Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat bertujuan untuk pengembangan BUMDes di Desa Tangguntiti Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur kabupaten Tabanan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pada kegiatan program PKW adalah Pelatihan dan simulasi mengenai terapan ipeks yang dialihkan bagi masyarakat; dan Pendampingan yaitu pertemuan secara berkala antara pendamping dengan masyarakat sasaran hingga ipteks yang dialihkan dapat dilaksanakan secara mandiri oleh masyarakat. Kegiatan desiminasi ipteks dalam produksi jajan upakara telah berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon positif dari masyarakat dicirikan oleh jumlah peserta yang hadir dan keseriusan peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Partisipasi aktif mitra sasaran dalam seluruh kegiatan desiminasi teknologi cukup tinggi, yaitu rata-rata sebesar 85 persen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 50% peserta sudah menguasai teknik produksi jajan upakara secara benar, dan ada 10 peserta (30%) sudah mampu menghasilkan produk jajan sesuai standar kualitas

Abstract

Pendapatan petani lahan sawah di Subak Aseman Desa tangguntiti masih rendah karena kesulitan air irigasi dan harga panen padi yang relatif masih rendah dan fluktuatif. Pengembanan usaha tani baru yang lebih menguntungkan perlu dirintis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani lahan sawah melalui agribisnis benih jagung tahan kering. Metode yang diterapkan adalah bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan tenik penangkaran benih jagung, teknik pengemasan dan pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa usaha produsen benih jagung cocok diterapkan sebagai usaha tani di subak aseman dalam mengantisipasi kekurangan air irigasi. Hasil analisis usaha tani menunjukkan bahwa usaha produsen benih jagung mampu memberikan keuntungan 47%. Kata kunci : subak, usaha tani, produsen benih jagung, peningkatan, pendapatan.

Abstract

Di Desa Puhu merupakan salah satu sentra peternakan babi dan akan menghasilkan limbah 4,160 ton limbah setiap hari. Limbah ternak ini mengeluarkan bau tidak sedap dan mencemari lingkungan, dapat mengganggu kesehatan dan kenyaman manusia sehingga perlu mendapat penanganan.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pendekatan alih teknologi dan pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan, sedangkan pelaksanaannya diterapkan dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan studi banding. Hasil kegiatan seorang peternak di Desa Puhu telah menjadi pelopor mengolah limbah ternak babi menjadi pupuk organik. Pupuk organik yang dihasilkan mengandung kadar C-organik sebanyak 38,99 % (Sangat Tinggi), kadar N 0,53 % (Tinggi) , kadar P tersedia 108,09 ppm (Sangat Tinggi), K-tersedia 6915,33 ppm (Sangat Tinggi) dan DHL 6,52 mmhos/cm (Sangat Tinggi).

Abstract

Environment issues and go green impacted to perception of political makers both in governmental and privatesector. The organic farming was identical to decrease fertilizer application of chemical fertilizer. This issue shouldbe researched whether chemical fertilizer destroyed environment or vice verse. Since 1998 research found andconcluded that the opposite perception was due to the high dosage organic fertilizer. Dissemination of researchfound that mineral plus processing was conducted in Anggabaya Village. It was done by exercising farmer societywith empowering technology. Raw material of mineral plus fertilizer process has been formulated by the team,and the targets were the farmers and farming family to improve their knowledge in processing fertilizer andapplying it for farmer use. The training was conducted after presentation and discussion so the participant moreunderstood the use of fertilizer and quality of fertilizer. The team as tutors in formulating mineral plus fertilizerand participated by most of participants (90%). The participants were very responsive in mineral plus formulatingand most of them making formulate from the available material. The information from the participant that organicfertilizer yielded low production and farmers use quicklime in papaya garden which produced more sweetened fruits.

