Abstract

Seringkali dalam pengambilan suatu objek tertentu hasil citra yang didapat mengalami degradasi atau penurunan kualitas citra, salah satunya terjadinya blur yang diakibatkan oleh kamera yang tidak fokus dalam menangkap suatu objek. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perbaikan untuk citra yang terdegradasi tersebut, dalam hal ini digunakan metode Steepest Descent dalam proses pengurangan blur. Ide dasar metode ini adalah melakukan iterasi untuk mengurangi blur dengan menelusuri titik yang paling curam. Blur yang dimasukkan pada citra digital adalah Gaussian dan Motion blur yang dibangkitkan melalui suatu blur generator. Performansi yang diujikan adalah PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) dan Similarity citra hasil pengurangan blur. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa secara umum metode Steepest Descent dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi blur, namun kurang handal mengurangi blur dengan intensitas tinggi karena menghasilkan citra dengan PSNR kurang dari 30 dB dan Similarity yang meningkat.

Abstract

The process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in government agencies is still using a manual system, recording is still using an agenda book which has several problems, such as the difficulty of administrative staff in finding old data due to the accumulation of letter data and the letter archiving process. In this study, a web-based mail archive system & SMS gateway mail archival system was created. This system can assist the process of filing letters. Testing this system using BlackBox testing. The research method uses the waterfall system development technique, consisting of several stages, namely the stages of needs analysis, system design, writing program code, conducting testing, and program implementation and maintenance. The data collection technique used is through the interview, observation, and literature study. The test results of the correspondence information system with features to manage officer data, manage incoming mail data, manage outgoing mail data, manage letter type data, manage travel letter data outside the region, and reports. This shows that the system created can function as expected.

Abstract

Failure in the process of loading data from the Online Transactional Processing(OLTP) system to the Normalized Data Store (NDS) database can occur. This caused by a disruption in the network so that the OLTP system is unable to save data to the OLTP and NDS databases. Backup and synchronization data scenarios are needed to maintain data consistency and data availability. In this research, the process of data backup and synchronization is done by providing an identity column for the table in the OLTP database. An identity column is used to give status data, value '0' if the inserting process fails, and value '1' if successful. Data backup is done by storing temporary data into a CSV file format, then the CSV file is read, and an insert process is carried out into the OLTP database. After the insertion process into the OLTP database is successful, it continues with the synchronization process between the OLTP database and the NDS. Data synchronization between OLTP and NDS databases is done by checking the value of the Identity Column in each table in the OLTP database.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Automatic Disinfectant Tunnel Berbasis Microcontroller Arduino Nano Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Protocol Kesehatan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencegah penularan virus covid-19. Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kota Denpasar menjadi mitra dari kegitan penerapan teknologi automatic disinfectant tunnel. Tujuan dari kegitan ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan dan implementasi tepat guna mencegah penularan covid-19 lingkungan dinas UMKM kota Denpasar. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan dan masalah mitra, merancang dan pembuatan sistem, implementasi dan pendampingan oprasional awal, serta memberikan sosialisasi kepada suluruh stakeholder di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Denpasar. Dari hasil kegitan telah dirancang bangun sebuah alat automatic disinfectant tunnel berbasis microcontroller Arduino nano. Dari hasil pengujian dengan menyertakan 4 kondisi automatic disinfectant tunnel berjalan dengan semestinya. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM kota Denpasar telah mengenal teknologi penerapan Automatic Disinfectant Tunnel Berbasis Microcontroller Arduino Nano Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Protocol Kesehatan.Abstract: The application of the Arduino Nano Microcontroller-Based Automatic Disinfectant Tunnel as an Effort to Improve Health Protocols is one way to prevent the transmission of the covid-19 virus. The Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Denpasar is a partner in the application of automatic tunnel disinfectant technology. The purpose of this activity is to introduce and implement appropriate measures to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 within the Denpasar MSMEs office. The method starts from making the needs and problems of partners, designing and systems, implementation and initial assistance, as well as providing socialization to all stakeholders at the Denpasar City Cooperatives and MSMEs Office. From the results of the activity, an automatic disinfectant tunnel tool based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller has been designed. From the test results by including 4 tunnel conditions, the automatic disinfectant runs properly. Through this community service program, the Denpasar Cooperatives and MSMEs Service have recognized the technology for applying Automatic Disinfectant Tunnel Based on the Arduino Nano Microcontroller as an Effort to Improve Health Protocols.

