Abstract

Medicine is one of the irreplaceable components in health services that can help in treating sick people. Planning for drug needs is one of the important aspects in drug management, because it affects the procurement, distribution and use of drugs in health care units. Planning the right drug needs will make procurement effective and efficient so that it is in accordance with the needs of health services with guaranteed quality and can be obtained when needed. Puskesmas is one of the health services that is managed under the District and City Health Offices. However, in reality there are still obstacles in the process of drug procurement at the Puskesmas so that it has not yet achieved excellent service related to the availability of drug services. Clustering in Data Mining can be used to analyze the use of drugs, planning and controlling drugs at the Puskesmas. The method that will be used in this research is the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm, which is the most widely used and relatively successful unsupervised machine learning method among many fuzzy clustering algorithms. The purpose of this study was to categorize drug data which can be used as a reference in making decisions in planning and controlling medical supplies at the puskesmas. Based on 501 Pharmacy Monthly LPLPO data records in October 2020-February 2021, the results obtained in cluster one are 179 types of drugs which are included in the low level of use, cluster 2 there are 18 types of drugs that are included in the moderate level of use and cluster 3 as many as 4 types. drugs that are included in the high level of use.

Abstract

Previous researches outlined the advantages of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods in solving Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problems. The advancement of the above methods was continually developed as an effort to cover up various weaknesses. Mainly related to the consistency and linguistic variables in translating the expert opinions. Thus, it initialized the emergence of Fuzzy AHP (F-AHP) and Fuzzy ANP (F-ANP). Due to the restricted operation of these algorithms in smartphone selection, this research attempted to investigate the effectiveness of both methods in providing the analysis of criteria weight, the final recommendation weight, the product recommendation weight, and the execution time in DSS-SmartPhoneRec application development. A survey of one hundred respondents of University students identified the dominant criteria in selecting the smartphone, namely price, Random Access Memory (RAM), processor, internal memory, and camera. Hence, five alternative products were then chosen as the appropriate smartphones’ recommendations based on the respondent’s preferences.  As an automatic tool, a DSS-SmartPhoneRec application was built to analyze and compare between F-AHP and F-ANP methods in resolving the smartphone selection cases. It revealed that the level of consistency of criteria weight, the final weight of recommendation, and the weight that the product-based F-ANP was 40% greater than F-AHP. In terms of execution time, F-AHP had a shorter time than F-ANP. Meanwhile, the comparison of products recommendation from DSS-SmartPhoneRec and a manual test showed that F-ANP was 16% more in line with the respondents’ predilection. In a nutshell, the DSS-SmartPhoneRec administered the devote smartphone recommendations based on the user’s expectation. The comparison analysis furnished a learning outcome for the users in determining the appropriate MADM method tailored to the type of cases.

Abstract

The rural development measurement is undoubtedly not easy due to its particular needs and conditions. This study classifies village performance from social, economic, and ecological indices. One thousand five hundred ninety-one villages from the Community and Village Empowerment Office at Riau Province, Indonesia, are grouped into five village maturation classes: very under-developed village, under-developed village, developing village, developed village, and independent village. To date, Density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) is utilized in mining 13 of the villages’ attributes. Python programming is applied to analyze and evaluate the DBSCAN activities. The study reveals the grouping’s silhouette coefficient values at 0.8231, thus indicating the well-being clustering performance. The epsilon and minimum points values are considered in DBSCAN evaluation with percentage splits simulation. This grouping can be used as guidelines for governments in analyzing the distribution of rural development subsidies more optimal.

Abstract

The addiction of children to gadgets has a massive influence on their social growth. Thus, it is essential to note earlier on the addiction of children to such technologies. This study employed the learning vector quantization series 3 to classify the severity of gadget addiction due to the nature of this algorithm as one of the supervised artificial neural network methods. By analyzing the literature and interviewing child psychologists, this study highlighted 34 signs of schizophrenia with 2 level classifications. In order to obtain a sample of training and test data, 135 questionnaires were administered to parents as the target respondents. The learning rate parameter (α) used for classification is 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 with window (Ɛ) is 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and the epsilon values (m) are 0.1, 0.2, 0.3. The confusion matrix revealed that the highest performance of this classification was found in the value of 0.2 learning rate, 0.01 learning rate reduction, window 0.3, and 80:20 of ratio data simulation. This outcome demonstrated the beneficial consequences of Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) series 3 in the detection of children's gadget addiction.

