Abstract

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VALUE ENGINEERING ON SCHOOL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT(CASE OF STUDY SANUR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL)ABSTRACTIn a construction project, the cost is one of the factors that determine the sustainability of the project, especially in the case of study school building project at Sanur Independent School. Because of that, the austerity measures undertaken to produce an economical construction project. The selection of materials and construction methods can precisely determine the amount of savings to be gained in the implementation of the construction project, wherein the choice of materials and alternative methods will not necessarily reduce nor change the value of the function, quality and architectural value of the project itself. Therefore there is a need for job costing analysis to control these aspects. One of the methods that used for cost efficiency in a construction project especially on the building construction is Value Engineering Method that is a systematic way of defining the value of a subject to its function so that an innovative and structured approach can be adopted with the aim of reducing unnecessary costs. By using this method can obtained two alternative combinations of designs such as , the best combination of alternative designs and the cheapest combination of alternative design, and based by the result of the researched, by using a combination of the best alternative design on this construction project wherein the initial BoQ have a value of Rp 2,003,372,657.68 obtained savings of Rp 36.492.428,34 atau 1,82 %. While using a combination of the cheapest alternative designs obtained savings of Rp 248,161,362.38 or 12.39 %.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan sector pekerjaan yang memiliki resiko tinggi di bandingkan sector lainnya. Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia terbilang cukup tinggi dan terus meningkat dari tahun tahun sebelumnya.Tujuan dari perencanaan RKK meliputi identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, sasaran khusus dan program khusus, menghitung biaya rencana keselamatan konstruksi. Dalam penelitian ini studi kasus yang di pakai adalah proyek pembangunan Gedung SMAN 9 Denpasar yang berada di JL. Kertalangu Denpasar. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa analisis tentang Identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, pemetaan tingkat risiko, sasaran khusus dan program khusus dan perhitungan biaya rencana keselamatan konstruksi. Agar pelaksanaan proyek berjalan lancar dan aman.

Abstract

Implementation planning in project management is very important. Project implementation planning is a stage applied in project management by setting goals and objectives that must be achieved and determining the policies of all technical and administrative programs so that they can be implemented. Planning the implementation of development projects uses data collection methods with library and documentation techniques, the data obtained is in the form of secondary and primary data. The implementation method in the field uses conventional and mechanical methods to maximize work, one of which is pile cap work. Pile cap is a way to tie the foundation before a column is erected at the top. This pile cap aims to make the location of the column really at the center point of the foundation so as not to cause eccentricity that can cause additional load on the foundation. The pile cap carried out in the UPT Nyitdah Tabanan Hospital IGD Building Construction project uses four types of pile caps and the implementation method in the field uses mechanical methods. The scheduling results in writing this journal use the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) method. The total duration based on the calculation is 45 days with a Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) including 10% VAT of Rp7,645,657,919.78.

Abstract

The Tanjung Pura interchange overpass bridge, a critical connector road on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road, currently utilizes wall-type pillars that have limitations in seismic performance and construction efficiency. This study aims to redesign the bridge pillars from a wall-type to a portal-type configuration to improve structural safety and optimize the design. The redesign process involves several key steps, including data collection through literature review and documentation from project stakeholders, structural modeling using SAP2000 v.20 software incorporating the redesigned portal-type pillars with optimized dimensions and reinforcement arrangements, load analysis considering various load combinations based on Indonesian bridge design codes and standards, and capacity evaluation using SP Column v.7 software to assess the structural adequacy and safety of the redesigned pillars. The portal-type pillars, with dimensions of 1500 mm × 2500 mm and 50D32 main reinforcement, along with additional leg reinforcement in the plastic hinge regions, demonstrated improved seismic performance and constructability compared to the original wall-type design, with a maximum capacity ratio of 0.20 indicating sufficient reserve capacity and safety margin. The successful redesign of the Tanjung Pura interchange overpass bridge pillars highlights the potential for optimizing bridge structures to enhance safety, efficiency, and economy, serving as a valuable reference for future bridge rehabilitation and redesign projects.

Abstract

Bali is one of the provinces that are destinations for foreign and domestic tourists. This causes Bali to follow developments in several sectors, one of which is the construction sector. Of course, every building in Bali must guarantee its safety and comfort. Especially in infrastructure buildings, the security of which must be guaranteed because it involves the safety of many people inside. For example, hospital buildings included in risk category IV need to pay attention to their deviations. For example, in the Udayana University oral dental hospital building which was previously planned using SRPMK, the design deviation value met the requirements or did not exceed the permit deviation. This oral dental hospital building will be re-planned using a dual system. So these two structural systems are chosen for comparison regarding the deviation values ​​between the two to provide information regarding which structural system is more optimal. In this writing, the analysis shows that the deviation value produced by the dual system is smaller than the special moment resisting frame system. Namely, with a maximum value of the double system of 8.96 mm and SRPMK with a maximum value of 21.696 mm with a clearance of 30.77 mm on the 2nd floor in the x direction and in the Y direction the maximum value of the double system is 12.60mm and SRPMK with the The maximum value is 20.07 mm with a permit of 26.92 mm on the 3rd floor.

Abstract

Dinding umumnya dianggap sebagai elemen nonstruktural dan beban dalam sebuah bangunan, namun memiliki kecenderungan untuk berinteraksi dengan struktur rangka utama saat terjadi beban lateral. Penelitian ini menganalisis bangunan ruko empat lantai dengan dua pemodelan struktur yaitu struktur rangka terbuka (open frame) dan struktur rangka dengan dinding pengisi sebagai shell element (Infilled frame) menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SAP2000. Parameter pembanding adalah simpangan antar tingkat dan gaya-gaya dalam struktur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan simpangan arah X dan Y pada struktur OF masing-masing 83% dan 93% lebih besar dibandingkan struktur IF. Nilai momen, gaya lintang dan gaya aksial struktur IF lebih kecil dibandingkan struktur OF. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penambahan dinding pengisi dapat meningkatkan kekakuan dari struktur bangunan.
