Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi luas dan klasifikasi lahan pertanian pangan eksisting; identifikasi rata-rata luas lahan pertanian pangan yang beralih fungsi; identifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya alih fungsi lahan pertanian pangan; dan menyusun strategi pengendalian alih fungsi lahan pertanian pangan di Kota Tasikmalaya.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa luas lahan pertanian Kota Tasikmalaya 12.519 Ha, terdiri dari lahan sawah 5.993 Ha dan lahan pertanian bukan sawah 6.526 hektar. Berdasarkan sistem pengairannnya lahan sawah terdiri dari lahan sawah irigasi 5.055 hektar dan tadah hujan 938 hektar; Dalam periode waktu delapan tahun terakhir terjadi alih fungsi lahan sawah seluas 191 Ha. Faktanya dilapangan luas lahan pertanian yang beralih fungsi lebih luas lagi, karena cukup banyak satuan hamparan lahan sawah yang tidak tercatat beralih fungsi; Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya alih fungsi lahan pertanian dapat dibagi kedalam dua kategori, yaitu: yaitu faktor internal dan faktor ekternal. Faktor internal meliputi Faktor Teknis; Faktor Ekonomis dan Faktor sosial. Sementara faktor ekternal yang mempenagruhi alih fungsi lahan pertanian diantaranya adalah laju pertumbuhan penduduk, kebijakan pembangunan pemerintah (daerah) dan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW). Rekomendasi pengendalian alih fungsi lahan pertanian ini berbasiskan pada faktor-faktor yang menyababkan alih fungsi lahan pertanian tersebut.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary study, the researcher found that the students at grade XISocial Science of SMA Kalam Kudus Pekanbaru had problems in comprehending hortatoryexposition texts. They were difficult to understand contents and to identify generic structureof the texts. Besides, the teacher had used some strategies in teaching readingcomprehension, but they were still not effective. In this case, the researcher decided to solvethese problems in reading by conducting a classroom action research by applying GraphicOrganizer. The purposes of this research were to find out whether Graphic Organizer canimprove students’ reading comprehension of hortatory exposition texts and the factors thatinfluence the changes of students reading comprehension of hortatory exposition texts. Thisclassroom action research was done in two cycles with four meetings in each cycle; threemeetings for teaching reading comprehension of hortatory exposition texts by applyingGraphic Organizer and one meeting for the test. The research was conducted from August02, 2017 until August 25, 2017. In collecting the data, researcher used readingcomprehension tests, observation sheets, field notes, and interview. Then, the data wereanalyzed in quantitative and qualitative. The research findings showed that there was animprovement of students’ score in reading comprehension of hortatory exposition texts testsafter applying Graphic Organizer. The average score of students in cycle 1 was 65 and cycle2 was 70. Then, the factors that influence the improvement of students’ readingcomprehension of hortatory exposition texts were students’ activeness, teaching material,and teachers’ role. In conclusion, the implementation of Graphic Organizer could improvestudents’ reading comprehension of hortatory exposition texts at grade XI Social Science ofSMA Kalam Kudus Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The user interface is an important element in an application or website. The choice of font type, color and layout in the user interface can be attractive and make it easier for users to explore applications or websites. The aim of this service is to provide training for participants consisting of 12th grade high school students to know and understand the basics of designing e-commerce user interfaces. The application used in user interface design training is Figma. The methods of this training service are introduction, understanding, teaching, testing and evaluation. The results of the evaluation show that the participants can design e-commerce user interfaces well and attractively. Of the total participants, 90% of participants had scores above 70 and only 2 participants scored 65 and 61. So it can be concluded that the use of Figma in designing e-commerce user interfaces increases the knowledge and understanding of the training participants.

Abstract

A teacher's ability and knowledge have a big impact on students. So teachers also need various training to improve their ability to provide effective teaching. The aim of this training is to provide teachers with the opportunity to understand and master the use of Accurate in supporting accounting learning. So it can improve teachers' abilities in teaching the use of the Accurate application simultaneously with accounting learning. The methods used in this training are initial evaluation (pre-test), presentation of material, training in application use, and final evaluation (post-test). Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test training, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the grades and average grades of the teachers. This shows that the training that has been carried out has been successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of teachers in understanding the use of features and tools in the Accurate application.
