Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the Discipline learn the study in studying to a package B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar seen from learn discipline. Because of the Learn the discipline is the condition of being created and formed through the process and a series of behavior that shows residents learn values in following learning activities on packages B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar. The formulation the research is how high levels of discipline learn the study in following the teaching and learning process to a package packages B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar?. The purpose of this research is to find discipline learn the study in studying to a package B di PKBM Harapan Bangsa di Kubang Raya Kecamatan Tambang Kab.Kampar. Population in this study as many as 48 people. Then the researcher determine samples from 48 people for research and 20 people to the tests of somewhere else, with uses the technique of sampling saturated. An instrument data collection namely poll with 48 a statement and if the trial live 40 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, the research results show discipline residents learning packages B dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada PKBM Harapan Bangsa Di Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kab. Kampar who with a large percentage a whole the average (SS+S) 76%. So that discipline residents learn package B In learning activities in PKBM Harapan Bangsa Di Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kab. Abstract: Research it is based on the state of facilities and in the implementation of the learning package c in PKBM It can be said support, although not memadai.rumusan problems research is whether perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in PKBM Bunga Tanjung Kabupaten Kampar in good?. The purpose of this research is to find perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package C PKBM Bunga Tanjung Kabupaten Kampar in good. Population in this study 60 people learn. So research sample areas 38 people and the other 20 sample test on critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 50 a statement and if the trial live 47 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The results of the analysis that have been conducted by then a conclusion can be drawn to the result of this research be seen that, perception residents learn with the implementation of the learning package c in PKBM Bunga Tanjung Kabupaten Kampar in good, with the 77 %. Although environmental factors are more dominant than factors instrumental. It means residents learn thought that environment around and place study in PKBM Bunga Tanjung be able to support learning as expected.Key words: Perception, perception residents learning

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perception of learning on the implementation of makeup learning in Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumba, Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The research was done in the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 72 people. The research sample was 42 people and the trial sample was20 people, with a critical level of 10%. The sample used was simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the perception of the learners on the implementation of the learning skills of make up in Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PBSR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru quite well, judging from the indicator (1) Input obtained percentage value could not agree by 36%, agreed by 40%, less agree 15% disagree 4% and strongly disagree 5%, and then (2) Process obtained percentage value could not agree by 28%, agreed by 47%, less agreed by 13%, disagree 6 and strongly disagree 6 %. And (3) Output values obtained percentage of 38% strongly agree, 41% agree, 15% disagree, disagree 3% and 3% strongly disagree. Thus the most best output indicator, which has an average value of percentage of 79% means that people learn after graduation in their PSBR have independent business and improve the quality of education.Key words: Perception, Learning Implementation, Skills Makeup

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply the discipline of teachers in the PKBM Bina Kreasi district of Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The advantage of this research is to find out the application of the discipline by teachers to students / residents of learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how to apply the discipline of teachers in PKBM Bina Kreasi Pekanbaru City. This study uses a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, which aims to determine the application of discipline in the PKBM Bina Kreasi district of Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The informants in this study were four people, namely teachers at PKBM Creative Development. Interviews are conducted on the basis of research indicators, namely the application of discipline consisting of all sub-indicators and consists of nine dimensions. The application of the tutor discipline to the PKBM Bina Kreasi district of Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru can be seen on the basis of the results of interviews with teachers at PKBM via 18 questions. From the 18 questions it can be concluded that the application of discipline at PKBM Creation is flexible due to factors from the background of the learning community itself.Key Words: Application, Discipline, Tutor, In PKBM

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of factors affecting the low reading interest. Because factors affecting the low reading interest form a reference development the factors that affects the low reading interest in the society in the library village insan kamil in desa muara uwai kecamatan bangkinang kabupaten kampar. Formulation problems this research is will the most dominant factors to influence the low reading interest in the society in the library village insan kamil in desa muara uwai kecamatan bangkinang kabupaten kampar?. The purpose of this research is to find factors the most dominant to influence the low reading interest in the society in the library village insan kamil in desa muara uwai kecamatan bangkinang kabupaten kampar. Population in this study 200 people. So research sample areas 115 people and 30 people sample test on critical level 10 %, sample used is sampling incidental. An instrument data collection that is chief with 46 a statement and if the trial live 42 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The outcome of research on the four indicators of a conclusion can be drawn that factors the existence and kejangkauan reading materials and these that make reading interest low, than another factor .It means children assume that instrument supporting in the library inadequate, so that the community reluctant to go library.Key words: Reading Interest, Factors That Affects The Low Reading Interest