Abstract

To achieve the real time data warehouse is strongly influenced by the process in the data warehouse known as Extract, Tranform, Loading (ETL). One way to optimize the ETL process is processing only data that undergoes changes on the On Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) system. This technique is known as Change Data Capture (CDC) which is designed to maximize the efficiency of the ETL process. In this research middleware was built as a place where the ETL process will be carried out, transaction data from the OLTP system will be captured and sent directly to the middleware for further processing. The method used to capture changes in OLTP systems is Change Data Capture (CDC) based on Event Driven Programming, where this technique relies on events that occur in OLTP in capturing data changes. Functional testing is done by making a simulation of the insert and update processes in test applications namely OLTP CRM system.The results of the research obtained are (1) Change Data Capture (CDC) based on Event Driven Programming can capture changes in data that occur in OLTP CRM database;(2) ETL process to load data from Normalized Data Store (NDS ) to data warehouse with Timestamp technique can load data that only undergoes changes that are processed to be loaded in Data Warehouse;(3) An increase in the amount of data that is processed has an effect on increasing processing time. Other factors that affect the value of process time are execution plan and cache memory

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan virus yang pertama kali ditemukan pada hewan dan berkembang sehingga terjangkin pada manusia. Virus ini menyebar antara manusia ke manusia melalui tetesan cairan dari mulut dan hidung saat orang yang terinfeksi sedang batuk atau bersin, mirip dengan cara penularan penyakit flu. Seperti yang kita ketahui pandemic Covid-19 sudah merebak ke seluruh dunia. WHO menyarankan kita untuk mencuci tangan sesering mungkin datang dari luar maupun dalam rumah. Dengan demikian observasi dilakukan diberbagai tempat yaitu meliputi rumah, pasar, balai banjar, hingga di warung-warung sekitar, lalu hasil observasi didapatkan bahwa setiap orang yang keluar maupun masuk tempat tersebut tidaklah semua mencuci tangan. Ini dikarenakan berbagai faktor yaitu tempat cuci tangan dan sabun yang jauh, malas mencuci tangan, dan juga canggung meminjam tempat cuci tangan. Dari berbagai faktor tersebut maka dirancanglah sabun tangan automatis dengan Infrared Sensor and Arduino sebagai pembersih tangan dari bakteri tanpa bersentuhan langsung. Alat ini akan diletakan di pintu masuk utama maupun tempat-tempat yang dinilai ramai demi membersihkan langsung tangan pendatang atau tamu yang datang. Dalam kaitan dengan kondisi saat ini yaitu pandemic Covid-19, alat ini didesain sederhana mungkin, portable diletakan dimana saja, dan mudah digunakan. Di Indonesia, pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) untuk menekan penyebaran virus ini. Case fatality rate atau tingkat kematian yang disebabkan oleh COVID-19 di Indonesia adalah sekitar 3,1%. Case fatality rate adalah presentase jumlah kematian dari seluruh jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 yang sudah terkonfirmasi dan dilaporkan. penderita COVID-19 tanpa melakukan pembersihan diri seperti cuci tangan. Keadaan seperti ini merupakan mimpi buruk bagi para pedagang maupun pembeli yang ada dipasar tradisional mengingat tempat tersebut sangat ramai di setiap harinya. Maka dari itu STMIK STIKOM Indonesia (STIKI Indonesia) dengan aksi program STIKI PEDULI ingin membantu dimulai dari pasar tradisional di bali yaitu Pasar Satriya yang berlokasi di Jalan Abimayu Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the realistic mathematics education with geogebra media towards learning outcomes on geometry based on students’ spatial ability. This research s quasi experimental with experimental group 2x2 factorial research design. Sampling was taken random sampling technique. Before taking the sample, the student's ability equivalence test was conducted in each class using the one-way Anova The gathered data in this research are students’ spatial ability scores obtained from the spatial ability test and learning outcomes of geometry test. The collected data which after were analyzed using two way Anova. Before using two way Anova the data were analized for normality and homogeneity of variance. The results of this study are: (1) There are differences in geometry learning outcomes between students who follow the realistic mathematics education learning model assisted by geogebra media and the learning model commonly applied by teachers, namely the cooperative learning model, (2) There is an interaction of realistic mathematics education assisted by geogebra media with spatial abilities on geometry learning outcomes (Fcount of 5.937(p < 0.05)), this shows that the learning outcomes of geometry among students who attend realistic mathematics education assisted by geogebra media are better than students who take conventional learning in groups of students with spatial abilities.

