Abstract

This study aims to find out whether self confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan, to find out whether the delegation of authority has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan, and to find out whether self confidence and the delegation of authority have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The population in this study were all employees of the Human Resource section at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan, amounting to 58 people. The sample in this study amounted to 58 people. this type of research is associative research to find out the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are self confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, delegation of authority has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then self confidence and delegation of authority have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

Employment is a very basic aspect of human life because it covers social and economic dimensions. One important objective in economic development is the provision of sufficient employment opportunities to pursue the growth of the workforce, which is growing faster than the growth of employment opportunities.Many approaches have been taken to manage human resources, one of which is by organizing social security programs. The social security provided by the company will provide employees with peace and security. The next thing that is also expected to affect one's performance at work is job training. With a high level of education and supported by job training, the workforce will have more opportunities to improve their performance.The Social Security variable has no significant effect on the performance of BPR Karya Murni Medan employees, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.492 0.05 and the t value of 0.689 t table 1.99045. Job Training has a significant influence on the performance of BPR Karya Murni Medan employees, as evidenced by the significance value of 0,00010.005 and the value of tcount 4.122 t table 1.99045. Social Security and Job Training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of BPR Karya Murni Medan employees, evidenced by a significance value of 0,0001 0.005 and F arithmetic 18,629 F table = 3.11.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Recruitment and Discipline on Employee Performance of PT.Brataco Medan Branch The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were employees at PT.Brataco Medan Branch, totaling 62 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study the total population is relatively small as many as 62 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially Recruitment variables affected the performance of the employees of PT.Brataco Medan Branch, (2) partially the Work Discipline variables affected the performance of the employees of PT.Brataco Medan Branch (3) simultaneously there were positive and significant influences between variables Job Recruitment and Discipline affects the performance of PT.Brataco Medan Branch Employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effects of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement to impulse buying behavior of high income people at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan, The research methode used is associtive research, where variables are measurea on a likert scale. The methode of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of question (questionnaire) and study documentation. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census,in this study the number of samples is 89 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 20, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis.The result showed that : (1) partially shopping lifestyle variables influence to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan. (2) partially fashion involvement variables influence to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan.. (3) partially simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement variables effect to impulse buying at fashion house 10 tasbih 1 medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of ease and trust in using e-commerce onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. The type of research used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of a list of questions (questionnaires), interviews (interviews), and direct observation. Sampling was done by totalmethod sampling, where the entire population was used as a sample of 45 people. Datacarried out using the SPSS (processing wasstatistical program for social scienceapplication) version 21.0. The hypothesis testing technique in this study uses multiple linear regression. Previously, the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test were conducted first. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially, the variable ease of using e-commerce has an effect onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. (2) Partially, the trust variable using e-commerce has an effect onpurchasing decisions for online employees of the Binjai District Attorney's Office. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of convenience and trust in using e-commerce onpurchasing decisions for online Binjai State Attorney's employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether rational motives and emotional motives have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at Cemara Astri Fruit Market Medan. The research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 91 samples consisting of consumers of the Cemara Asri Supermarket, Medan Fruit Market. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach, namely research that aims to determine whether there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are rational motives and emotional motives have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at Cemara Asri Supermarket Medan Fruit Market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of job performance appraisal and career development on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business. The type of research used is associative research, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, questionnaires, and direct documentation surveys. The population in this study was 44 people, then the sample was taken using the saturated sampling method, which took the entire population as a sample. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS application, the data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, there is a significant effect of job performance assessment and career development on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business. Then, partially assessing work performance and career development each has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the USU Faculty of Economics and Business.

Abstract

Media baru yang tercipta dari perkembangan teknologi internet adalah media pemasaran produk barang dan jasa. Dengan memanfaatkan internet semua orang dapat melakukan transaksi-transaksi pembelian dan penjualan dengan langsung atau melalui platform-platform lapak penjualan yang menjadi perantara pembeli dan penjual dalam dunia virtual. Pemasaran daring merupakan metode korporasi atau  perusahaan untuk membuat terkenal produknya dengan melalui media  iklan, penjualan via pribadi, promosi untuk penjualan, maupunberbagai  publikasi untuk dengan kuat mempengaruhi pembuatan keputusan guna pembelian calon konsumen. Semakin bernilai tinggi promosi iklan dilakukan maka semakin akan  tinggi pula konsumen akan  merekomendasikan produk dan/ jasa kepada seluruh  orang lain. Semakin tinggi promosi penjualan semakin tinggi kebiasaan konsumen dalam membeli produk. Semakin tinggi hubungan masyarakat maka semakin tinggi konsumen merekomendasikan kepada orang lain.Keputusan melakukan pembelian adalah merupakan sebuah kelakuan atau tindakan yang diperagakan oleh  konsumen yang akan termanifes jika pola keinginan para konsumen untuk segera membeli suatu bentuk  barang tertentu sudah sanga bulat dan yakin. Hal itu mencakup mengenai berbagai barang apa sedianya yang akan dibeli, apakah akan membeli atau bahkan tidak dan tentu mengkombinasikan aneka pengetahuan yang mereka miliki terhadap berbagai  pilihan dua atau mungkin lebih atas alternatif produk barang atau jasa  yang ada dan memilih satu diantaranya. Keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian akan dipengaruhi Pemasaran Daring dan EWOM semakin tinggi Pemasaran Daringdan EWOM semakin tinggi juga terjadinya keputusan pembelian. Pemasaran Daring Berpengaruh Terhadap Electronic Word Of Mouth Pada Kegiatan UKMK Di Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan Kota Medan. Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) berpengaruh terhadap Kegiatan UKMK Di Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan Kota Medan. Pemasaran Daring yang dimediasi EWOM berpengaruh terhadap Kegiatan UKMK Di Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan Kota Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out how the effect of Profitability (ROE) and Company Growth (TAG) on Firm Value (PBV) at PT H.M Sampoerna which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The first data analysis technique is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, then hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and firm growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously it was found that profitability and company growth had a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengetahui dan Pengaruh country of origin dan persepsi kualitas Terhadap keputusan pembelian Shampo Helse pada PT. DBM Medan Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di PT. DBM. yang berjumlah 57 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 57 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Secara parsial variabel country of origin marketing mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Shampo Helse pada PT. DBM Medan. Secara parsial variabel persepsi kualitas mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Shampo Helse pada PT. DBM Medan. Dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel country of origin dan persepsi kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian Shampo Helse pada PT. DBM Medan.
