Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the dominant parenting patterns applied by foster parents to their teenagers in the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumbai Kelurahan Meranti Pandak, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem in this research is which dominant pattern applied by foster parent to adolescent in Panti Soial Bina Remaja (PSBR) of Rumbai Kelurahan Meranti Pandak, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru District? After the research is conducted, it is expected to provide benefits to increase knowledge regarding matters relating to the Patronage of Parents Parent Care to Teens, especially for researchers. This study will be useful for adolescents as a reference to know the pattern of foster parents foster. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique used simple sample random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Technique of data retrieval in this research is by questionnaire, which amounts to 247 item statement. Data were obtained from 20 respondents for trial samples and 41 people for the research sample. After a questionnaire in the trial, there are 12 items of invalid statement, and the researcher discards all the items of the invalid statement. The result of data analysis shows that the parenting pattern of foster parent to teenagers of democratic parenting type is very good with an average percentage score of 94.5%. This means that foster parents are more dominant applying parenting pattern to adolescents with the kind of democratic parenting.Keyword: The Pattern of Foster, Parenting

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perception of learning on the implementation of makeup learning in Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumba, Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The research was done in the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 72 people. The research sample was 42 people and the trial sample was20 people, with a critical level of 10%. The sample used was simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the perception of the learners on the implementation of the learning skills of make up in Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PBSR) Rumbai, Pekanbaru quite well, judging from the indicator (1) Input obtained percentage value could not agree by 36%, agreed by 40%, less agree 15% disagree 4% and strongly disagree 5%, and then (2) Process obtained percentage value could not agree by 28%, agreed by 47%, less agreed by 13%, disagree 6 and strongly disagree 6 %. And (3) Output values obtained percentage of 38% strongly agree, 41% agree, 15% disagree, disagree 3% and 3% strongly disagree. Thus the most best output indicator, which has an average value of percentage of 79% means that people learn after graduation in their PSBR have independent business and improve the quality of education.Key words: Perception, Learning Implementation, Skills Makeup

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research was the curiosity of researchers that a student outside of school education the Faculty of Education University of Riau. Formulation of the problem how is the level of expectation of Student Learning School Education FKIP UR ?. The purpose of this study to know how high Expectancy Student Learning School Education the Faculty of Education University of Riau. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The respondents of this study amounted to 67 students and 20 people on a trial basis. Data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire consisting of 52 items statement. The research instruments included therein research variables are Expectancy learn indicator consists of (1) The confidence; (2) Effectiveness of self; (3) Motivation; (4) Ability.Key words: Expectancy, Learning, students of school education.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the participation in preserving Randai art in Nagari Belubus Guguak Subdistrict, Lima Puluh Kota District. The formulation of the problem in this research is how high the participation rate of youth on randai art in Nagari Belubus Guguak Sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota District. After this research is conducted, it is expected to provide benefits to increase knowledge about matters relating to youth participation in preserving randai art by all classes, especially for researchers. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique used simple sample random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Technique of taking data in this research is by technique of inquiry, which amounts to 45 item statement. Data were obtained from 20 respondents for sample and 33 samples for research sample. After the questionnaire was piloted, 5 items were invalid, and the researcher removed all of the invalid statement items. The result of data analysis shows that youth participation in preserving randai arts is moderate with average percentage score 55,204%. This means that youth in nagari belubus have a moderate level of participation. In view of all aspects and can also be concluded that the most dominant is to account for the activities of randai art. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions of learners on learning in English language course institutions MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the perception of the learning community on the learning of English language course institution of MRJ English House has been considered good. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. Number of population as many as 50 people then the researcher use saturated samples then all the population sampled as many as 50 people studying in English language course institution MRJ English House Jalan Bina Krida Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru City. And 20 people tested in Institute ICC course Pekanbaru City. Technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire which amounts to 55 item statement conducted 5 questionnaire erdapat experiments that are not valid then peneli throw it into 50 statement for research. The result of data analysis shows that the perception of the students learn tehadap learning in English language course institution MRJ English House Binakrida street Kelurahan Tampan Pekanbaru city is very good with the percentage of overall 88.9% means the perception of learning to learn very good. Can be concluded among the 7 indicators are very dominant facilities and infrastructure with sub-indicators of learning facilities that have covered the place of learning, teaching materials, internet and other learning facilities with a percentage of 97.33. Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by problems that occur in the field, namely: welding skills trainees are often absent and playing around during welding skills training in progress, participants must take turns using welding equipment in welding skills training because there is still a minimum amount provided, work safety is not considered this seen from the lack of work safety equipment used during practice, the ability of the participant’s welding skills is uneven, this can be seen from the quality of the goods done by each participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of Welding Skills Training at PSBR, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru. The purpose of welding skills training in PSBR against teenagers drop out of school and are displaced to be able to live independently and avoid various social problems for themselves and their environment and can develop their potential owned so that it can carry out its social functions. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. This research method uses descriptive research with qualitative approach. The techniques of collecting data used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques aim to simplify the processed data so that it is easy to read and understood. The data analysis technique is through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the data analysis carried out can be seen that the welding skills training in Bina Remaja Social Institution in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru is less effective, the participants are training in welding skills are still not able to be independent, the facilities and infrastructure inside welding skills training is incomplete, training participants in welding skills are not on time at the training venue. The conclusions on welding skills training at the Adolescent Bina Social Institution Rumbai District Pekanbaru is implemented and runs smoothly but has not been effective based on measurement of effectiveness. Keywords: Effectiveness, Weld Skill Training

