Abstract

Di indonesia banyak penduduk yang berprofesi sebagai peternak. Jika peternak yang memilikijumlah ternak banyak (lebih dari 5) akan mencacah rumput gajah dengan cara manual, itu akanmenghabiskan waktu, jadi dengan adanya alat pencacah rumput gajah akan sangat membantumenghemat waktu. Alat pencacah rumput gajah adalah alat yang dapat membantu menghematwaktu. Jadi alat pencacah rumput gajah adalah teknologi tepat guna. Proses untuk membuatalat pencacah rumput gajah adalah dengan melakukan perhitungan poros dan pasak, dayayang dibutuhkan alat pencacah rumput gajah, kapasitas produksi pada alat pencacah rumputgajah. Dari proses perhitungan alat pencacah rumput gajah di dapatkan daya motor sebesar0,64164 Hp dengan putaran 707,5 rpm, diameter poros sebesar 2,39 cm dengan bahan S45C,dan proses produksi didapatkan 1352 kg/jam.Kata kunci : Poros, daya, rumput gajah, mesin, ternakIn Indonesia many people who work as breeder. Abstract

Abstrak:Pakan ternak memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam usaha peternakan karena harus mempunyai nilai giziyang tinggi.Pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) pembuatan pakan ternak di Kecamatan Jatirejo Kabupaten Mojokertoini dalam proses produksinya sudah menggunakan mesin, tetapi hasil bonggol jagung yang dihancurkan dari mesintersebut masih jauh dari sempurna. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan merancang alatpenghancur bonggol jagung. Dengan menggunakan tujuh pisau penghancur dan desain peletakan pisau dibentukspiral. Material pisau penghancur yang digunakan yaitu Stainless Steeel Food Grade 304. Kemudian merencanakanporos, pasak, dan melakukan analisa dengan menggunakan software Ansys 12.1. Hasil dari perhitungan dan analisa,didapatkan daya yang dibutuhkan menghancurkanb onggol jagung untuk satu pisau yaitu 0,826 HP. Hasil analisa pisaumemiliki tegangan maksimum sebesar 5,408x105 N/m².Kata kunci: Bonggol jagung, baja tahan karat, AnsysAbstract:Animal feed plays a very important in the farm because it must have a high nutritional value. On Small and MediumEnterprises (SMEs) in the manufacture of animal feed Jatirejo District of Mojokerto regency is in the process ofproduction has been using the machine, but the results were crushed corncobs of these machines are still far fromperfect. Therefore, to overcome this problem is to design crusher corncobs. By using the seven-blade knife layingcrusher and formed spiral design. Materials used are knives crushers Food Grade Stainless steeel shaft 304. Thendesigning the shaft, pegs, and performs analysis using ANSYS 12.1 software. The results of calculation and analysisshowed the power needed to destroy corncob one knife is 0,826HP. Abstract

Peran perawat diperlukan untuk mencegah efek samping yang tidak diinginkan selama phototherapy intervention dilaksanakan, yaitu dengan memastikan ketepatan menjalankan prosedur pelaksanaan phototherapy intervention yang berisi urutan proses melakukan tindakan keperawatan dari awal sampai akhir. Tenaga kesehatan dituntut memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan agar mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang tepat pada saat phototherapy intervention dilaksanakan. Metode drill digunakan untuk mencegah kejadian tidak diharapkan (KTD) seperti hipertermi, hipotermi, dan luka bakar pada saat phototherapy intervention dilaksanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode drill terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat dalam pelaksanaan prosedur phototherapy intervention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre experimental dengan pre-post test without control group, melalui pemberian pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran drill selama 2 minggu pada 17 perawat RSUD dr. Rubini. Instrumen penelitian karakteristik responden, pengetahuan, dan observasi keterampilan perawat. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired T-Test yang digunakan pada pengetahuan dan uji Wilcoxon untuk keterampilan. Nilai pre test keterampilan perawat sebesar 15,65 dan nilai post test 25,47 sehingga didapatkan peningkatan keterampilan sebesar 9,82 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh metode drill terhadap pengetahuan dengan nilai pre test 64,7012 dan nilai post test 88,4288 sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 23,7276 dengan nilai p = 0,000. Pembelajaran metode drill dengan modul pembelajaran phototheraphy intervention memberikan dampak peningkatan kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode drill terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat dalam pelaksanaan prosedur phototherapy intervention.

Abstract

Improving journalistic skills, especially in the context of source interview techniques, is essential in the current digital information era. Journalism training in high school can be an effective means of improving these skills. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of journalistic training in source interview techniques conducted by Communication Science students at Semarang University for students at SMA 02 Masehi PSAK Semarang. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was used in this research, which involves observation, planning, action and evaluation. The research results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of various aspects of interview techniques, as well as students' enthusiasm during the training. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of interview techniques. This training makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of journalism education in schools and preparing students to face the demands of the professional world.

Abstract

Modern technological advances cannot be separated from society, and significant developments in the use of digital devices have changed the media environment. Social media is now used for various purposes, including interaction, information, news and entertainment. Platforms like TikTok have become the main tool in digital marketing in Indonesia. TikTok offers creative short video formats, advanced algorithms, and features like “Hashtag Challenges” and “Branded Effects” that attract brands and companies. Students at SMK Negeri 1 Semarang face challenges in attracting an audience on TikTok due to lack of market research, creativity, and limited resources. This service aims to improve the understanding and skills of SMK N 1 Semarang students in creating quality video content on TikTok. The participatory method used involves discussion and direct practice. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of video content creation, with 55.8% of participants understanding the material presented. This education is expected to increase students' competence and creativity in digital marketing using TikTok.

Abstract

Digital marketing is becoming increasingly important in today's digital age. One of the key aspects of digital marketing is engaging visual content, which often involves quality photography. However, a lack of skills in photography and content creation is often a barrier for businesses and marketers. The students are expected to help the process of becoming entrepreneurs who are able to compete in various sectors today as they are trained in entrepreneurship. With the title Visual Strategy of Photography and Content Training for Digital Marketing for Students of SMK N 1 Semarang, this activity was carried out offline with a total of 64 students of SMK N 1 Semarang. Various ways of delivering material, discussion, and training were used during this seminar. The materials were visual photography strategies and marketing content. Evaluation of this activity was carried out with a questionnaire and product photography training, which aims to measure how much the seminar participants understand this training activity. The final result of this community service activity is that the students have a better ability and understanding of photography strategies and digital marketing content.