Abstract

The usability and usefulness of smartphones have been found to lack optimality. Moreover, the action of the customer appears to behave as a consumptive user instead of buying following the basic needs. In selecting the right smartphone, this study provides an alternative option for buyers. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) approach is applied by distinguishing between two distinct decision-making namely, Profile User as a user recommendation-based, and Smartphone-based selection. The suggested requirements are hobbies, areas of jobs, and the use of social network applications in determining the user profile. The weights of the criteria and alternatives for profile users are acquired through the dissemination of questionnaires to 117 respondents. In the meantime, parameters such as Random-Access Memory (RAM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), camera, processor, screen, and battery are added to the smartphone list of criteria upon on the interviews of 15 experts and practices in smartphone and Information Technology (IT). F-AHP rates each of the Smartphone and User Profiles as a first-round output. A rule-based expert system is employed to intertwine Smartphone and User Profiles decision-making viewpoints. The relationship between the Smartphone and the User Profile is therefore circumscribed as the final decision to applaud the acceptable Smartphone for those users of the profile. A prototype of the MatchSmartPhone application has been developed to computerize the F-AHP calculation. This application can be used to assist users according to the user's profile in delivering the best Smartphone device recommendations. Users would be wiser and smarter when shopping in advance.

Abstract

The efficient distribution of product information plays a crucial role in the growth of inclusive and sustainable micro-enterprises. Within this framework, the community service activity is undertaken to enhance the accessibility of product information from PT Mond Nature Lestari. This is achieved by supporting the development of PT Mond Natural LESTARI's official website. PT Mond Nature Lestari is a small business established on August 18, 2020, with the NIB (Manduk Enterprise Number) 0220307891283. This endeavor centers on the manufacturing of teas, namely teas and flour, derived from natural and premium-grade components. This community service is implemented using a systematic support approach, encompassing requirements assessment, establishment of support teams, training, website building, content management training, and technical assistance. The escort team comprises IT specialists, web developers, and facilitators. The outcome of this community service endeavor is the development of an operational and adaptable official website for Mond Nature Lestari. The website provides convenient access to crucial information, including the items offered by PT Mond Nature Lestari. The support and training provided significantly enhanced the human resource capability at Mond Nature Lestari in autonomously managing and updating website material. The primary goal of enhancing the accessibility of Mond Nature Lestari's information products has been effectively accomplished through this community service. This community service activity has resulted in a favorable transformation in the way communication and micro-enterprise growth occur, moving towards a more sophisticated, interconnected, and inclusive approach.

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based User Interface that will be used to view product sales in the Postpaid Management Department. This research is important because a good User Interface can increase user efficiency in accessing and managing product sales data, which in turn can improve department performance. The research methodology used in this research is user needs analysis, User Interface prototype development, prototype testing, and user evaluation. Product sales data from the Postpaid Management Department will be used as a data source in developing the User Interface. The research results show that the User Interface design meets user needs and allows users to easily view product sales data. This User Interface provides various features that allow users to search, filter data, and view sales reports with various parameters that can be adjusted. Users also provide positive feedback regarding the ease of use of the designed User Interface. This research makes a positive contribution to the Postpaid Management Department by providing a more efficient tool in viewing product sales. The results of this research can also be a basis for further development in improving the User Interface and its functionality in accordance with the development of departmental needs.

Abstract

The use of gadgets, especially smartphones and tablets, for young children has now become a public concern. This is because gadgets have become a necessity for society and even children. Gadgets are technology that have very interesting applications and features, such as games and videos which children really like. Most parents do not supervise and regulate their children's use of gadgets and sometimes parents are not aware that their children are addicted to gadgets. This research aims to analyze the influence of gadget use on young children, with research subjects being carried out on Tunas Harapan Salo Kindergarten students. The results of the research show that the negative impacts are more pronounced in Tunas Harapan Kindergarten students where they show attitudes such as being easily emotional, imitating movements and language in the games or videos they see, and when using gadgets, they don't care and ignore the surrounding conditions, they don't care. care if called while playing gadget. However, even though the negative impacts are more visible, there are several positive impacts from using gadgets, namely that they can learn traditional gymnastics and dance movements through YouTube videos

Abstract

Pelatihan desain produk di PT Mond Nature Lestari bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tim desain dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak modern seperti Canva dan Figma. Pelatihan ini mendukung visi perusahaan untuk menyediakan produk organik berkualitas tinggi dengan desain yang menarik, fungsional, dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang sistematis mencakup analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan kurikulum, dan pelatihan tatap muka serta daring. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan tim desain, terutama dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak desain. Tim mampu menghasilkan desain yang lebih estetis dan profesional, meningkatkan daya tarik visual produk serta materi pemasaran perusahaan. Pelatihan Figma meningkatkan efisiensi dan koordinasi dalam membuat prototipe desain UI/UX secara real-time, mengurangi kesalahan dan mempercepat waktu pengerjaan. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung inovasi dan keberlanjutan bisnis PT Mond Nature Lestari di pasar produk organik yang kompetitif. Dengan hasil-hasil yang telah dicapai, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan desain produk ini sangat efektif dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Keberhasilan ini tidak hanya memperkuat posisi PT Mond Nature Lestari di pasar, tetapi juga mendukung visi dan misi perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dan berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.
