Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan umum kepada para Guru di SMKS Global Mulia tentang pemanfaatan fitur-fitur Google Form dalam pembelajaran, sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak monoton. Metode pelaksanaan ini menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu pretes pengetahuan guru tentang pemanfaatan Google Form dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas, presentasi atau paparan oleh tim pengabdian, dan evaluasinya. Hasil pengabdian dinilai baik karena terlihat antusias para guru dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

In the modern era at this time information technology has experienced very rapid development, especially in the world of education, the use and use of the internet in education continues to grow. E-learning is a form of learning that utilizes electronic devices, whether using internet access or not. In the world of education, the use of internet access has been widely used for the use of applications/systems as learning media. Thus, the purpose of this study is as follows to determine the benefits of e-learning learning media using WhatsApp in the learning process in universities amid the spread of COVID-19. The method used in this research is qualitative research, which is a type of research that produces findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or other quantitative methods. The subject of this research is the second semester students of the curriculum subject of the Indonesian language education study program as many as 39 resource persons using observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of this study are e-learning learning media using whatsapp is very useful to improve the learning process for students, especially during the pandemic, Not only that, the use of WhatsApp is also to complete the means of sending assignments from lecturers to students because from the aspect of time it is very efficient, it doesn't take too long for lecture assignments to be sent easily and immediately received by the lecturer concerned. Future suggestions are expected as users to be smarter in placing WhatsApp usage so they don't use and take advantage of technological sophistication for things that are less useful.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in spare Parts Copotan Borong. This research uses two approaches, namely the caulitative approach and quantitative approach. The data collection method that is used is this study using survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a basic data collection tool. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction in spare Parts Copotan Borong. 2) by 79%, while the remaining 21% is influenced by other independent variables that are not examined in this study include price, discounts, location, and others.

Abstract

Penggunaan model pembelajaran discovery learning di Sekolah Dasar Islam yang di gunakan guru sangat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa. Guru dituntut untuk mampu mengaplikasikan sebuah model pembelajaran agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan mudah. Dengan demikian artikel ini peneliti buat dengan tujuan memberikan referensi berkaitan dengan model pembelajaran yang dalam penggunaannya sudah terbukti meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Islam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode meta analisis untuk merangkum hasil dari berbagai penelitian dengan mengkaji literatur yang digunakan peneliti yaitu lima data penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional terakreditasi Kemenristek Dikti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Islam sangat baik untuk digunakan terutama untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning ini di masukkan ke dalam rencana pembelajaran yang dibuat guru sehingga memiliki dampak pada peningkatan kualitas belajar siswa.

Abstract

The use of virtual classrooms in the learning process is a strategic step to create a flexible learning experience, accessible anytime and anywhere. Schoology's "Plasma" as a virtual classroom platform offers various digital learning features that enable students to develop Self-Regulated Learning (SRL). Through access to materials, discussions, and other digital learning resources, students are encouraged to be more active, independent, and able to plan, monitor, and evaluate their own learning process. SRL is an important internal factor that plays a role in learning success, because it encourages students to realize their learning needs without relying on direct direction from the teacher. This study is a classroom action research conducted by mathematics teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Gedongtataan, Pesawaran, Lampung, with 30 students of grade XII IPA 1 in the 2022/2023 academic year. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the use of Schoology's virtual classroom significantly improved students' SRL. The comparison of the average SRL scores in Cycle I and Cycle II, 2.7 and 3.2, respectively, indicates a consistent increase. This finding confirms that the integration of Schoology's virtual classroom is effective in enhancing students' learning independence at the secondary education level.