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of teachers in performing their main tasks in PKBM Scholar. Includes identifying learning needs, controlling curricula, executing the learning process, choosing methods and learning to implement according to the achievement domain (knowledge, attitudes and skills), motivating students, choosing, compiling or developing media / learning materials, managing learning activities and assessing learning outcomes. This study uses a descriptive naturalistic method with a qualitative approach aimed at knowing the performance of tutors in performing their main tasks. This study consists of one variable, namely the performance of tutors in performing their main tasks with 8 indicators, 22 sub-indicators. The subjects of this study were 3 people consisting of 1 key informant, 1 audit informant and 1 observer informant. Techniques used for data collection were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, display data, data verification and triangulation. From the results of the research there are 3 indicators that are not in line with the main tasks of the tutor in accordance with the book with guidelines for package implementation of program programs, namely motivating students, package C tutors in PKBM Insan Cendekia not all of them perform their main tasks in motivating students. When choosing, compiling or developing media / learning materials package C, teachers at PKBM Insan Cendekia are still unable to properly choose or develop learning media. When assessing learning outcomes, there are some tutors who do not take daily tests, where daily tests are important when evaluating the results of teachers when teaching.Key Words: Performance, Tutor

Abstract:Based on interviews with some of the Social Rehabilitation Center Staff Children in Need of Special Protection (BRSAMPK) Jalan Rumbai Coastal School, Rumbai Beach, Pekanbaru, did not pay much attention to the dynamics and performance of staff in running the program, often authoritarian, unwilling to know, such as not accepting the opinions of subordinates, not responding the opinions of his subordinates. This type of research used in this research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. According to Sugiyono (Sugiyono: 2014: 49) This descriptive research aims to provide a systematic description of the situation that occurs in the research project, Leadership Style in Improving the Performance of Staff of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Children Needing Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Rumbai" Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all staff members of the Children's Social Rehabilitation Center Needing Special Protection (BRSAMPK) Pekanbaru "Rumbai" with a total of56 people. Based on data analysis and research results, it was concluded that the leadership style of the head of the Social Rehabilitation Center Staff Needs Special Protection "Tassel" ie. The highest leadership style is the Democratic leadership style with the acquisition of an average percentage value (SS + S) of 74.6%. That the democratic leadership style indicator is seen from the average response of respondents is quite good, because according to BRSAMPK Staff, it was found that the coordination of leaders, members participated more than leaders, rather than leaders, before making decisions first members asked for opinions of leaders.KeyWords: Leadership Style, Staff Performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions of learners on learning in English language course institutions MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the perception of the learning community on the learning of English language course institution of MRJ English House has been considered good. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. Number of population as many as 50 people then the researcher use saturated samples then all the population sampled as many as 50 people studying in English language course institution MRJ English House Jalan Bina Krida Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru City. And 20 people tested in Institute ICC course Pekanbaru City. Technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire which amounts to 55 item statement conducted 5 questionnaire erdapat experiments that are not valid then peneli throw it into 50 statement for research. The result of data analysis shows that the perception of the students learn tehadap learning in English language course institution MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru city is very good with the percentage of overall 88.9% means the perception of learning to learn very good. Can be concluded among the 7 indicators are very dominant facilities and infrastructure with sub-indicators of learning facilities that have covered the place of learning, teaching materials, internet and other learning facilities with a percentage of 97.33.Keywords: Perception of studying residents, Learning, course institutions.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Learning Discipline of Learning Citizens. The formulation of the problem in this study is How high is the discipline of learning citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City ?. Are there variations in the learning disciplines of citizens studying at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City based on gender, age, package (ABC), and marital status ?. And the purpose of this study is the level of learning discipline of learning citizens in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City, differences in the learning discipline of citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City based on gender, age, package (ABC), and marital status. This study has 4 indicators, namely (1) mental attitude to obey the rules of learning, (2) obey the rules in the classroom, (3) self-control in learning, (4) adjustment in learning in class. The population in this study was 66 people learning. The sample in this study used a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The sample in this study was taken from all residents learning package A, B and C at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru City as many as 40 people and 20 people for the trial. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique. Of the 52 statement items tested, found 2 invalid and 50 valid statements. Researchers discard invalid statements, because they do not interfere with other statements. Based on the results of the study an average of 4 indicators of the mean value for the Learning Residents variable. The formulation of the problem in this study was: How high is the discipline of learning citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto, Pekanbaru City is classified as high, namely with a mean of 3.83 and an elementary school of 0.8. And the best of the 4 indicators is the mental attitude to obey the rules of learning with a mean of 3.93 and SD 0.75.Key Words: Discipline, Learning Discipline Citizens Learning