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of satisfaction work posyandu cadres seen from factors motivation. Because factors the motivation is characteristic the base that must be is used to development satisfaction work posyandu cadres Sekelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Formulation problems research is whether the internal factors cause satisfaction work posyandu cadres Sekelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru? . The purpose of this research is to find the internal factors cause satisfaction work posyandu cadres Sekelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study 85 cadres posyandu. So research sample areas 46 people and 20 people sample test on critical level 10 %, sample used is simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief with 45 a statement and if the trial live 43 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative. The research findings against two these indicators can be concluded that the two indicators can be said is considerably higher. The internal factor considered to be high because of the responsibility of self posyandu cadres is the factor that raises the satisfaction of working. While external factors considered to be high because of administration policy and that is in posyandu make posyandu cadres feel satisfied with his work.Key words: Satisfaction Work, Satisfaction Work Posyandu Cadres

Because discipline is an attitude willingness and mutual consent someone to adhere and obey norms regulations around. The formulation of a problem of this research is how high in jakarta the success of discipline a child study in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know discipline a child in participated in the ppa are continuing their studies in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 50 people learn. Then the researcher determine samples from 55 people for research in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru and 20 people to of the tryouts in MDA Alwahidin with using a technique sampling jenuh. Invest in e instruments of data collection other of any economic indicators muamalat ran into financial difficulties with 55 a statement and if the trial live 51 statement mainly devoted to attacking valid for in could have made some of the research done by the instrument. The data analysis support for new through a descriptive analysis quantitative. The outcome of the findings the research indicated that discipline a child in their activities to get are continuing their studies in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) Darul Amal di Kelurahan Tuah Madani Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru most were high unflinching in do their tasks, with a percentage (SS+S) 80 %. Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how high is the motivation of learning citizens to learn in Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru City?. Then is there a variation in the learning motivation of citizens learning at Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru City based on gender, age, and package (A B)?. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of learning motivation of citizens learning in Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru City. As well as differences in learning motivation of citizens learning in Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru City based on gender, age, and package (A B). This study has 5 indicators, namely (1) the existence of a desire to learn, (2) future expectations, (3) a conducive learning environment, (4) encouraging students to learn, (5) giving direction to the learning activities of learning citizens. The population in this study were 40 people learning. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was taken from all residents learning package A and B in Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru City as many as 40 people and 20 people for the trial. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique. Out of 68 statement items tested, 4 invalid and 64 valid statements were found. Researchers discard invalid statements, because they do not interfere with other statements. Based on the results of the study5 indicators were obtained for each indicator of learning motivation of citizens learning in homeschooling Kak Seto PekanbaruCityall classified as high and medium, while in the study were more at high levels, because seen from the average final results. So residents learn to have high motivation to study at homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru City.Key Words: Motivation, Learning Motivation Citizens Learn