Abstract

Petani Desa Buahan, Kabupaten Gianyar menghadapi permasalahan adanya serangan hama dan penyakit terhadap tanaman jeruk yang menyebabkan produktivitasnya sangat merosot. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengadakan penyuluhan dan demoplot teknologi pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman jeruk. Metode yang digunakan terdiri atas : 1) Penyuluhan dengan materi pengenalan sumber hama dan penyakit tanaman, 2) Demoplot teknik penanggulangan hama dan penyakit tanaman jeruk. 3) Pendampingan secara insedental dan berkala. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan penanggulangan hama dan penyakit tanaman jeruk dapat berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan rataan partisipasi mitra pada seluruh sub kegiatan sebesar 76,48 %. Rataan tersebut terdiri dari partisipasi kehadiran anggota subak Abian 75 % dan 30,91 % dari peserta yang hadir menyampaikan pendapat. Evaluasi adopsi Ipteks, ternyata 100 % peserta telah memahami Ipteks yang disuluhkan dan ikut berpartisipasi pada kegiatan demoplot pengecatan batang pohon dan pembungkusan buah jeruk yang terserang. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan alih teknologi fermentasi untuk produksi pupuk organik dalam menunjang pertanianpadiLokalOrganikdi Desa jatiluwih, Kecamatan Tabanan, Kabupaten tabanan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pada kegiatan KKN PPM adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Kordinasi dan komunikasi secara partisipasif dengan kelompoktani (subak) pengelola pertanian organik untuk merumuskan program mulai dari perencanaan, operasional dan evaluasi; (2) Penyuluhan untuk membangun persepsi dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai inovasi atau program yang diterapkan; (3) Pelatihan dan simulasi mengenai terapan ipeks yang dialihkan bagi masyarakat; (4) Pendampingan yaitu pertemuan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan antara pendamping dengan masyarakat sasaran hingga ipteks yang dialihkan dapat dilaksanakan secara mandiri oleh masyarakat; Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan desiminasi ipteks melalui program KKN PPM di Desa jatiluwih, Kecamtan Penebel, kabupaten tabanan dapat berlangsung dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya partisipasi aktif dan daya adopsi ipteks yang tinggi. Partisipasi aktif mitra dalam seluruh kegiatan desiminasi teknologi cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 77,5%. Kemampuan adopsi ipteks dan inisiatif miitra untuk memproduksi produk secara mandiri cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 80%.

Abstract

Remote Sensing and Geographics Information System-Based Mapping of Subak Resources in Subak Juwuk and Subak Lebo, Sukawati Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency Based on Gianyar District Regulation No.16 of 2012 on Spatial Plan, Subak Juwuk and Subak Lebo rice fields in Sukawati Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency are designated as Green Open Space areas. Therefore, the mapping of remote sensing-based subak resources and Geographic Information System (GIS) is carried out to support the sustainability of sustainable food agricultural land. The objectives are: (1) identifying and describing potential subak resource (land resources, artificial resources, agricultural resources, and human resources), (2) inform the database of subak (land resources, artificial resources, agricultural resources, and human resources), (3) create a map of rice field ownership in Subak Juwuk and Subak Lebo, and (4) create farmer status maps and human resources based on remote sensing and geographic information systems. Research methods use: (1) literature study, (2) satellite image analysis, (3) tentative mapping of land ownership, (4) resource information arranging. The result of research: Rainfall 1300-1600 mm/year, slope 0-3%, land family Typic Fragiaquepts. Length of irrigation Subak Juwuk: 1300m; Subak Lebo: 1000m, types of secondary, tertiary irrigation. Types of rice, chili and tobacco commodities. Productivity 6 tons/ha. Subak Juwuk: owner 20 peoples area of 4,96 ha, sharecroppers 65 peoples area of 18 ha; Subak Lebo: owner 20 peoples area of 3,50 ha, sharecroppers 55 peoples area of 14,76 ha. The average age of farmers 40-80 years, average level of education of farmers in general are high school graduates. Mapping of agricultural land resources and geospatial-based human resources are very fast and accessible.

