Abstract

Quality oriented and standardized process has begun to be implemented in some organizations. The standard expected is the one easily understood by any user organization and accepted by the organization globally. The standard is expected to minimize unproductive work. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of water quality information system through the measurement framework of ISO 15504. The measurement framework uses the principles of Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination (SPICE). The results of measurements of the quality of the information system of water quality appear in levels which are classified into three levels, starting from level 1 to level 3. The results of the study showed that the water quality information system is still at level of 1, because it is only up to the implementation accomplished process. Abstract

Onion prices experienced a sharp rise in prices, because there was not enough stock to meet the demand. Hence more onion production to meet those needs is required. Onion production is influenced by the harvested area and productivity. Determining the amount of onion production can be done through prediction. Predictions made by the neuro-fuzzy method in this study combine two concepts, namely the concept of fuzzy logic and neural networks. The results of the research are obtained by comparing the real data with the predicted results to determine the accuracy of this method.Keywords: production, neuro-fuzzy, fuzzy logic, neural network, predicted

Abstract

General election is one of democracy party in Indonesia. Recently, local election also applies direct voting by the people. Quick count method was developed by using sampling data as comparison to find out the result of local elections rapidly. SMS can be used to deliver data directly to a computerized system so that the voting data with quick count method would be accumulated faster and presented automatically by the system. Abstract

The development of technology has created the development of innovation in learning. In the middle of the development of learners get in touch with the mobile device and Internet technology becomes a new trend that enables mobile learning, or better known as mobile learning (m-learning). Lampung State Polytechnic is a university that focuses every effort on developing the quality of education. Currently Lampung State Polytechnic has not yet taken advantage of e-learning. E-Learning can be optimized by combining m-learning to e-learning, where there is an alternative learning process to be done with computers or mobile devices or combined with conventional learning system.
