Abstract

Updates the data in the data warehouse is not traditionally done every transaction. Retail information systems require the latest data and can be accessed from anywhere for business analysis needs. Therefore, in this study will be made data warehouse model that is able to produce the information near real time, and can be accessed from anywhere by end users application. Modeling design integration of nearly real time data warehouse (NRTDWH) with a service oriented architecture (SOA) to support the retail information system is done in two stages. In the first stage will be designed modeling NRTDWH using Change Data Capture (CDC) based Transaction Log. In the second stage will be designed modeling NRTDWH integration with SOA-based web service. Tests conducted by a simulation test applications. Test applications used retail information systems, web-based web service client, desktop, and mobile. Results of this study were (1) ETL-based CDC captures changes to the source table and then store it in the database NRTDWH with the help of a scheduler; (2) Middleware web service makes 6 service based on data contained in the database NRTDWH, and each of these services accessible and implemented by the web service client.

Abstract

Failure in the process of loading data from the Online Transactional Processing(OLTP) system to the Normalized Data Store (NDS) database can occur. This caused by a disruption in the network so that the OLTP system is unable to save data to the OLTP and NDS databases. Backup and synchronization data scenarios are needed to maintain data consistency and data availability. In this research, the process of data backup and synchronization is done by providing an identity column for the table in the OLTP database. An identity column is used to give status data, value '0' if the inserting process fails, and value '1' if successful. Data backup is done by storing temporary data into a CSV file format, then the CSV file is read, and an insert process is carried out into the OLTP database. After the insertion process into the OLTP database is successful, it continues with the synchronization process between the OLTP database and the NDS. Data synchronization between OLTP and NDS databases is done by checking the value of the Identity Column in each table in the OLTP database.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan adanya interaksi strategi blended learning berbantuan telegram terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan desain factorial 2x3. Populasi yang diambil adalah mahasiswa semester dua jurusan teknik informatika di Kampus STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling yang diawali dengan melaksanakan uji kesetaran terhadap 4 kelas yang diambil dengan menggunakan uji anava satu jalur. Setelah itu dipilih secara random, dua kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan dua kelas sebagai kelas kontrol. Untuk mendapatkan instrument yang memiliki keabsahan sebelum digunakan angket dan tes terlebih dahulu di uji cobakan dan di validator oleh pakar yang ahli di bidangnya. Uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas di perlukan sebagai uji prasyarat sebelum menganalisis data. Adapun metode yang di gunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah anava dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa (F hitung = 3,296 dengan nilai signifikan 0,041).

Abstract

PT Arpan Bali Utama sebagai perusahaan industri harus selalu tanggap dengan kebutuhan perusahaannya, dikarenakan produksi perusahaan bergantung pada persediaan yang ada. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi inventory untuk kegiatan stock opname dan kartu gudang di PT Arpan Bali Utama. Perancangan sistem informasi inventory ini ditujukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan data stock opname dan kartu gudang, baik dalam input data maupun komputerisasi laporan stock opname dan kartu gudang. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramman Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) dan basis data dikembangkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Access 2016. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi inventory yang dirancang untuk membantu accounting department dan warehouse dalam melakukan kegiatan stock opname, input data, pencarian data, dan pembuatan laporan stock opname serta kartu gudang. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat membantu accounting department memantau kartu gudang untuk mengetahui mutasi barang di gudang.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of implementing a project performance-based employee incentive system at a state-owned construction company in Indonesia, PT PP (Persero) Tbk. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach, with the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each project before and after the implementation of the project performance-based incentive system. The data was tested using the Wilcoxon test to see if there were statistical differences in project performance before and after the implementation of the project performance-based employee incentive system. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in project KPIs before and after the implementation of the project performance-based employee incentive system. The project KPIs show a higher average value than before the implementation of this system. This research contributes especially for construction companies regarding the pros and cons of implementing a project performance-based incentive system because it is proven to be effective in motivating employees in increasing the average performance of their projects which affect the company's overall performance.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mendukung optimalisasi konsep smart government di kalangan sivitas akademik JurusanTeknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Bali, adalah penting untuk memastikan website jurusan ini agarterintegrasi dengan seluruh sistem informasi yang telah digunakan di lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Bali.Tindakan ini diharapkan akan mempermudah anggota sivitas akademik dalam mengakses berbagailayanan digital yang diperlukan. Melalui pendekatan WEBUSE, diharapkan mampu memberikanpenilaian atas usability website Jurusan Teknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Bali. Sehingga dapat menjadiacuan dalam pengembangan website, yang mampu memberikan pengalaman positif bagi penggunanya,yang dalam hal ini adalah seluruh sivitas akademik Politeknik Negeri Bali dan masyarakat padaumumnya. Adapun luaran dari penelitian adalah nilai evaluasi atas usability website dan jugarekomendasi perbaikan atau pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan atas rancangan website yang telahdibangun. Metode pengujian WEBUSE mengimplementasikan 4 instrument penilaian untuk mengukurnilai usability (kebergunaan) dari sebuah website, yang diantaranya adalah Pengorganisasian Konten danKeterbacaannya, Navigasi dan Tautan Website, Desain Antarmuka Website, Performa & Efektifitaswebsite. Hasil penilaian atas tingkat usability website menghasilkan persentase dengan nilai “Baik”sebesar 52%, nilai “Sangat Baik” sebesar “40,6%” dan nilai “Sedang” sebesar 1,4%. Nilai tersebutdihasilkan dari proses respondensi yang dilakukan kepada 72 responden yang terdiri atas mahasiswa,dosen & sivitas akademik Politeknik Negeri Bali, dan juga masyarkaat umum.

Abstract

Information technology developments are beneficial to businesses worldwide, particularly in Indonesia. Businesses that use information technology effectively can store and manage data, expedite business operations, and manage data. Information systems used in accounting are one area where technology is crucial. The purpose of this project is to develop and construct an information system application for the UD Kelambi Anyar clothing firm that will be used for financial report preparation and worker salary payment. For worker salaries, this company historically used manual records, which presented a number of challenges including the possibility of errors, information delays, and difficulty in finding data. This application was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach using the Waterfall paradigm. Planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and implementing are the stages of system development. Microsoft Access 2019 was used to create the database for this application, while Visual Basic Applications (VBA) was used to write the code. An information system application that facilitates the recording of worker service payments and the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, is the outcome of this research project for UD Kelambi Anyar. In addition to a filter menu to make data searching for employee salary reports easier, this program has a username and password feature to ensure user security. It is envisaged that using this application will improve the financial transaction process' accuracy and efficiency and speed up the process of making management choices.
