Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang mengedepankan efisiensi dan efektifitas merupakan cerminan dari kualitas pelayanan publik yang akan diberikan kepada masyarakat. Penyelenggaraan ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi hak para warga negara sebagai objek pelayanan dan kewajiban negara sebagai pemberi pelayanan. Permasalahan pelayanan yang kurang dan cendrung bertele-tele menjadi pusat penelitian untuk menjawab persoalan yang dihadapi. Tujuannya yakni agar pelayanan yang akan diberikan bisa maksimal dan terimplementasi secara merata. Semakin buruknya kualitas pelayanan diberikan maka akan berimplikasi kepada pemenuhan hak masyarakat. Hal ini berpedoman pada pasal 2 undang-undang nomor 25 tahun 2009 yang berbunyi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik yang selanjutnya disebut penyelenggaran negara adalah setiap institusi penyelenggara negara, korporasi, lembaga independen yang dibentuk berdasarkan undang-undang untuk kegiatan pelayanan publik. kegiataan penelitian ini berpedoman pada metode penelitian kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang Inovasi Yang Dilakukan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu di Kota Sidoarjo Dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi. Data pada penelitian ini bersumber dari data sekunder yang artinya pengumpulan data secara tidak langsung atau melalui media perantara dan menggunakan teknik studi literature.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, ternyata tidak hanya saja perkembangan teknologi menjadi canggih akan tetapi juga pola hidup manusia sekarang ini menjadi modern dan serba mudah. Begitu pula dengan cara masyarakat menikmati musik. Saat ini, semakin banyak bermunculan aplikasi hiburan yang salah satunya adalah aplikasi Music Streaming JOOX yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Brand Image kuat yang dimiliki oleh JOOX membuatnya mudah diingat oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Sebagian besar pengguna merasa bahwa brand image kuat yang tersebar lewat electronic word of mouth menjadi salah satu alasan masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi music streaming khususnya JOOX.Kemajuan teknologi internet menjadikan penyebaran word of mouth tidak hanya terbatas pada komunikasi tatap muka, namun sudah dalam bentuk digital. Electronic word of mouth dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen salah satunya adalah minat beli konsumen terhadap produk. Minat beli muncul ketika pengguna internet membaca komentar positif dan menarik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap minat pembelian fitur VIP JOOX. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berjenis explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan kepada 100 orang yang masih atau pernah menggunakan JOOX dengan pemakaian minimal 3 bulan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mengguanakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis F, variabel pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dengan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat pembelian ialah variabel brand image.Kata Kunci : Electronic Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Minat Pembelian, Music Streaming, JOOX

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Office of Community Empowerment and Village Government of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Inspectorate Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Rakit Kulim District Office, then in Kelayang Village, Kota Baru Village and Kampung Bunga Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of supervision and supervision mechanisms conducted by the Government of Indragiri Hulu Regency to the implementation of village spending in Rakit Kulim District Year 2016 and to determine the factors that cause villages in Kecamatan Rakit Kulim can not do village expenditure in maximum. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data with the number of informants amounted to 13 people. The technique of taking informants in this research is by Purposive Sampling technique. as for data analysis techniques used in this research is with descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the results of research that the authors do can be concluded that the Supervision of Local Government Indragiri Hulu Against Village Expenditure in the District of Rakit Kulim Year 2016 not yet maximized, this is based on 3 mechanisms of supervision conducted by the Government of Indragiri Hulu Regency in overseeing the village shopping activities that is 1) Monitoring of realization report of APBDes implementation found deviation in indirect expenditure such as expenditure for salary and operational of village administration has passed maximum limit,(2) supervision done by Auditing on the realization report of APBDes implementation for the villages in District Rakit Kulim Year 2016 has never been done by the Inspectorate of Indragiri Hulu Regency, (3) The supervision conducted by conducting Direct Observation is also not yet maximal for villages in District Rakit Kulim in 2016 due to the lack of budget and limited number of personnel required by BPMPD and Inspectorate of Indragiri Hulu. As for the factors that caused the villages in District Rakit Kulim in 2016 not only the maximum of village expenditure by low of human resources owned by village government, and low of public participation.Keywords: Supervision, Local Government, Village Expenditure.

Abstract

Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara dituntut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penduduknya yang padat jumlahnya. Salah satu jenis bangunan yang paling banyak dibangun seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan adalah bangunan mixed-use. South Quarter adalah satu bangunan baru di area Jakarta Selatan dengan fasilitas perkantoran, retail dan hunian. Bangunan ini memiliki bentuk façade yang menarik untuk dibahas. Pembahasan tentang façade bangunan South Quarter adalah tentang maisng-masing elemen arsitektur yang terdapat didalamnya, yang kemudian diidentifikasi berdasarkan buku Francis DK Ching yang berjudul Bentuk, Ruang dan Tatanan. Setelah penelitian dilakukan, diketahui bahwa pada façade terdapat beberapa elemen arsitektur yang mendominasi, yaitu garis yang membentuk bidang. Bentuk bangunan yang seolah tidak berakhir (infinite) dan organik, memiliki kesan kokoh yang dimunculkan oleh dominasi garis pada secondary skin bangunan. Yang memunculkan kesan harmonis pada bangunan.