Abstract

The impact of overflowing water in this ditch is the emergence of many diseases in the community and of course activities will be hampered. Because the possibility of flooding caused by overflow in the ditch, it is hoped that there will be a system that can reduce or even prevent flooding in areas that are prone to flooding due to overflowing sewers. As is the case with the problem at one location in Petak Kelod Village, precisely in Banjar Madangan Kaja, which experienced a problem in the gutter that almost every heavy rain came, causing the sewer to be clogged due to several factors such as: the size of the ditch is not the same which causes the water flow to become blocked, then the garbage in the gutter also causes the flowing water to become clogged. To overcome this, we need a system that can drain the blocked water flow by flowing it towards a larger ditch so as to make the clogged sewer smoother. The systems used to support this research are Arduino Uno, NodeMCU ESP8266, Ultrasonic Sensors, LEDs, and Stepper Motors, where the system will send the water level status via telegram and open the door automatically if the water level threshold is reached to be channeled to the backup channel so that the water is divided into two with the same volume and causes the waterway to return to normal. In the Esp8266 NodeMCU Connection Testing test, 100% success was obtained with an error of 6.934% in ultrasonic sensor testing, overall system performance was measured and 100% success was obtained

Abstract

Computer technology has advanced with the digital age. Software for several platforms is crucial to streamlining human work with computers. This software is essential for many user tasks, including IoT ones. Through data exploitation and communication technologies, the Internet of entities (IoT) connects physical and virtual entities to the global web. This technology aims to make it easier for humans to interact with objects and let them communicate. In daily life, numerous specialized gadgets use the Internet of Things (IoT), especially Smart Homes. Smart Homes integrate networked communication networks with home devices for remote control, monitoring, and access. The name "Smart" in Smart Homes suggests intelligence, however IoT devices have limitations. Malware is purposely designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to computer systems without the system owner's knowledge or agreement. Malware threatens smart home security widely. Malware can also quickly regenerate and adapt as technology advances. It's often integrated into popular online apps. This study examines how malware assaults affect IoT and Smart Home devices. The study's conclusions include an analytical report on IoT and Smart Home malware mitigation in legal perspectives.

Abstract

Kesuburan tanah adalah kualitas tanah untuk tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan baik yang ditentukan oleh interaksi beberapa sifat fisik yaitu kimia dan biologi pada bagian tanah yang merupakan rumah bagi akar tanaman aktif.Salah satu kunci utamanya adalah pengelolaan air. Pengaturan lingkungan untuk menciptakan suasana yang mendorong pertumbuhan tanamanhanya dapat menciptakan 10% air irigasi yang dapat dikendalikan, jauh dari nilai ideal  50%, maka diperlukannya suatu produk alat pertanian berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berupa chip mikrokontroler yang dapat diprogram untuk mengontrol penyiramansecara otomatis.Alat ini dirancang untuk mendeteksi apakah suatu tanaman  memiliki tanah  yang cukup basah atau kering, dengan hal ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui derajat kekeringan pada tanah.
