Abstract

The phenomenon of children's song crises, especially those based on the values of politeness, is an important issue that must be addressed wisely. Children's songs are rarely taught at school because children feel bored with the songs that have been delivered when in kindergarten. This causes children to tend to prefer adult songs which, of course, are inadequate for the mental maturity conditions of children. Adult songs, whether they are pop, rock, metal, or dangdut lack the modesty characters needed by children because they are not consumed by children. Charity value characters have not been optimized such as greeting, excuse me, please, apologize, and thank you. This problem is a challenge in the design and creation of children's songs based on politeness values. Song copyright design has stages of identification, design, manufacture, recording, and feasibility testing. The song creation is expected to be one of the modification of the results of the theme of politeness and make it a habit of modesty.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki implikasi sentral untuk peran guru pendidikan musik dan pengembangan profesional. Berdasarkan hasil studi yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa guru sejatinya memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan, khususnya dalam pembelajaran seni, sehingga guru harus memahami hakikat secara filosofis tentang peran dan fungsinya, khususnya dalam pembelajaran musik. Pembelajaran musik harus mampu memberikan ruang bagi pengembangan kreativitas berpikir dan kreativitas rasa keindahan anak, serta dunia anak. Hal ini didasarkan karena pada hakikatnya musik merupakan sebuah bunyi yang memberikan rasa keindahan bagi siapapun dan memiliki berbagai fungsi yang berkaitan langsung dengan perasaan dan pemikiran manusia. Oleh sebab itu, guru harus mampu memperhatikan karakteristik musik anak sekolah dasar dengan baik sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran musik dapat bermakna dan tujuan pembelajaran tercapai secara optimal sejalan dengan apa yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Workaholic Parent is a condition where both parents prioritize their work. Indeed, the work is also done to meet the needs of children and families. But besides, that there is something to note is the development of children. A child does not only need satisfaction in the financial field alone. But a child needs attention and encouragement, especially from a mother figure. In this study, the authors will explore the impact of workaholic parents on the moral development of children. In Indonesia today it becomes a problem that must be addressed immediately so that the nation's next generation is not morally deteriorated. In this study, the authors used quality methods or journal reviews. The source that the author took comes from an article, in a trusted journal It is true that work is a priority among the community. However, it must be evaluated immediately through parenting activities for parents about the urgency of love and attention that parents should give to their children. in addition, there needs to be planting awareness that there needs to be a quality time selection to be given to children. In such a way, it is expected that the level of satisfaction felt by the child to spend time with parents so that at the time of moral development process can be passed well.

Abstract

Rendahnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital interaktif dalam pembelajaran IPAS, khususnya pada materi Keragaman Budaya Jawa Barat di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan dan penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 serta pemahaman budaya siswa terhadap materi Keragaman Budaya Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas III SD Negeri 215 Rancasagatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, LKPD, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Articulate Storyline 3 dirancang dengan memuat konten budaya Jawa Barat yang disajikan secara visual dan interaktif. Implementasi media dilaksanakan dalam empat pertemuan dengan rata-rata keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 94,65%. Penggunaan media mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap keragaman budaya Jawa Barat. Siswa dapat mengenali berbagai unsur budaya serta memahami pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal. Dengan demikian, Articulate Storyline 3 dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif yang mendukung pembelajaran budaya secara lebih menarik, bermakna, dan mudah dipahami.

Abstract

Social Studies (IPS) education at the elementary level aims to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, yet traditional teaching methods often fall short in achieving these goals. This study compares the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) models in enhancing students’ problem-solving competencies, particularly in the context of cultural diversity. A quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design, was employed, involving 4th-grade students divided into two groups: one taught via Flipped Classroom (using Google Sites for home-based learning) and the other via PBL. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests and analyzed using Independent Sample t-test in SPSS.Results indicated that both methods improved problem-solving skills, with post-test averages rising from 47.2 to 85.6 (Flipped Classroom) and 46.6 to 76.2 (PBL). Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference between the groups (p = 0.003 < 0.05), confirming the superiority of Flipped Classroom. The model’s flexibility in self-paced learning and structured in-class discussions enabled deeper engagement and collaboration, aligning with 21st- century educational demands. This study underscores the potential of Flipped Classroom as an innovative approach to cultivating problem-solving skills in culturally diverse settings. Educators are encouraged to integrate technology and student-centered strategies to create adaptive learning environments

Abstract

This study examines the role of arts education in preserving the traditional art of Calung among Sundanese youth in Garut, Indonesia, focusing on the integration of situated learning and digital engagement. Utilizing a post-activity quantitative descriptive approach with a one-shot case study design, research was conducted with 25 youth participants from the Cahaya Gumelar Art Group in Jongor Village. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire to measure cognitive, affective, and conative responses, supplemented by structured interviews with community leaders and cultural elders. The findings demonstrate that the program was associated with high levels of participants' cultural engagement. Post-intervention, youth displayed high levels of cultural pride (96%) and a strong commitment (92%) to continuous participation in weekly practice. The combination of hands-on situated learning with digital media production was reported to be highly effective in rekindling cultural ownership and addressing local regeneration barriers. This study provides a practical framework for combining traditional apprenticeship with modern digital platforms to sustain intangible cultural heritage, directly contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11.4 regarding the protection of cultural heritage.