Abstract

Abstract Currently electrification on Penyengat Island supplied by Diesel Power Plants with total capacity 285 kW to serve peak load system about 250 kW. This research aims to improve the efficiency of Fuel consumption, by means of implementing a Hybrid Power Plants on Penyengat Island. Methods used in this research is simulating and analyzing the result of optimation Hybrid Power Plants system by using Homer Software version 2.81. This software to optimize based on the lowest value of the NPC (Net Present Cost). In this research, result of the simulation and optimation by Homer Software, show that the Hybrid power plant’s most optimal to be applied on the Penyengat Island is integration between PLTB, PLTS & PLTD. In this condition, the contribution of the electricity production system of PLTS at 43%, PLTB at 41%, PLTD at 16%. With capital cost for $ 1.058.906, Operating Cost for $ 268.758 per year, Net Present Cost for $3.938.507, and Cost of energy for $ 0.249/kWh. While PLTH fuel consumption is 205.601 litres/year, saving fuel consumption of 316.499 litres/year or 60,6%/year. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap kemampuan pukulan Atlet Karate Junior Kabupaten Sarolangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dalam penelitian ini terdapat satu kelompok eksperimen yang sengaja diberikan perlakuan. Adapun rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Atlet Junior Karate yang berjumlah 20 orang diambil secara purposive sampel. Berdasarkan hasi analisis data diperoleh untuk tes awal dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang kemudian didapatkan jumlah nilai 1445 dengan rata-rata nilai 72.25, dan standar deviasi 8.03, sedangkan varian 64.41. Untuk data tes akhir dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang kemudian didapatkan jumlah nilai 1620, dengan rata-rata nilai 81 dan standar deviasi 7.18, sedangkan varian 51.58. Untuk uji normalitas Lo < Ltabel, maka data dari tes awal dan tes akhir memiliki distribusi data yang normal karena, untuk tesawal Lo (0.1789) < Ltabel (0.190), tes akhir Lo (0.1412) < Ltabel (0.190). Perbandingan harga antar t hitung dengan nilai presentil pada tabel distribusi – t, untuk taraf nyata α = 0,05 dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) = (n – 1) = 19 diperoleh t hitung (9.1998 ) > t tabel (1,7291). Ini berarti hipotesis Ha yang diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap kemampuan pukulan atlet karate junior Kabupaten Sarolangun dengan t Hitung > t Tabel. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap kemampuan pukulan atlet karate junior Kabupaten Sarolangun. Kata kunci: Resistance Band, Kemampuan Pukulan Atlet.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who do not understand chemistry lessons, especially in explaining formulas and calculations. Even though the learning methods and models used by teachers are different so that students have a "mindset" that learning chemistry is a difficult subject to understand. Another problem experienced by the teacher during learning, only the teacher is actively involved during learning while students are more dominant in listening to the teacher's explanation. The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out the Science Process Skills (SPS) of 11th grade science students at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung. This research method is qualitative (descriptive). The subject of this research was the class of Stage F.2 which consisted of 27 students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation techniques, interview questionnaires, SPS documentation and questionnaires.  The data obtained relates to the science process skills of students. Furthermore, researchers used data analysis techniques, namely the theory of Miles and Huberman which included data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and drawing conclusions, then the data was validated using the triangulation method. Based on the research that has been done, it can be interpreted that the results of the SPS analysis of Phase F.2 students of SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung on the observation indicator with a proportion of 89% and the experimental design indicator with a proportion of 82% both have very good categories. Then a classification indicator with a proportion of 77% and a predictive indicator with a proportion of 68% both have good categories. Then for the hypothesis delivery indicator with a percentage of 58% it is categorized as enough while for the hypothesis preparation indicator it has a proportion of 39% in the not enough category.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that only relies on previous similar studies as a starting point to find elements of novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 300 PT employees KAI spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire contains statements of agree, strongly agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. that each variable used in this study has been successfully proven and accepted. This is because the first row of the third table of the Path Coefficients above has a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because it is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.035. This is because the higher the performance of the Work System, the easier it is for employees to complete their work. In addition, the next row of the third table of the Path Coefficients above also shows the same intent and purpose where the P-Values ​​are positive and also below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. This is because the more often employees are involved in a job, the more employees become accustomed to challenges and can continue to evaluate themselves so that the results of their work can be better over time. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be proven and accepted.

Abstract

Background : According to WHO, breast cancer sufferers will increase by 20% every year and 84 million people will die worldwide. One of the treatments for breast cancer is chemotherapy. However, chemotherapy has physical and psychological side effects that will cause anxiety in patients, which will actually complicate the healing process, so family support is needed so that patients will not think that the chemotherapy they are undergoing is something threatening. Research objective: to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandar Lampung. Type of research : analytical survey, with a cross-sectional design . The population is all breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung in 2018, totaling 120 people, and the sample uses accidental-sampling . This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical tests, namely chi square . Results: found from 120 breast cancer patients, the majority had good family support of 84.2%, and patients who were not anxious were 58.3%. The results of statistical tests with Chi Square on Pearson Chi Square p value (0.000) <0.05. Conclusion : There is a relationship between family support and anxiety in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandar Lampung in 2018.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has provided convenience in various aspects of life, including medical record administration in clinics. The internet has become a primary necessity that supports web-based information systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. In line with this, Klinik Pratama Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai faces challenges in patient registration and administrative processes, which are still manually conducted using Excel and paper. To address this issue, a web-based administrative system is needed to optimize human resources, accelerate workflow, and enhance accuracy and patient services. The system is also developed using the Laravel framework. The implementation of this system can improve data recording and management more effectively and efficiently, thereby supporting better healthcare service quality.
