Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, banyak pemilik bisnis yang mengalami kendala dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Kendala tersebut dapat berupa penurunan pendapatan maupun kerugian yang tidak terhingga. Program ini dilakukan pada Comformindo yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. Program yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan pada Comformindo. Implementasi dilakukan dengan strategi bauran promosi yang dimulai dari bulan September hingga bulan Desember. Sebelumnya Comformindo hanya melakukan promosi berbasis Word of Mouth (WOM) dan promosi Door to Door tetapi kurang efektif sehingga harus menggunakan strategi baru yaitu strategi bauran promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode kualitatif yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Bauran promosi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari advertising dan sales promotion. Advertising dilakukan dengan pembuatan product profile video dan diunggah ke akun sosial media dan setelah itu akan dilakukannya promosi. Promosi dilakukan melalui sosial media yaitu Instagram Ads sebanyak 2 kali dengan durasi 7 hari setiap promosi. Sales promotion dilakukan dengan pengadaan diskon yang dibuat dalam e-brosur dan diunggah ke sosial media. Setelah implementasi, keuntungan Comformindo meningkat 6% per bulan yaitu Rp. 21,200,000 per bulan.

Abstract

The rapid changes in various aspects that occur along with the development of time in the era of globalization in terms of running a business, encourage business people to continue to develop their business in order not to lose competitiveness with competitors. One of the ways used is digital marketing. CV Aneka Sejati, which is a supplier business where competition is very tight, has one drawback, namely that it has not implemented digital marketing which results in a lack of public attention to the marketing carried out by the company. In this study, data collection used 2 methods, namely observation and interviews to find out more clearly the problems faced by the company which took place from September 2022 to December 2022. The result of the implementation is the creation of a company Instagram account complete with content, feeds, videos and marketing posters which results in an increase in public awareness in the surrounding environment of the company as evidenced by the number of followers and likes obtained.

Abstract

Yudi Tas Grosir is an online trading business that sells imported bags by live streaming on social media. Yudi Tas Grosir has been established two years, and during that time the business calculates profit and loss by recording total expenses and total incomes. The business doesn’t have a proper accounting recording system. This causes the information obtained from manual recording is inaccurate and less efficient. Based on this problem, the author intends to take a role in social engagement by creating a computerization accounting recording system that is expected to be reliable by the business owners to carry out the good and proper operational accounting records so that the business owner can get all the financial information accurately. Therefore, the author will explore, study, and find the right solution to all problems. In tracing business problems, the author will directly visit business owners, gather business information by conducting interviews with owners,s and monitoring business operational activities. Reports generated from the designed system are the income statement, statement of financial position, account payable, and receivable reports. This accounting system is expected to bring significant changes to the business owner.

Abstract

Rasa 244 is a business that was established since 2001 by Mr. Akun. There are various dishes in this Mr. Akun, namely capcay, special fried noodles, special fried kwetiau, special fried rice, and others with a 100% halal label. The method used to find out the problems that occur in Rasa 244 is the observation and interview method, so the problems that occur in Rasa 244 belonging to Mr. Akun are the lack of digital marketing strategies and promotion mix Rasa 244 is still not well-known by the public. Based on the problems that occur, the next step is to design using a digital marketing strategy and the application of a promotion mix, namely by creating a social media account in the form of Instagram as a direct marketing medium, doing advertising on Instagram so that the surrounding community can get to know Rasa 244 with affordable dishes, create a menu list and brochures that are as attractive as possible so that old and new customers can find out about additions and changes to the menu and prices contained in this Rasa 244 and the distribution of brochures to the surrounding community as a public relations.
