Abstract

Political changes of the New Order regime have an impact on the dynamics of local politics in West Kalimantan. These changes raise complex issues related to ethnic and religious issues in the rivalry between Dayak and Malay elite. Therefore, this article aims to study the ethnic as an instrument of politics post New Order regime 1999-2008 case West Kalimantan and link into political representation and the community security by utilizing qualitative approach. In addition, the data for this study is based on primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with selected informants. While the secondary data obtained from books and journals. This writing used the conceptual framework of Jack Snyder (2000) about democratizing states and ethnic nationalism and Ted Robert Gurr (1994) on ethno politic and instrumentalism approach. The study found some important factors that influence the emergence of identity politics in West Kalimantan, namely structural factors, political conditions, unbalanced representation of political and ethnic stereotypes. However, political factors and unbalanced ethnic representation in power are the main causes of the emergence of identity politics in West Kalimantan. The results also show that the occurrence of ethnic identity politics and religion has influence on the shape of political representation and community security.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian secara eksperimental. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara uji pembebanan terhadap pelat beton bersirip diatas perletakan kaku dengan ukuran skala laboratorium yaitu 40 x 40 x 20 cm dengan ketebalan 2,5 cm. Benda uji terdiri menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu 4 pelat beton bersiripdengan tulangan dan 7 tanpa tulangan. Penambahan penebalan pada sirip dilakukan dengan penebalan sisi dalam sebesar 0°, 8,53°, 10°, 16,69°, 20°, 24,23° dan 30°. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan penebalan pada sirip pelat beton dapat meningkatkan daya dukung pelat. Beban maksimum berdasarkan uji eksperimental  pelat beton dengan tulangan kemiringan 30°, yaitu 5764,36 kg dan pelat beton tanpa tulangan kemiringan 30° sebesar 5694 kg. Pelat beton dengan tulangan kemiringan 20° yaitu 3899,33 kg dan pelat beton tanpa tulangan kemiringan 20° sebesar 3891,18 kg. Pelat beton dengan tulangan kemiringan 10° yaitu 2742,99 kg dan pelat beton tanpa tulangan kemiringan 10° sebesar 2931,64 kg. Pelat beton dengan tulangan kemiringan 0° yaitu 2457,48 kg dan pelat beton tanpa tulangan kemiringan 0° sebesar 2540,07 kg. Pelat beton tanpa tulangan kemiringan 24,23° yaitu 4498,92 kg, 16,69° sebesar 3487,37 kg dan 8,53° sebesar 3008,11 kg. Beban maksimum berdasarkan model simulasi  pelat beton dengan program SAP2000 kemiringan 0°, yaitu 416 kg dan kemiringan 0°, sebesar  423 kg. Perbandingan rata-rata daya dukung pelat beton bersirip berdasarkan model simulasi  dan uji eksperimental adalah sebesar 28,13%.Kata-kata kunci:      Perkerasan jalan beton, pelat beton bersirip, pelat dengan penebalan pada bagian sirip

Abstract

This commuity service aims to improve (1) the professionalism of teachers in schools in developing ideational learning based worksheet in order to improve the creativity of the learners; (2) the ability of the teachers to develop the test items measuring the creativity as well as the performance using QUEST program. This community service activities was carried out through a series of activities such as lectures, question and answer, discussion, practice, and mentoring. Participants were 15 teachers from subject teachers deliberation of Sleman, and 15 teachers of the subject teachers Deliberation of Yogyakarta. The materials were about deepening the concept/insights on ideational learning, forming ideational learning based worksheet, developing the ideational learning based evaluation tools and analyzing ideational learning based evaluation items. The results showthat the teachers are able to design the ideational evaluation worksheet. It is obtained from the performance of the desaining and drafting taskbook evaluation sheets. For the analysis, the participants are able to use the QUEST program analyzing multiple-choice and descriptions items in the worksheet