Abstract

Mapping of Land Ownership and Human Resources Based Geospatial in Subak Anggabaya, Umadesa, and Umalayu East Denpasar Subdisticts Subak Anggabaya, Umadesa, and Umalayu have been recommended as Suistainable Food Agriculture Land areas. To support it, information database on agricultural resources potential are needed to support Government Regulation number 25 of 2012. The role of mapping and information is needed for planning and monitoring in maintaining land use in Subak Anggabaya, Umadesa, and Umalayu. The purposes of research: Knowing, inventorying and describing the ownership of paddy fields in Subak Anggabaya, Umadesa, and Umalayu which are highly recommended for LP2B, develop a database of human resources in each polygon of land ownership,designing a human resources information system. Research methods use: (1) literature study, (2) satellite image analysis, (3) tentative mapping of land ownership, (4) field survey, (5) arraging resources information. The results of research showed: land ownership maps in three subak totaling is 258 polygons, consisting of 96 polygons in Subak Anggabaya, 62 polygons in Subak Umadesa and 100 polygons in Subak Umalayu. The farmer's human resources database consists of the farmer's name, farmer's address, farmer's age, farmer's education, large, owner's name, owner's address, and profit sharing system. Land ownership map consisting of owner farmers and sharecroppers. Subak Anggabaya: owner (28 peoples) large 11,5 ha,sharecroppers (35 peoples) large 12,22 ha; Subak Umadesa: owner (22 peoples) large 3,93 ha, sharecroppers (20 peoples) large 7,10 ha; Subak Umalayu: owner (32 peoples) large 11,80 ha, sharecroppers (33 peoples) large 13,25 ha.

Abstract

Evaluation of Rice Field Fertility Status Based on Geographical Information System (GIS) in Several Subak, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency Research on Evaluation of Rice Field Fertility Status Based on Geographical Information System (GIS) in Several Subaks of Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency, was conducted in December 2019 - May 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the status of soil fertility and what fertility parameters are the limiting factors. provide directions on the management of soil fertility in accordance with the status of soil fertility and making maps of soil fertility status in several subaks of Mendoyo District. The method used in this research includes Survei and soil testing methods at the Laboratory of Soil and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. This research begins with making a map of homogeneous land units by overlaying a map of soil types; slope map of slopes; a scale of 1: 25,000. Then twelve homogeneous land units were obtained and the soil samples were taken by purposive sampling and analyzed the chemical properties of the soil in the laboratory which included: CEC; BS; Organic C; total P and K of soil. The soil fertility status is evaluated according to the PPT technical guidelines (1995). The results showed that the soil at the study location had two soil fertility statuses, namely high and medium soil fertility status. Locations that have moderate fertility are SLH I (Subak Tibubeleng), III (Subak Tibubeleng), VI (Subak Telepus), VII (Subak Tegal Gintungan), X (Subak Jagaraga), XI (Subak Telepus), and XII (Subak Jagaraga). While high fertility status is found in SLH II (Subak Tibubeleng), IV (Subak Tibubeleng), V (Subak Tegal Gintungan), VIII (Subak Tibubeleng), and IX (Subak Jagaraga). The soil fertility parameter that becomes an obstacle in the status of soil fertility in the location of this study is the low organic-C content. The direction of soil fertility management for SLHs with low C-organic content is the addition of organic matter and P fertilizers to increase the soil fertility status.

Abstract

Evaluation Of Land Suitability For Several Food Crops And Plantations In Burau Sub-District, East Luwu Regency Of South Sulawesi This research aims to discover the actual and potential of land suitability, limited factor, improvement effort, land use management and the creation of land suitability mapsand direction of use for some food crops and plantations. Plants that are evaluated includerice, corn, chili, pepper, cocoa, clove and oil palm. The research was conducted in Burausubdistrict from February 2019 to June 2019. Based on the result overlapped of soil type,land use, and slope were obtained seven homogeneous land units. The research methodsused are surveys, analyses, and classification of land suitability based on the criteria ofgrowing plant requirements that are matched with the characteristics/quality of land.Results show that classes of actual land suitability for some food crops and plantations areS1 (very appropriate) until N (not appropriate). The limited factors in the research areainclude: temperature, rainfall, drainage, texture, CEC soil, base saturation, pH, C-Organic,N-Total, P2O5, K2O, slope, and the erosion hazard. Improvement of the land-suitabilityclass can be done with improvement effort except temperature and texture because theyare permanent barrier factor. Potential suitability class of land for some food crops andplantations evaluated are S1 (highly appropriate) until S3 (marginal appropriate), withlimited factors among others temperature, texture and slope factors. Land userecommendations on AISw, AIISw, AIKk, and AIKks are rice, corn and chili. AIIKks,PsIIIKk, and PsIVKks are recommended for pepper, cocoa, clove, and palm oil.
