peserta didik dapat menjadi warga negara yang baik bagi nusa dan bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

The beauty industry continues to grow rapidly throughout the world, triggering increasingly fierce competition among beauty clinics. Promotional strategies, especially offering treatment discounts, are key in maintaining and increasing market share. This research investigates the major price discount strategy through the marketing communications mix at The Alfein Beauty Clinic in Bogor City. Qualitative research methods were used through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results show that the size of the price discount, the promotional period, and the type of product offered influence the success of the promotional strategy. Social, cultural, individual, and psychological factors also play a role in consumer purchasing behavior. In conclusion, a deep understanding of these dynamics is important in developing effective marketing strategies. The size of the discount, the promotional period, and the type of product must be considered carefully. Understanding social, cultural, individual, and psychological factors helps design responsive promotions. This research provides valuable insights for the beauty industry in facing competition and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In the 21st century, school leaders are expected to be able to streamline school administration, including developing the teaching and learning process. School administrators must have special skills and skills that are superior and different from previous school administrators. This research aims to examine the relationship between skills in the 21st century and increasing the competency of Gorontalo City school principals. The research method used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The participants in this research were 30 school principals in Gorontalo City who were chosen randomly. Data was collected through a questionnaire that assessed skills in the 21st century and increased competency of school principals. Data analysis was carried out using correlation statistical techniques to determine the relationship between these variables.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze followers' participation through the like feature on disaster information content of the Instagram account @bogor24update and its contribution to shaping social media image. A qualitative approach with a single case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation, including insight data and screenshots of posts from December 2025 to January 2026. The findings reveal that likes represent the most dominant form of initial participation. Likes are not merely interpreted as expressions of enjoyment but rather as indicators of attention, information acceptance, and forms of empathy and social concern toward disasters. The high number of likes is influenced by the urgency of the event, its widespread impact on the community, and the quality of visual content. Participation through likes also contributes to building @bogor24update's image as a relevant, fast, and trustworthy local information medium on social media. However, establishing a strong image also requires active two-way communication between the admin and followers. This study recommends improving visual content quality and admin responsiveness to the audience.

Abstract

Bullying is a social phenomenon that frequently occurs in everyday life and is often portrayed in media as a reflection of power imbalance This study aims to analyze the forms of bullying represented in the film Rumah untuk Alie on Netflix. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a representation analysis method. Data were collected through observation of selected scenes depicting bullying behaviors in the film. The findings reveal that bullying is represented in various forms, including physical, verbal, emotional, and social exclusion. These forms are portrayed through interactions between characters in both family and social environments, illustrating how bullying occurs in different contexts. The results indicate that bullying in the film is not presented as a simple act, but rather as a complex social phenomenon involving emotional impact and unequal power relations. This study implies that film, as a medium, plays an important role in shaping audience understanding of bullying, particularly in recognizing that bullying can occur not only physically but also through subtle social and emotional actions.
