Abstract

Today, information technology is growing. With the existence of information systems in various fields of companies and other industries, making a company/industry develop. The application of information systems in automotive is important to support data processing, transactions, and easily computerized report generation. In general, Mechanic is a person who has expertise in repairing and installing motorized vehicle engines. According to Arief (2011:7), In writing this final project, the author conducted research in the Bangkinang City area, Bangkinang Kota District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. To conduct research on the data needed in the mechanic selection process, qualitative methods are used. With this method, interviews and direct observations were conducted. The method used in the development of this system is a prototype. The implementation has 3 parts, namely databaseimplementation, system implementation, and system testing. The test method used is the direct test method, namely blackbox testing. Based on the results obtained from a series of research processes, it can be concluded that: This information system can provide fast and accurate information needed by customers. With the creation of a website it can help and facilitate the community especially motor vehicle users in carrying out service.

Abstract

Tuanku Tambusai University of Heroes Primary Clinic is located at Jalan Tuanku Tambusai. The Hero University Primary Clinic provides general examination services such as dental examinations, emergency departments and others. The process is still manual and there are no reminders for drug stocks and expired dates that often cause losses for pharmacies. With these problems, a well-organized management information system is needed. The system uses laravel with the system using the Blackbox testing method. From the results of the test, the system runs smoothly 100% without any bugs in the system. This website makes it easier for pharmacists to manage drug data at the Hero University primary clinic. This website can also help doctors and pharmacists in various ways such as knowing the amount of drug stock available and also helping doctors to send prescriptions to pharmacists. the database is xampp, the development method uses the prototype method. In this study the authors used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.

Abstract

Early diagnosis and appropriate intervention are very important to minimize the long-term impact of Cerebral Palsy in children. Currently, the diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy in children is often based on clinical observations, developmental tests, and brain imaging. It requires medical knowledge and careful observation by an experienced health professional, which is often difficult to access in many areas. For this reason, early diagnosis by parents is very important for taking action against children suffering from Cerebral Palsy. This research aims to develop an expert system that can diagnose Cerebral Palsy in children using the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm as an inference engine to make it easier to diagnose and produce the right diagnosis. The Dempster-Shafer Theory approach works by calculating the level of confidence or belief in a hypothesis or certain event based on existing evidence. An expert system built on a website has the ability to make diagnoses based on symptoms and display diagnosis results, definitions of the type of Cerebral Palsy disease in children, as well as actions or methods of treating it. Based on the test results, the accuracy level obtained was a value of 90% and was classified as "Good" criteria.
