Abstract: Absorptive capacity is defined as the company's ability to identify, explore, and apply knowledge gained from the external environment into the form of services. Previous studies examined this generally put forward the role of R&D and leadership authority to neglect the natural process of absorptive capacity. As a knowledge process, its natural process unseparated from the involvement of all parties in the company (including employees). This study aims to analyze the absorptive capacity process in Gramen SMEs located in Yogyakarta with its characteristics that still prioritize business practices based on traditional approaches and local wisdom. By adopting a qualitative based on case studies, it found that the process of absorbing information generally carried out through informal interactions with customers and various communities. It is also confirmed that each stage of absorptive capacity does not always flow linearly, and the intensity of the absorption holds by companies determined by innovations required and the characteristics of the company.Keywords: Absorptive capacity; exploration; transformation; exploitation; innovation capability.Abstrak: Daya-serap diartikan sebagai kemampuan mengidentifikasi, eksplorasi dan menerapkan pengetahuan eksternal ke dalam bentuk produklayanana. Studi terdahulu yang mengkaji ini umumny mengedepankan peran R&D dan otoritas pimpinan sehingga membuat proses natural kapastitas absorptive terabaikan mengingat aktivitas penyerapan pengetahuan tersebut tidak terlepas dari keterlibatan semua pihak di perusahaan (termasuk pegawai). Studi ini bertujuan menganaliais proses kapsitas absorptive pada UKM gramen yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta dengan karakteristiknya yang masih menerapkan bisnis berdasarkan pendekatan tradisional dan kearifan lokal. Dengan mengadaptasi pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, maka ditemukan bahwa proses penyerapan informasi dilakukan umumnya melalui interaksi informal dengan pelanggan dan kelompok komunitas. Disini juga dikonfirmasi bahwa tahapan absorptive (indentifikasi, eksplorasi, implemnetasi) tidak selalu mengalir linear dan intensitas daya serap tersebut sangat ditentukan oleh kebutuhan inovasi dan karakteristik perusahaan.Kata kunci: Kapasitas absorptive, eksplorasi, transformasi, eksploitasi, kapabilitas inovasi.

This paper discusses the implementation of green supply chain management in manufacturing industry. Majority of manufacturing companies adopt these practices partially in certain function of organization. This paper describes integration of the whole organization function in the GSCM. Each part plays different role using different methods and techniques. Several elements involved in the product flows are inbound logistic, production function, outbound logistic, and reverse logistic. The last function will be described in detailed explanation since such function is still relatively new. Discussion not only describes the advantage of GSCM implementation but also barriers to implement GSCM. Besides, various cost related to such practices will also be discussed because over cost will have potential negative effect to organization performance. In the last section, controversial issues related to GSCM will be discussed especially how these practices effects organizational performance, how to implement these program in small and medium business, and how the program effect customer preference and customer satisfaction.Key words: supply chain management, inbound logistic, production function, outbound logistic and reverse logistic.

Most decisions in remanufacturing focus on a specific sub-system within the production process and neglect how the decision interacts with other decisions. This study aims to investigate decision-making within remanufacturing. The research identifies specific decisions found in remanufacturing processes and analyses their interplays with other decisions. Quite often, one decision will affect other decisions and the result is that the remanufacturing process becomes more complicated. This is not only because there are many uncertainties in remanufacturing, but also because of the effects of interactions. In particular, this research examines how a company deals with uncertainties in decision-making during the remanufacturing processes. A GRAI grid is used to map the positions of various decisions made throughout the remanufacturing process. This is used as it displays the overall remanufacturing process in a graph, so that interplays between decisions can be seen more clearly. The use of GRAI grid to present interplays between the decisions is remanufacturing is the novelty of this study. It is the first time the grid was utilised in the area of decision making remanufacturing context. The methods utilised by remanufacturing companies to overcome the complexities of decision-making are also discussed. Lastly, directions for future research are presented.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati penggunakan pembayaran elektronik dengan menggunakan dompet elektronik (dompet elektronik) yang ditawarkan oleh Go-Jek. Dompet elektronik telah dipandang sebagai sebuah fasilitas yang memberikan kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi. Namun demikian, banyak orang memandang bahwa teknologi ini juga memiliki risiko, terutama karena disebabkan terkait dengan pembayaran. Meskipun mengandung risiko menurut sebagaian orang, banyak pula pelanggan yang masih mempercainya dan tetap menggunakannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mempertimbangkan faktor risiko dan kepercayaan untuk mengembangkan Technology Acceptance Model yang komprehensif. Temuan empiris menunjukkan bahwa baik risiko maupun kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan teknologi pembayaran elektronik. Saran untuk penelitian lanjutan juga disajikan di akhir paper ini.

Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu telah banyak menganalisis bagaimana kapabilitas dinamis dapat mendukung inovasi. Penelitian-penelitian tersebut mayoritas mengamati bagaimana kapabilitas dinamis digunakan untuk mendukung inovasi. Namun demikian, sepertinya elemen-elemen mikro dari kapabilitas dinamis belum pernah dilakukan analisis di penelitian-penelitian yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elemen-elemen mikro dari kapabilitas sensing di usaha kecil dan mengenah yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Desain penelitian studi kasus dipilih untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai mengapa dan bagaimana elemen-elemen mikro dari sensing dapat mendukung inovasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui interview, observasi, analisis dokumen, dan kunjungan perusahaan. Reliabilitas data penelitian ini dapat dijamin dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Seperti disarankan di literatur, serangkaian teknik dan prosedur digunakan untuk meyakinkan bahwa penelitian ini memenuhi kriteria validitas. Beberapa teknik tersebut diantaranya pattern matching, penggunaan replication lgoic, dan menggunakan beberapa nara sumber sekaligus. Dari hasil data analisis, diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat inovasi yang berbeda memerlukan penekanan mikro elemen sensing yang berbeda. Perusahaan yang lebih inovatif memerlukan sensing yang lebih intensif sensing dibandingkan dengan perusahaan yang kurang inovatif. Di bagian akhir artikel ini, beberapa arahan untuk penelitian lanjutan disajikan sebagai panduan bagi para peneliti.

This research aims to analyse the relationships between perceived value, transaction cost and repurchase intention in on-line shopping environment. The respondents were selected purposively from customers who have completed at least a transaction during the last year. The instrument were developed using Likert Scale and analysed using structural equation modelling. In total, as many as 212 respondents completed the questionnaires. From the analysis it was revealed that consumer’s perceived value and repurchase intention have a positive influence in on-line shopping. In addition, it was shown that that information searching cost and moral hazard have negatif influence in perceived value. On the other hand information searching cost and specific asset investment showed negatif influence and positive influence on repurchase intention. Limitations and recommendations for future research are presented at the end of the paper.

ABSTRACT. This research examines the individual and combined effects of internalintegration (II) and external integration (IE) on product innovation (IP), which is basedon ambidexterity theory. This study demonstrated that the combined effect of II and IEare able to facilitate internal exploitation and external exploration to improve productinnovation. Originally, this study used two independent variables only – i.e. II and IE –and product innovation as the dependent variable. Then, two additional independentvariables are added by calculating the combination between II and IE. Using differentcalculation methods, the two variables results in two variables – ie. balanced II and IE(BI) and complementary II and IE (CI) which represents combined effects of II and IE.The object of this study is Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) situated inYogyakarata. The results showed that the individual effects of II and IE on IP are notpositively associated with product innovation. Similar with individual effects of II andIE, BI also has no positive impact on product innovation, but CI is able to provide asignificant positive effect on product innovation.

Abstract: This research aims to analyse the acceptance of Go-Ride, motorbike taxibooking application, using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology(UTAUT) model. The uniqueness of this study is that it integrates risk into the UTAUTmodel. Four variables were used as independent variables including peformanceexpectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating condition. Meanwhile,three variables are used as moderating variables: gender, age and experience.University students were selected as respondent because young age people tends to bemore risk takers in comparison to the old one. According 151 data samples collectedfrom university students, the results demonstrated that acceptance of Go-Ridetechnology influenced by four factors: performance expectancy, effort expectancy,social influence and behavioral intention On the otherhand, performance risk, financialrisk, time risk and facilitating condition do not support to the acceptance and usage ofGo-Ride technolology.

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh praktek green supply chain manajement (GSCM) terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan tekanan peraturan sebagai variabel moderasi. Praktek GSCM yang dijadikan independen variabel adalah program lingkungan internal, green purchasing, eco-design, kerja sama dengan pelanggan, dan pemulihan investasi.Obyek studi adalah 54 perusahaan manufaktur yang di Jawa yang dipilih dengan metode convenience sampling. Pengujian pure moderator dilakukan dengan memastikan variabel interaksi secara langsung dalam persamaan regresiseperti. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diadopsi dari Sarkis danZhu (2007) yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan dan confirmatory factoranalysis dan Cronbach's alpha untiik menguji validitasdan reliabilitas.Dari 5 variabel yang digunakan 3 diantaranya menunjukkan signifikansiyaitu praktek internal program ramah lingkiingan, eco-design,dan keterlibatanpelanggan. Pemulihan investasi menunjukkan signifikansi meskipun dengan tarafyang signifikansi yang rendah sedangkan kerja sama dengan supplier tidakmenunjukkan adanya signifikansi.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the attributes of services at a scooter maintenance centreand how to improve the attributes. As many as 40 customers participated in this study to identify theattributes. The instrument was developed through a combination of literature review, interview focusgroup discussion. Unlike many other studies that assume a linear relationship between servicesattributes and customer satisfaction, this study considers the relationship as non-linear. For thisreason, this study does not only use Service Quality (SERVQUAL) Model but also Kano’s Modelwhich was combined with Quality Function Deployment. The analysis demonstrated that there were13 attributes required by customers of which 4, 5 and 4 were categorised as attractive, onedimensional and must-berespectively according to Kano’s Model.
