Abstract

Abstract This research was aimed to determine The Parliament’s supervising function effectivity on the performance of Pare-Pare City Local Government, along with all influencing factors. The study was a type of descriptive-qualitative. Data were collected by using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Then those data were analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The results showed that The Parliament’s supervising function effectivity on the performance of Pare-Pare City Local Government had not yet optimally achieved, meaning that Pare-Pare legislators had not yet a high sense of responsibility in carrying out their role and function, and the discipline level of board members, as well as an understanding of duties and authority, also the rights and obligations of Pare-Pare legislators. However, in majority the education level of Parliament Parepare was quite adequate at bachelor level, and also had a fairly young age. Basically there were two main influencing factors against the ability of Pare-Pare legislators in order to increase supervising function effectively. The internal factors concluded the human resources of board members, facilities and infrastructure availability, leaders’ policy, and each Pare-Pare legislators’ attitudes. While external factors concluded carrying capacity of other institutions, political parties, the electoral system through national election and community organizations such as NGOs and the press.

Abstract

Effect of the performance of assistant collectors on the achievement of land and building tax targets at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 95 people. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test. The results showed that the quality was 77%, the quantity was 72%. timeliness 60%, effectiveness 74%, independence 71%. The factors that affect the performance of the land and building tax target achievement 70% include personal 72%, 76% leadership, 72% team. 58% system, 73% contextual, measuring the performance of assistant collectors towards the achievement of land and building tax targets at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rapappang district is 71% of the 100% expected results, which is categorized as "good".

Abstract

Abstract: The success ofthe educational process is influenced by educational tool, in the form of rewards and punishment. Both have been implemented by teachers in the learning process from early days until now. Educators or teachers should give their best to motivate each of their students by selecting the best educational toot. Therefore, we needs a proper understanding of this concept of reward and punishment. In addition, educators may only use reward and punishment as motivation. Reward and punishment must be carried out in accordance with the principtes contained in the teachings of Islam. The use of rewards is more effective than punishment, therefore, punishment may be used when other atternatives are not able to solve problems facing children. Keywords: Reward, punishment, motivation, philosophy of Islamic Education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ethics of royal employees regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 control program. The population in this study is as many as 3,745 people in the village of Rappang, where the sample used is Probability Sampling with the Easy Rawak Sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 97. The data collection techniques used are observation, inquires, bragging, and studies. Libraries and Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing using SPSS 16.0 and Likers Scale. The results of this study show that the ethics of royal employees regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 control program is 55.1% in the poor category. Factors that affect the effectiveness of the covid-19 control program are 59.5% with the "not good" category

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the file sharing systems is using samba with the Linux Ubuntu server operating system. Samba is a Linux application or tool that can be used to create file sharing. File sharing using samba can be distinguished by access rights based on the account and storage folder. Samba file sharing can be used by many users at once as well as many storage folders. In samba file sharing, you can limit the file extensions that can be stored in the folder, and limit the users who can use the folder. From a series of tests carried out on a file sharing system using samba on a linux ubuntu server it went well, according to the design and configurations applied. Starting from the installation of linux, ubuntu server, and samba, then login to each storage folder, after successfully logging in, new users can access files. Meanwhile, network users who do not have a login account can only access certain folders with read only access rights. Keywords: File Sharing, Linux and Samba

Abstract

 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu dulu dikenal dengan SMEA Negeri Bengkulu. Didirikan pada tahun 1969 di Jalan Soekarno Hatta Kelurahan Anggut Atas  Kota Bengkulu. Status Penegerian sekolah oleh pemerintah nomor 201/DKK/8?1969 tanggal 26 Desember 1969. Seiring perkembangan sekolah dan sempitnya lahan, maka awal 1970 dilakukan pemindahan lokasi ke Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu yaitu Jalan Jati No. 41 Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Perkembangan terbaru penyelenggaraan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu adalah ditunjuknya SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu sebagai SMK Kluster penerapan kurikulum 2013 dan SMK rujukan di Provinsi Bengkulu. SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu juga telah memiliki LSP 1 dengan lisensi untuk semua Kompetensi Keahlian dan memiliki TUK (Tempat Uji Kopetensi) di Kopetensi Keahlian Akutansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL), Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP), Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran (BPD), Usaha Perjalanan Wisata (UPW), Multimedia (MM), Teknik Komputer dan factory dengan program Technopark dan memiliki Alfamart Class sebagai laboratorium ritail dalam meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan sebagai usaha meningkatkan kopetensi lulusan yang dapat bekerja, melanjutkan pendidikan dan berwirausaha (BMW).Saat ini jaringan komputer pada SMK N 1 Kota Bengkulu sering mengalami gangguan seperti trafik data yang turun naik, penyebaran virus pada jaringan sehingga menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar terganggu karena ada beberapa buah komputer yang terhubung menjadi lambat.Linux merupakan distro berbasis open source dengan banyak fitur, salah satunya adalah router dan firewall. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menganalisis kelemahan dan kekurangan metode firewall sebelumnya dan menerapkan metode baru dengan menggunakan metode Stateful Multilayer Inspection pada server dengan sistem operasi Linux Ubuntu.
