Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of work overload, role ambiguity and organization culture  against job stres employees BPS Province of Bali. BPS Bali includes 10 work units that 9 units of district(city) and one work unit BPS Province. A study population of as many as 274 respondents. The sampling technique using a Krejcie Table  with an error rate of 5% yield samples are 159 respondents. Kind of causality and research including research with survey method and data collection via questionnaires. The results of data analysis showed that partial work overload, the ambiguities of roles and organizational culture affects to job stress.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention of the employees of RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta. The number of sample is 62 employees are determined by disproportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square and Sobel test. The result showed that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention, perceived organizational support positively influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediated the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for Management RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta to reduce the level of turnover by making policies and decisions related to organizational support where employees feel cared about and appreciated by organizations that fosters employee commitment to the organization so employee will not  have plan to leave organization.

Abstract

The leader is indispensable in achieving project success. The leader must be able to adjust leadership style that is suitable to be applied to specific situations and the follower. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles, team work as a mediating role in the performance of the project. The population in this study were all employees of the project. Location of research at PT. Ciputra Property Tbk - Sub Holding 3A - Bali, Jakarta and Semarang. Sampling technique using saturated sample so that the same population with the sample. Total respondents 121 employees. The research instrument used questionnaires and data analysis techniques using PLS. The results showed that transformational and transactional leadership style to teamwork influence positively, transformational leadership style to project performance affected positively whereas transactional leadership style to project performance is not influential in running the project and also teamwork as mediation does not affect the project performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, pada Fave Hotel Seminyak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif,  menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta mengunakan metode sensus dalam menentukan sampel. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen utama penelitian ini dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan siginfikan terhadap stres kerja  sebesar 27,5 persen. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 42 persen. Dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 7 persen. Total pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 40 persen. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan siginfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan besar pengaruh langsung sebesar 4,8 persen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan turnover intention, pada CV. Gita Karya Persada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif,  menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta mengunakan metode sensus dalam menentukan sampel. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen utama penelitian ini dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 33,1 persen. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif dan siginfikan terhadap turnover intention. Dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 3 persen. Dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 9 persen. Total pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention sebesar 90 persen. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan siginfikan terhadap turnover intention dengan besar pengaruh langsung sebesar 77 persen.
