Abstract

The Economic performance of a region can be seen from the of Gross Regional Domestic Revenue or economic growth. The economic growth of the regions has an important role in creating prosperity, increasing the standard of living and providing employment. Village fund Allocation is as a stimulant fund to encourage and finance village government programs that are supported by community participation in carrying out government activities, development and community empowerment. Although Village fund Allocation in the past 5 years has tends to fluctuate, human development index increases and poverty fluctuates. Thus the main objective of this study is to analyzen the impact of Village fund Allacoation on economic growth. Human development index and Poverty in Bima Regency. The Analytical method used is a quantitative research method using the Warp PLS statistical tool. The result of analysis show that the variable Allocation of Village funds has a positive effect on economic growth, the human development index while does not affect poverty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja, current ratio, debt to equity ratio terhadap gross profit margin pada PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. Variabel dalam penelitian yaitu perputaran modal kerja, current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan gross profit margin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. yaitu 1991-2019 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari 2012-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan berupa posisi konsolidisin dan laporan laba rugi pada PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. Hasil penelitian menyatakan (a) bahwa modal kerja tidak berpengaruh secara persial terhadap gross profit margin(b) current ratio tidak berpengaruh secara persial terhadap gross profit margin (c) debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh secara persial terhadap gross profit margin (d) modal kerja,current ratio dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap gross profit margin.

Abstract

The increase and decrease in cash flow each year shows that the performance of a company is not stable. This is accompanied by the industry average return on investment ratio below 30%, which means that the return on investment is not good. This is because the profit bars obtained decreased drastically in 2014. This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in cash flow and profitability on stock returns at PT Mayora Indah Tbk either partially or simultaneously. This study uses an associative approach. The population of this research is the financial statement data of PT Mayora Indah Tbk for 43 years from 1977 - 2020. The sample of this research is for 12 years from 2009 - 2020. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The type of data is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, the coefficient of determination, the T test and the F test using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16 program. In this study, operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow and return on investment have an effect on stock returns with the magnitude of the effect of 67.1% and the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors. Partially, only the investment cash flow variable has a significant effect on stock returns, while the operating cash flow, funding cash flow and return on investment variables have no effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, there is no significant influence on the independent variable operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow and return on investment on the dependent variable of stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of operating leverage against return on assets. The data in this study are data obtained from the website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) authority with the population used in this study, especially the information on the Unified Monetary Position Report and the Articulation of Benefits and Misfortunes of 1990-2019 (29 years) of assembly organizations. The sample in this study was completed using the purposive sampling method to obtain the quantity of tests used in the examination from 2011-2019 (9 years). The results of this study indicate that the Operating Leverage projected with the Degree Of Operating Leverage (DOL) does not have a critical impact on Return On Assets.Keywords : Operating Leverage, Return On Asset

Abstract

Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development. At each stage of the activity an evaluation is carried out both process evaluation and outcome evaluation so that the output of the activity can be measured. The results of this activity: 1) there is a change in mindset regarding business management; 2) the innovation of Lemang products; and 3) the existence of a label/brand design and product packaging

Abstract

Micro and small businesses that withstand economic crises are able to absorb labor thereby significantly reducing unemployment. In Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, small and medium-sized businesses often neglect accounting, and there is no separation of personal and business assets. Most of these MSME actors are still making decisions based on intuition and experience. In simple accounting training for small businesses, the purpose of implementing PKM is to know how to do accounting itself so that it is systematic and important when doing accounting so that income, costs and profits are measured. and know the development of the business. In Kore Baru Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, the method of implementing community service is divided into three stages, namely the first stage of interviews and field observations, the second stage of conducting training, and the last stage is mentoring and monitoring. . The results obtained from this activity are able to increase knowledge and skills in business management through simple and easy-to-implement bookkeeping/accounting so as to increase work motivation.

Abstract

The Literacy House is a facility designed to encourage community participation, especially children and teenagers, to be more active in literacy activities, both in reading, writing and discussions. This community service program aims to reactivate and develop the Literacy House in Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, in order to increase the reading interest and writing skills of the local community. By providing access to a variety of books and learning facilities, it is hoped that this Literacy House can become a place that supports the growth of non-formal education in the reading house community in KORE Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. The results of this service show very high enthusiasm from Youth and Community Shop leaders and it is hoped that this service will increase interest in reading, writing skills, as well as active participation in digital literacy activities for the people of KORE Village, Kec. Sanggar Bima Regency.
