Abstract

The Salvation Army Cinere Dormitory is a dormitory where most of the residents are prospective Salvation Army chaplains (cadets). The Cinere dormitory is occupied by 82 cadets. The activities carried out by cadets in the dormitory include spiritual formation and doing daily work according to the schedule set by the dormitory management. Data management, practical task scheduling, spiritual formation are all done manually. As a result, historical data is difficult to find when needed, there is often an imbalance in workload among cadets, duplication of work schedule arrangements and a lack of objective assessment of soft skills and cadet personalities. This community service activity goals is to create an information system for managing the activities of Cinere dormitory residents. The methods used were interviews about system requirements, system creation, outreach to partners and evaluation of system usability. The results of the activity are a system that can help dormitory managers in managing cadet activities and digitizing soft skills assessments, as well as a guide to using the system. The system were socialized in October 2023 by providing direct training to dormitory managers and residents. Evaluation of the usability of the system was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 12 cadets, 3 dormitory supervisors and 1 system admin. The evaluation results show a usability level of 87%. It can be concluded that the system created is useful to help manage Cinere dormitory residents.

Abstract

Job management, such as data migration for each division in a retail company, is still carried out separately on different servers. The damage reporting system is also still handled manually by the user. This results in difficulties in monitoring and handling damage to the job server. In this research, a system was implemented to automate monitoring, reporting, as well as unite separate jobs on several servers. The system created is based on Jenkins and integration with Python, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL on a Google Compute Engine server. The resulting output is an email that is automatically created if an error occurs in running the job server, containing the log that is generated when the job server is running. System testing was carried out on 2 employees from each division according to their roles. The testing stages carried out are to ensure that the job performs according to its objectives, employees can carry out the job, and ensure that the damage job is sent successfully by email. Of all the tasks given, all employees successfully completed the tasks given. It can be concluded that the system has succeeded in meeting the needs of employees from each division, job server damage reports have been successfully standardized and sent automatically

Abstract

Posyandu Balita Wijaya Kusuma, terletak di Dusun Jlamrang Lor, Pamotan, Jambidan, Banguntapan, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki 50 peserta anak dan balita berusia 0-60 bulan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah KMS hilang atau tertinggal sehingga mempersulit pemantauan perkembangan anak, sementara itu pencatatan manual menghambat pelaporan data ke puskesmas. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, aplikasi e-Posyandu dirancang berbasis mobile dengan pendekatan Human Centered Design. Tahapan HCD dilakukan melalui pemahaman konteks pengguna, identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan solusi antarmuka dan evaluasi prototipe. Aplikasi ditunjukkan untuk kader, asisten kader, dan orang tua dengan fitur utama pencaatatan hasil pemeriksaan, penyimpanan data digital, serta grafik pertumbuhan. Hasil rancangan di uji coba kepada kader, asisten kader, dan orang tua menggunakan metode system usability scale (SUS) dan hasil menunjukan nilai rata-rata 65.5, yang termasuk kategori good and acceptability high.
