Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the influence of problem-based learning and project citizen model in civic education (Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan) learning on student’s critical thinking ability as well as on student’sself discipline. It used quasi experiment method with pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The research population consisted of the 10th‐graders who were selected through simple random sampling technique. The data were collected through pretest, posttest, and observation and analyzed using manova test followed by post hoc Bonferroni test through SPSS program 22.0. The results show that 1) the problem-based learning and project citizen model have significant influence on student’s critical thinking ability, 2) they also have significant impact on self-discipline, and 3) overall, they significantly influence their critical thinking ability and self-discipline. Keywords: problem-based learning, project citizen, critical thinking, self-discipline PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING DAN PROJECT CITIZEN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan terhadap karaker disiplin siswa, dan terhadap baik kemampuan berpikir kritis maupun karakter disiplin siswa di SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi experiment dengan pretest-posttest no equivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol.Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas X. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling.Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest, posttest, dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan uji manova yang dilanjutkan dengan uji post hoc bonferroni menggunakan program SPSS 22.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) ada pengaruh signifikan model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 2) ada pengaruh signifikan model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap karakter disiplin siswa, dan 3) ada pengaruh signifikan model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan karakter disiplin siswa di SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman. Abstract

In the modern era at this time information technology has experienced very rapid development, especially in the world of education, the use and use of the internet in education continues to grow. E-learning is a form of learning that utilizes electronic devices, whether using internet access or not. In the world of education, the use of internet access has been widely used for the use of applications/systems as learning media. Thus, the purpose of this study is as follows to determine the benefits of e-learning learning media using WhatsApp in the learning process in universities amid the spread of COVID-19. The method used in this research is qualitative research, which is a type of research that produces findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or other quantitative methods. The subject of this research is the second semester students of the curriculum subject of the Indonesian language education study program as many as 39 resource persons using observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of this study are e-learning learning media using whatsapp is very useful to improve the learning process for students, especially during the pandemic, Not only that, the use of WhatsApp is also to complete the means of sending assignments from lecturers to students because from the aspect of time it is very efficient, it doesn't take too long for lecture assignments to be sent easily and immediately received by the lecturer concerned. Future suggestions are expected as users to be smarter in placing WhatsApp usage so they don't use and take advantage of technological sophistication for things that are less useful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh over time dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. SOCFIN INDONESIA Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan tetap pada PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan yang berjumlah 190 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan sebenyak 66 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa over time thitung 2,369 > ttabel 1,669 pada signifikan 0,021 < 0,05 dalam arti Ha diterima Ho ditolak maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan over time terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengembangan karir memiliki thitung 3,784 > ttabel 1,669 pada signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dalam arti Ha diterima Ho ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secara bersama-sama over time dan pengembangan karir Fhitung 11,086 > dari Ftabel 3,14 dengan signifikan 0,000 < dari 0,05 yang berarti over time dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. SOCFIN INDONESIA Medan.
