The Community Service Team of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) is a collection of the academic community consisting of leaders, lecturers, staff and campus security who care about the condition of the community. STIE Bima cares about the Sape Naru fire as a place to channel ideas and contributions, wants to contribute in the form of social service that is felt directly by the community. Social service is an alternative solution to the problems of today's society. The social service activity was carried out in the fire area in Naru Hamlet, Sape District, Bima Regency, NTB. The stages of service activities include preliminary studies, preparation, distribution, and activity reports. The purpose of social service, apart from being a community activity, is also to raise awareness for sharing which needs to be further improved so that care for the surrounding environment is maintained. All donations in the form of mats, proper clothes, medicines, basic necessities and cooking needs were recorded by type and amount. The distribution of aid is divided into three points, namely, the main post which is directly adjacent to the refugee camp, the post near the main road and the post in the Sape sub-district. In the distribution stage or distribution of basic food packages, lecturers and staff use a participatory approach. Based on community service in the form of distributing basic necessities at the fire site, Naru Hamlet, Sape District, Bima Regency, it showed a positive impact on fire victims.

ABSTRAK Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan sebuah bentuk intrakurikuler yang merupakan implementasi dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi memberikan pengalaman bekerja dan belajar mahasiswa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata menjadi peluang emas bagi mahasiswa yang cerdas, kritis, inovatif dan kreatif dalam mencarikan solusi, formulas dan strategi yang tepat untuk berbagai permasalahan unit-unit usaha/UMKM yang tidak produktif dan pengembangan yang ada didesa. Penempatan lokasi mahasiswa KKN banyak diarahkan pada desa yang memiliki potensi yang unggul namun masih minim skill masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hasil alamnya. Ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk kelompok peserta kuliah nyata untuk mengubah potensi unggul desa yang ada bernilai ekonomis melalui program kerja pemberdayaan masyarakat yang akan didampingi langsung oleh praktisi dan civitas akademika. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yand dilakuakan oleh mahasiswa KKN yaitu melalui pembekalan KKN, penyuluhan dan pendampingan kewirausahaan, seminar edukasi dan sosialisasi Covid-19 dan evaluasi kegiatan KKN. Adapun sasarna dalam kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat sekitar lokasi KKN yang terdiri atas ibu-ibu rumah tangga, personal pemilik usaha mikro dan anak-anak.Â ABSTRACTReal Work Lecture (KKN) is an intra-curricular form which is an implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education to provide students with work and learning experiences in community empowerment. Real work lecture activities are a golden opportunity for smart, critical, innovative and creative students in finding the right solutions, formulas and strategies for various problems of unproductive business units/UMKM and development in the village. The placement of KKN student locations is mostly directed at villages that have superior potential but still lack community skills in managing their natural products. This is a challenge for the group of real lecture participants to change the existing superior potential of the village with economic value through community empowerment work programs that will be directly assisted by practitioners and the academic community. The community service method carried out by KKN students is through KKN debriefing, entrepreneurship counseling and mentoring, educational seminars and socialization of Covid-19 and evaluation of KKN activities. The target in this activity is the community around the KKN location consisting of housewives, personal micro business owners and children.

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a community empowerment activity by students as a manifestation of the tridharma activities of higher education. Community service activities aim to enable students to implement science and technology as well as skills in the community so that they can become agents of change and sustainable development. The participation of KKN students in community activities plays an important role in the success of work program activities while at the KKN location. This participation can be demonstrated by being directly involved in several preparations for the 76th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia held by the Dodu Village Youth Organization. The Bima College of Economics (STIE) with its vision of "Making the Bima College of Economics (STIE) as an educational institution that prints ready-to-use Human Resources and has an entrepreneurial spirit". The spirit of entrepreneurship is interpreted as working without being ordered so that self-awareness is needed here in carrying out various activities. It is evident that the participation of students from various community activities for KKNT-WD STIE Bima students is very high, it is clearly seen from their direct involvement in measuring and cleaning the volleyball field and mutual cooperation in cleaning the surrounding environment.

