Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth on poverty and human development index in Riau Province. The data used is secondary data with cross section including data one year in every district in the province of Riau on each variable used.This secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency Pekanbaru. Methods of data analysis used in this research is quantitative method with data analysis and linear regression analysis using SPSS. In this model the independent variable used is the Poverty and Economic Growth. While the dependent variable is the Human Development Index. The result showed that first, Poverty and significant effect on the human development index in the province of Riau. From equation known poverty variables showed a coefficient of -0.079 means that if there is an increase poverty by 1% will decrease the HDI of 0.079% means that every increase in poverty would decrease the percentage of HDI in Riau Province. For poverty variables obtained t is greater than t table so Ho rejected Ha accepted. Second, Economic growth showed a coefficient of 0.024 means that if there is a change of economic growth of 1% there will be changes to the HDI of 0.024% means that any changes in the economic growth will affect the percentage of HDI in Riau Province.Keyword : Poverty, Economic Growth, and Human Development Index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Clean Water Demand in PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in a period of one year ie 2015.This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Partial testing using t-statistics and tests simultaneously using F-statistics. It also performed classical assumption, that all of these tests using a tool SPSS 21.The results showed that household income amounted to 0,293%. What this means is that any increase household incomes by 1 degree will increase demand for clean water for 0,293% assuming other variables remain. Amounted to 1,031% household members. What this means is that any increase in household members by 1 degree will increase demand for clean water for 1,031% assuming other variables remain while the water tariff of - 0.034%. What this means is that any increase in water rates by 1 degree will reduce the demand for clean water for 0,034% assuming other variables remain. Unknown value of R Square of 0.655. What this means is that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 65.5%. While the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other variables yan is not included in this regression model.While most dominant variable among the three variables in this study are variable (X2) the number of household members 0627% in view of Standardized Coefficients Beta of three variables turned out to be the most dominant X2.Keywords: Income, Family Members,Tariff and Water Demand

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how farmers income and how palm farmer consumption patterns at Desa Sumber Makmur. Research on the method of use is Random Sampling. Site selction research for an avarage population of livelihood as farmers edged palm. Using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews in the palm growers and retrieved data information from relevant agencies such as the office of the Sumber Makmur village. The results showed that the income of the farmers in the Sumber Makmur village of palm in 2013 on avarage by Rp. 5.269.412,- and consumption patterns of palm farmers greater fulfilment of the non food consumption from the consumption of food. This show that the income received by farmers in the Sumber Makmur village palm already able to meet the needs of their household.Keyword : analysis of farmers income, consumption of food and non food.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine of the cost of production, farm income of oil palm nursery of Topas and Marihat types and the average cost Marihat and Topas types. Population in this study is the Society of Oil Palm Nursery seek in Simpang Baru District, Tampan, Pekanbaru amounting to 30 families and the entire population in this study were sampled by census method. Analysis of the data used was descriptive and qualitative data analysis. From the research obtained the cost production of oil palm breeding farm of Marihat was Rp. 162 351 094 acres / year, the cost production of was Topas was Rp. 183 156 657 acres / year. The income of oil palm breeding farm of Marihat was Rp. 61,058,618acres / year, and for Topas was Rp. 184 152 657 acres/ year. the average cost of oil palm breeding farm of Marihat was Rp. 29580.28 acres / year,and for Topas was Rp.18.298.86 acres / year.Keywords: Oil Palm Breeding Farm, Revenue, Cost.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency and aimed to find out the influence of sum of citizens and Gross Regional Domestic Income toward poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The analysis was using linear bifilar regression analysis. This research used time data series from 2003 – 2013 which are poverty as dependent variable and Gross Regional Domestic Income as independent variable. From the research finding it was found out that R was 0.933 which indicated that there was positive connection between independent variable (Gross Regional Domestic Income) toward dependent variable (poverty). The result of the calculation was R20..916 which meant the fluctuation of poverty was influenced by the sum of the citizens and Gross Regional Domestic Income by 91.6%. The rest is influenced by some factors beyond this research. The value of variable regression was 0.046. It meant if other variables were static, then if there wasan increase of 1.000 citizens, it will be able to reduce poverty up to 4.6%. On the other side the regression coefficientof the variable of Gross Regional Domestic Incomewas as big as -0.007. It meant when the other variables were static , then if there was an increase up to 1.000 on the sum of the citizens it could decrease the poverty up to 7%.Keywords : Sum of Citizens, Gross Regional Domestic Income, and Poverty

