Abstract

Children are infinite gifts. They are the next generation of the nation in a country. Children's growth and development is an absolute concern for parents. To achieve good growth and development of children, of course also must be with education and support from the environment where children live. Children are complex creatures who have a high dependence on other people, especially the closest person. Information and guidance for parents, we pack in a simple book, with the titled "Family Communication Module". Become a kind of guidance for families and teenagers, how ideally they interact with each other. Parents are rule models in the family. A good example will reduce good examples of children's development, especially emotional intelligence and independence. Of the 140 respondents, 93 people or 66.43% got good benefits. 37 people or 26.43% get enough benefits, and 10 people or 7.14% have not received significant benefits from the use of this family communication module.Keywords: Children, Family, Communication

Abstract

Kelas Ibu Balita adalah kelas para ibu yang mempunyai anak berusia antar 0-5 tahun secara bersama sama berdiskusi, tukar pendapat, tukar pengalaman akan pemenuhan pelayanan kesehatan, gizi dan stimulasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya dibimbing oleh fasilitator dengan menggunakan buku KIA. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan ibu memberikan stimulasi tumbuh kembang  anak melalui pelaksanaan  program Kelas Ibu Balita. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Posyandu wilayah Desa Sukawati. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metoda  ceramah, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat dari karakteristik sasaran menunjukan   rata- rata berusia 29,77 tahun, dengan tingkat pendidikan ibu sebagian besar pada jenjang pendidikan menengah.  Sebelum pelaksanaan Kelas Ibu Balita pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan maupun kemampuan yang didiidentifikasi dari ketiga asfek tersebut hanya sebagian kecil dalam katagori baik. Ada perbedaan kemampuan ibu dalam memberikan stimulasi tumbuh kembangan sebelum dan sesudah  mengikuti Kelas Ibu Balita. Disarankan agar Kelas Ibu Balita dilaksanakan secara rutin mengikuti jadwal Posyandu. Kata Kunci ; Kelas Ibu Balita- Kemampuan Ibu- Stimulasi tumbuh kembang

Abstract

Compliance of health protocols implementation on school age children in the new  normal era influenced by many factors, one of which is parents parenting. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between parents parenting with compliance of health protocols implementation on school age children in the new normal era. The research was conducted at SD No. 4 Mengwi in 2021. The research design used correlational analytic with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 97 people using simple random sampling technique. Parenting patterns were measured using a parenting style questionnaire, compliance of health protocols implementation was measured using a health protocols questionnaire. The results showed that 50.5% were male, 36.1% were 11 years old. 92.8% of the parenting characteristic was point to democratic parenting. The category compliance of health protocols implementation, obedient was 3.1% in authoritarian parenting, obedient was 92.8% in democratic parenting, and unobedient was 4.1% in permissive parenting. Chi square test results obtained values of r +0.765 and sig. = 0.000 (α=0.050). The conclusions that there are strong, positive, and significant relation between parents parenting with compliance of health protocols implementation.

Abstract

The use of technology in the current era of globalization is getting faster, one of the most widely used technologies is gadgets which are one of the media for communicating with the aim of facilitating human communication activities. However, along with the development of the era, the use of gadgets has become one of the basic human needs so that there are many negative impacts caused by using gadgets because they cannot use gadgets properly. One of the negative impacts caused by the use of gadgets is the risk of psychosocial development problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the history of gadget use with the risk of psychosocial development problems in preschool children in Jagaraga Village. This research method is correlational which is quantitative. The subject approach model used is cross sectional. The sampling technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, namely 97 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique. Pearson's statistical test obtained a p on the intensity of gadget use with the risk of psychosocial development problems, which is 0.001, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant or correlated relationship. this states that there is a relationship between a history of gadget use and the risk of psychosocial development problems in preschool children in Jagaraga Village, Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the mother's role in stimulating the development of children in Pustu that Work Area Cemagi health center, district. Mengwi, Badung regency. This study used a quantitative method to approach cross-sectional study. About 110 was taken with total sampling technique. Data collected by questionnaires for 4 months and a variable relationship analysis performed with Spearman Rank Correlation test. The results showed the P value 0.000 less than value = 0:05 so that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the mother's role in stimulating with the development of children The value coefficient correlation (r) is 0.741 which means to have a very strong correlation. Results of this study can be concluded there is a correlation betwen mother's role in stimulating with the evelopment of the children, and can be used as a handle or a reference by health workers in Pustu Cemagi for the detection of early childhood development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the acupressure therapy to changing patient ARI sickness in infants in Holistic Nursing Care Latu Usadha Abiansemal Badung. This study used quasy experiment with using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 30 people, 15 people for the treatment group and 15 to the control group. The collection of data by using the form. Observation overview of signs and symptoms of respiratory infection. The average score of pre-test was 4.06, post-test was 3.86 in the control group and an average score of pre-test was 4.13, post-test was 2.06 in the treatment group. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and the Mann Whitney test. Results of p = 0.000 (p 0.05), which means that Ho refused. This meant that acupressure was effective in changing the ARI sickness in patients under five years old in Holistic Nursing Care Latu Usadha Abiansemal Badung

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with study cross-sectional approach. The total sample of 40 people, samples taken technically in total sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires for 4 months and a variable relationship analysis performed with correlation Spearman rank test. The results showed the characteristics of respondents, found the vast majority (67.5%) of workers child-sex male and 32.5% female. Most (62.5%) working children are school-age children and 52.5% of working children are not formal schooling, the majority (67.5%) growth in child labor normal nutritional status, psychosocial development of a small portion (25%) in the category less, 52.5% of health problems is ISPA and the correlation between age, gender and psychosocial development of the respective P value equal to 0.032 less than value = 0.05 and P value of 0.044 less than value = 0:05

Abstract

Efforts to produce quality healthy and intelligent children are a priority for the national development program. In achieving this goal, of course, requires the involvement of many parties. The strategic thing is to empower families to be able to provide and carry out optimal and proper parenting for their children. So far, toddler development monitoring services have been carried out at Posyandu. The quality of services at Posyandu can be improved by involving families/parents in it, with the family empowerment movement. Purpose: Optimizing parental guidance for children in their growth period. To help emotional maturity and independence in facing life by applying proper parenting. Method: Mechanism of community service actifities (1) We introduces ourselves to the person in charge, cadre, parents of toddlers at the Posyandu, conveys information, explains the purpose and procedure of “Studying at My Children’s Home.” (2) Conduct a pre test to asses parental knowledge about family empowerment in child rearing efforts. (3) Carrying out educational/health counseling interventions regarding parental knowledge about family empowermwnt in children efforts, packaged with “Studying at My Children’s Home” activities. (4) Carrying out a post test after the intervention. (5) Analyzing data. Results: From 140 respondents, 93 people or 66.43% got good benefits. 37 people or 26.43% got sufficient benefits, and 10 people or 7.14% did not get significant benefits from “Studying at My Children’s Home” activity. Conclusion: The “Studying at My Children’s Home” activity gives a new situation to the counseling method in society or the community. With 3 (three) main activities (1) modeling/give examples (2) Repetition and (3) Reinforcement/strengthening for something good. At the end of this community service activity, it was generally found and increase in family understanding and empowerment in childcare.