This community service activity is through attracting community participation to allow children to learn the Koran. The objectives of the activity are; as a solution to the limited number of Koran teachers in the midst of a ban on crowding during the COVID-19 pandemic. The coaching program is carried out through assistance in eradicating illiteracy in the Koran through the Iqra method. Initial observations through interviews with religious leaders and several communities stated that children were less interested in the Koran at TPQ because they had to queue for a long time at one Koran teacher so that they felt bored and ended up decreasing their concentration and enthusiasm for learning the Koran. This activity is divided into three classics, namely; Opening activities (early classics), core activities and closing activities (late classics). The existence of a place to learn the Koran at the KKN Post every night, becomes a means to gather and interact with each other, besides being a means to meet other children with one another, it is also very important for the children of Dodu Village. because with this learning facility it can increase knowledge to children, especially in terms of correct and precise reading of the Qur'an through learning Iqra. The existence of the KKN post as an alternative to learning the Koran is very beneficial for children who previously only spent their days playing and with busy parents who sometimes make children less attention from their parents.

The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of eraning per share, debt to equity ratio, price to book value on the stock price corporate AirAsia Indonesia.The sample in this study is Pt. AirAsia Indonesia quarterly financial report data for 3 years, from 2018-2020 registered on the stock exchange. Linear multiple regression used in this study to answer the research underlying problems. The conclusion of this study is that eraning per share affects stock prices, debt to equity ratio affects stock prices,price to book value has no effect on stock prices, and earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, price to book value affect stock prices at Pt. AirAsia Indonesia, tbk.

Employee performance is always related to several elements such as: knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competencies possessed by employees. It is certain that competent employees will have high performance. Every company wants each of its employees to have competencies in accordance with their duties, so that employees can meet the assigned task standards. Producing competent employees in accordance with their duties and positions is a problem that is not easily solved by the company's human resource management. The problems in this research will be answered with quantitative data collected through questionnaires. Before the questionnaire data is analyzed to answer research problems, the researcher will first conduct tests related to the validity of the instrument and the reliability of the measurement results of the instrument. Based on the results of the research data analysis, several conclusions can be obtained in this study. The conclusions obtained are the answers to the problem formulation and research hypotheses that have been proposed. The following are the conclusions of the study, including: (1) Training (basic training) has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Bima, (2) Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Bima, and (3) Training (basic training) and motivation have a positive and significant effect on simultaneously the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Bima.

To make the community independent and develop the potentials possessed by the community, the community is not only the recipient of the results but must be actively involved and participate in development activities, so that independence is realized in the community. The traditional weaving of mbojo cloth is produced manually using traditional weaving tools, not machines. The type of research that will be used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. A research method that describes the characteristics or phenomena of empowerment of tembe nggoli weavers in Bima Regency, especially for research involving research subjects from certain community groups, namely weavers in Leu Village, Bolo District, Bima Regency. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing, conclusions can be drawn in this study which states that there is empowerment of tembe nggoli weavers in Bima district.

Public sector organizations are required to provide excellent service by making customer satisfaction the main goal for service personnel in accordance with public service standards in Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. In addition to improving service quality through excellent service, public organizations must also provide quality services with the concept of "wholehearted service". This wholehearted service is reflected in the sincerity of the apparatus to serve with emotion, character, belief in values, points of view, and feelings and makes customer satisfaction the main goal. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the conclusions of the research results can be stated that the work environment has a significant and influential effect on the quality of services at the Service for Elderly Social Institutions in Bima City, NTB Province. The direction of the relationship shows that if the work environment variable is getting better, the service quality variable (Y) is also increasing. The work environment is everything that is around the workers and that can affect them in carrying out the tasks assigned to them.

Village development is an important theme in implementing activities as a form of implementing learning outcomes on campus. The implementation of thematic Community Service Program in developing villages aims to build critical awareness of the community in order to build a more participatory community (village) and be able to find creative ideas. Through this Wiradesa KKN-T activity, it is hoped that the community can develop the potential and economic leverage of the region. The purpose of the study was to analyze the significance of community participation in the work program carried out by KKN students in the Dodu sub-district, Bima City. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability tests, participation level criteria tests and t tests. In general, choosing Lasatu to be a tourist attraction that needs to be developed because there is no special attention from the community makes this tour not known to many people, therefore we might be able to make this Lasatu tourist attraction a popular tourist attraction later to improve the economy in the Dodu village. Community participation is measured through 4 indicators, namely: Community activity in the implementation of development, willingness to contribute in the form of thoughts, expertise and skills, willingness to contribute in the form of money, responsibility for the success of development. The significance results show that the level of community participation in the development of "La Satu" tourism potential is in the category above 66%, which means it is in the high category.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh antara gross profit margin dan net profit margin terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan populasi selama 12 tahun (2008-2019) dan sampel penelitian yaitu 8 tahun (2012-2019). Penarikan anggota sampel dengan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Untuk memaksimalkan interprestasi data maka penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasilnya menunjukkan GPM dan NPM tidak berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.
