Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture policy which regulates the use of belajar.id accounts by the education personnel. The respondents of this study are school supervisors, principals, teachers and other education personnel throughout Indonesia with a total of 514 respondents with the largest portion of respondents (52.2%) from Banten Province. The method used in this study is survey method with questionnaire and written interview via Google Form. The interesting finding of this study is that the implementation of belajar.id policy has been effectively undergoing, as that proved with the following facts: (1) The majority of respondents have utilized belajar.id account for their daily activities, with varying frequency of use; (2) The use of belajar.id accounts is not only focused on one tool, but varied on three tools, i.e. Google Classroom, Google Form and Google Meet; (3) Training on the use of belajar.id accounts is obtained from Google Masters, colleagues, and others. Support from the government is still needed to further broaden the use of belajar.id accounts, since there are still respondents who have not received training on belajar.id accounts. Abstract

Dalam mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh, learning management system (LMS) yang umum digunakan adalah Google Classroom. Aplikasi ini, dipandang efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, tentu saja dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh pasti banyak terdapat kesulitan yang dihadapi baik oleh guru maupun siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kendala apa saja yang dirasakan mengenai kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam jaringan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen survey dan analisis data secara deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 1 Merawang periode Januari – Februari 2020. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari siswa program MIPA sebanyak 139 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa 56,1% siswa mengalami kendala teknis perangkat, jaringan dan kuota namun tidak ditemukan kendala terhadap penggunaan LMS Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran fisika. Selama proses pembelajaran para responden mengelamai beberapa kendala yang berhubungan dengan interaksi guru dan siswa sebesar 5,8%, materi dan tugas pembelajaran sebesar 0,7%, dan bahan ajar sebesar 2,9%. Penting dilakukan analisis kendala secara rutin kepada siswa agar dapat dipetakan agar kendala dapat dikelola dengan baik dan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam pemberian nilai akhir

Abstract

The tourism industry in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province continues to develop with the construction of the KEK (Special Economic Zone) Mandalika and the performance of international events. The MotoGP event was expected to have an economic impact on NTB province and the nation. This study analyzes the role of tourism industry in NTB province by focusing on the 2022 MotoGP event in Mandalika on the economy of NTB province and other provinces in Indonesia. The research method used in this study was the Inter-Regional Input Output (IRIO) method. One of essential findings from this research was the role of the tourism industry in the economy of NTB province, which was still relatively small, nevertheles, tourism was considered as a key and potential industry in the future. The MotoGP event impacts on the formation of an output of IDR606,92 billion, added values of IDR315,94 billion, labor wages of IDR137,67 billion, and potential taxes of IDR14,25 billion. The spillover impact on the other provinces was still relatively small. With that impact on the economy, international events must be held regularly. For future research, some sources of shocks to government spending and investment may be interesting to be studied