Abstract

This research was conducted in order bricks pressed in Sub Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of small brick industry sector press in increasing incomes in Sub Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. Basic sample using the formula Slovin it can be seen the number of samples in this study were 95 people in the brick industry Tenayan Raya District. Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression method (SPSS version 19.0). The results of this study are There is a positive relationship between the use of capital, raw materials and labor together in the industrial production of small brick press, in the district of Kota Raya Pekanbaru Tenayan based on multiple determination coefficient (R2) of 0.998. This means that the variables that affect the productivity of small brick industry in the District Tenayan pres Raya Pekanbaru can be explained by the variable capital, raw materials and labor amounting to 99.8%. While the remaining 0.2% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this model.Keywords: Capital, Raw Materials, Labor and Income

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the willingness to pay and the factors that affect willingness to pay in Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat. The sample used in this research is 98 KK. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive. In this research the population is around the Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat which amounts to 4746 KK. The sampling technique used was accidental.From the research conducted in the know that value of willingness to pay in Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat is different. With the lowest WTP Rp 5000 and highest WTP Rp 30000. Total willingness to pay for the public to environmental hygiene is of 63.521.285,72. And the average value of the public’s willingness to pay per month in Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat of 13384 per KK.Income variable(X1) effect on WTP(Y), while education variable(X2) and weight of household waste variable (X3) does not affect the WTP. This indication give the sence that determines the value of the magnitude of WTP (Y) in Kelurahan Labuhbaru Barat is income.Keywords : willingness to pay, Income, Education, Weight of household waste

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the amount of the costs, revenues and earnings (profits) received by cattle farmers in the village of Lubuk Tilan Subdistrict Dayun Siak Regency. By using several theory production then variable observed is capital and production cost of Fixed Cost and Variable Cost.The determination of the location of the research is determined by purposive sampling, with consideration at this location many of the people who have jobs or work sideline raising beef cattle originating from the Siak Regency Government help with shifts and gaduhan. This study uses census techniques with the respondent as much as 33 people. Respondents were grouped into two groups, namely the groups I and II in accordance with the number of livestock ownership. A data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data retrieval is done by means of observation, interview and by using a list of questionsThe results showed that the average costs, revenues and earnings (profits) dairy farmer in the village of Lubuk Tilan Subdistrict Dayun Siak Regency in the group I is Rp. 12.577.160 and group II amounted to Rp. 17.164.188. The average revenue earned group I amounting to Rp. 114.800.000 and group II amounted to Rp. 175.125.000 so each group earn income or profit of Rp 102.222.840 and Rp 163.053.357.Keywords: Cattle Farmers, Costs, Income.

Abstract

This research aims to know the factors that affect the income of live stock farmers group Bukik Potai Stems in the village of Penyesawan sub-district of Kampar as well as to know what factors affect the income of the farmers group dominant cattle BukikPotai Stems in the village of Penyesawan subdistrict of Kampar. Sampling method used is the method of sampling of saturated (census), where the total population of 24 members of the group are examined. Methods used in research is descriptive quantitative methods and the quantitative analysis the analysis simultaneously test ( f) , and partial test ( t ) with program assistance spss 16 .Data-data used in research is the capital , the number of cattle respondents and the experience raise the farmers cattle bukik stem potai in the village penyesawan in kampar. The research results show that value adjusted r square of 0,859 which means that 85.9 % gain group cattle farmers in stir in together by variable in the mode.While the rest 14.1 % in stir by other factors outside model .In partial variable the number of capital ( x1 ) , total number of livestock ( x2 ) , and experience animal farmers ( x3 ) influential in significant impact on variable dependent namely the farmers to bukik stems potai ( y ).KeyWord : Income , capital, and experience farmers

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Struktur Pasar, Kinerja dan Perilaku Industri Kerupuk Sagu di Kabupaten Kuantan Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 9 sampel UKM di industri kerupuk. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SCP (Structure, Conduct Berdasarkan hasil penelitian struktur pasar yang terbentuk pada industri kerupuk sagu di kecamatan Kuantan Tengah didapatkan hasil sebesar 58% diantaranya 40 < CR4 < 60 sehingga tergolong dalam kategori menengah ke bawah dimana pangsa pasar tertinggi adalah 15,89% dan terendah adalah 4,21% pemain baru pada industri kerupuk sagu di kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Nilai MES yang diperoleh sebesar 15,89% yang membuatnya relatif memudahkan pemain baru masuk ke pasar lama Berdasarkan Penelitian Deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan mengajukan pertanyaan langsung kepada pelaku usaha kerupuk sagu di Kuantan Sepuluh Perilaku industri ada tiga yaitu strategi penetapan harga, produk dan promosi Di kecamatan Kuantan Tengah sebesar 33,38 %, PCM tertinggi adalah 43,74% dengan total pangsa 12,30%, sedangkan perusahaan dengan pangsa pasar tertinggi adalah 15,89%, dari PCM diperoleh 27,41%.Kata kunci: Struktur, Perilaku, Kinerja
