Abstract

Bengkel Sepeda Motor adalah salah satu layanan jasa pada masyarakat yang sangat diperlukan khususnya di kota Denpasar, karena Menurut AfrianoNadianto, Regional Head PT Astra International-Honda Sales Operation (AI-HSO) Denpasar pada Kompas otomotif 3 Oktober 2012, mengenai jumlahsepeda motor dibandingankan dengan jumlah penduduk “Perbandingan itu bahkan cenderung naik hingga 1:1,8 tahun ini. Satu orang bisa punyadua atau tiga sepeda motor”. Untuk memberikan kemudahan pada pengelola bengkel, maka tim pengabdian pada masyarakat membuatkan perangkatlunak aplikasi guna memudahkan pengendalian stok barang. Pengabdian ini diawali dengan survei pada 2 mitra bengkel, menganalisa kebutuhan padakedua mitra dilanjutkan dengan desain perangkat lunak, implementasi, uji coba pada mitra, pelatihan untuk input data dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihanpenggunaan perangkat lunak.Kata kunci: bengkel, perangkat lunak

Abstract

Human Resources in the company is a very valuable asset. Without employees the company will not run. In order to achieve the company's vision and mission, all important components of the company must be managed carefully. Good management of human resources and giving rewards to employees will increase enthusiasm for work so that the company will grow even better. Determination of rewards in the company requires a good record and a definite assessment pattern so as to produce accurate numbers so that justice can be felt by employees. In order to facilitate the calculation of rewards and documentation of calculation results, a web-based system was created to calculate the performance of human resources based on case studies at company PT. Bumi Sentosa specifically in the service department.

Abstract

Technological developments are very fast, there is a lot of software that makes it easier for people to learn. One of them is learning algorithms and programming which studies the stages of effective problem solving so that it can be translated into Programming Language. One of the standards used to describe algorithms is a flowchart. A flowchart is a diagram used to describe in detail the stages of solving a problem. By using a picture of a stage of the problem it will be easier to understand. Many software programs that make it easy to draw flowcharts, one of which is Microsoft Visio. The benefit of Microsoft Visio is that it makes it easier for people to draw flowcharts, but what has been described cannot be known directly. Software that makes it easy to create flowcharts is Flowgorithm. Before Flowgorithm Logic and Algorithm is the basis of this software. Its use is very easy and also free, so this application is widely used by beginners in learning algorithms. Flowcharts created using flowgorithm can be run directly. Flowgorithm can interactively convert flowcharts to more than 18 languages. These include: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Lua, Perl, Python, Ruby, Swift, Visual Basic .NET. The purpose of this paper is to provide an alternative to learning programming algorithms before learning programming languages using the flowgorithm application.

Abstract

This research designed and developed a prototype e-wallet management application for crowdfunding-based tuition fee payment at STMIK Bandung Bali, addressing higher education cost challenges. Using Agile methodology, the development covered requirements analysis, UI/database design, payment gateway integration, and testing. Core functionalities include student data, academic history, billing, e-wallet balance, donor contributions, and campus operator disbursements. Functional testing showed 100% success across all 9 black-box test scenarios, confirming successful crowdfunding system implementation. However, load and stress tests on shared hosting (0.5 CPU, 256 MB RAM) revealed performance limitations. Response times increased sharply from 2.2 seconds (100 requests) to 14.6 seconds (200 requests), with over 95% system failure beyond 400 concurrent requests, indicating hosting resource constraints. Empirical user evaluations (10 students, 5 donors, 2 operators) confirmed high system effectiveness and usability, yielding average scores of 4.2 for effectiveness and 4.0 for usability (on a 5-point Likert scale). Security measures include private key API integration, AES password encryption, and restricted sensitive data access. This research's success lies in its specific technical solution for institutional tuition crowdfunding, integrating directly with STMIK Bandung Bali's financial management, differentiating it from general platforms.

Abstract

Heart failure is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Early detection and accurate analysis are essential for proper treatment. This study proposes the use of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm to analyse and predict the progression of heart failure disease based on patient medical data. The LSTM model developed uses the Python platform with TensorFlow and Keras libraries, as well as the “Heart Failure Prediction” dataset from Kaggle.com. The results showed that the LSTM model with training and testing data ratio of 70:30 (Model B) achieved the best performance with accuracy of 0.869, precision of 0.869, recall of 0.869, and F1-score of 0.869. The model showed consistent ability in identifying positive and negative cases of heart failure and was effective in reducing overfitting. Overall, this research contributes to the development of more accurate and efficient heart failure disease prediction methods.

Abstract

Based on a needs analysis of partners at SMK Negeri 1 Gianyar class XI, students experienced difficulties in learning to write blogs as a medium for marketing products. Although there are many blog service providers available, students have not been able to determine which blog platform is easy to use. The next difficulty is how to improve blog rankings on internet search engines. Through this training, students were provided with material on creating blogs using WordPress, writing articles relevant to search optimization needs, and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help create appropriate content. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' knowledge regarding the creation and management of blogs with WordPress, an increase in their ability to compose articles relevant to supporting blog rankings on search engines, and their ability to utilize AI as a medium for creating marketing articles.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar strategis ekonomi nasional, namun pelaku industri kuliner sering menghadapi tantangan operasional kompleks berupa keterbatasan jangkauan pemasaran dan rendahnya kualitas informasi akuntansi yang menghambat daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Indeks Penguatan Usaha UMKM di Kelurahan Jimbaran sebagai instrumen evaluasi kinerja dan daya saing secara terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksploratif dengan teknik analisis faktor untuk mengidentifikasi variabel laten berdasarkan persepsi pelaku usaha. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dari 27 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan selanjutnya diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha guna menjamin objektivitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya satu faktor utama yang mampu menjelaskan 44,5% variasi data dengan tingkat stabilitas instrumen yang sangat tinggi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa efektivitas sistem konsinyasi dan kualitas hubungan pelanggan menjadi indikator paling dominan dalam memperkuat posisi tawar bisnis lokal. Secara keseluruhan, indeks yang dihasilkan berfungsi sebagai alat ukur prestasi manajemen yang efektif dalam memitigasi risiko manajerial dan kendala administrasi yang menghambat pertumbuhan. Sinergi antara strategi pemasaran yang ekspansif dan kedisiplinan pencatatan terbukti sangat krusial dalam menjamin keberlanjutan usaha. Model indeks ini memberikan sumbangsih praktis berupa basis data andal bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk merumuskan kebijakan pengembangan bisnis yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan nyata pelaku usaha di lapangan.
