Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the actuatingfunction in fostering santri in Islamic boarding schools. The researchreported in this article employed a descriptive qualitative approach withinductive analysis techniques. Data was collected through observation,interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research indicatethat the "Ma'hadul Islam Sarean Kaliwungu" (MISK) Islamic BoardingSchool provides guidance to santri through several activity programs, one ofwhich is the "Jamiyah Jumat Malam" activity. Where in the skill aspect of thesantri are to be fostered and developed so that they possess the ability andaxpertise in broadcasting Islam in the community. The implementation of the  actuating function as an effort to foster santri at the MISK Islamic Boarding School is carried out in several ways, namely providing motivation, providing guidance, establishing relationships, organizing communication and developing or improving implementers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi fungsiactuating dalam pembinaan santri di pondok pesantren. Jenis penelitian yangdilakukan merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisisinduktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancaradan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren“Ma’hadul Islam Sarean Kaliwungu” (MISK) melakukan pembinaan kepadasantri melalui beberapa program kegiatan, salah satunya adalah kegiatan“Jamiyah Jumat Malam”. Di mana dalam kegiatan ini aspek yang hendakdibina dan dikembangkan adalah aspek keterampilan santri agar memilikikemampuan dan keahlian dalam mensyiarkan agama Islam di masyarakat.Implementasi fungsi actuating sebagai upaya pembinaan santri di PondokPesantren MISK dilakukan melalui beberapa cara yaitu pemberian motivasi,pemberian bimbingan, menjalin hubungan, menyelenggarakan komunikasidan pengembangan atau peningkatan pelaksana.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era is a golden opportunity for woman to develop their potential to be equal to men in various fields. This paper aims to discuss the history of feminists in fighting for gender equality both globally and in the development of gender discourse in Indonesia. In realizing gender equality, women empowerment programs need to be presented in unique, innovative, and creative way according to women’s needs. Gender and Da’wah Discourse in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era can be realized in the form of da’wah for the women empowerment through education or training with community-based, so that women can carry out their roles proportionally and professionally. Da’wah for the women empowerment in the industrial revolution 4.0 era is expected to be able to invite, foster and guide women to develop their potential to be able to be productive, creative and financially independent without having to leave their roles as an individual, wife and mother. Da’wah for women empowerment as an effort to achieve gender equality need to pay attention to the segments and needs of each group of women being fostered, such as the community of young women, the community of housewives and the community of career women.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has increased problems related to the capacity of the Human Resources (HR) of the community around Sumurrejo Village, Semarang. Seeing the low quality of human resources "marginalized", then non-formal education plays an important role in honing skills. This study aims to explain the increase in human resources in implementing the Mina Politan Tourism destination program for MSMEs in Sumurrejo Village through eco print batik training. Research using descriptive qualitative method with interview techniques. The results of the research include an increase in human resources with increased life skills, natural coloring of batik, economic independence, local people who have attended training have a desire to be aware of being independent in the economy, especially in the development of human resources from millennials and the creation of batik communities in urban Sumurrejo Village.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of the distribution of professional zakat funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Pemalang Regency. This is interesting to study because professional zakat occupies the first position in obtaining the most funds, although in practice, there are still government employees (ASN) who are late in paying zakat. The results of this study indicate that the management of the distribution of professional zakat funds at BAZNAS Pemalang Regency has implemented management functions such as planning, organizing, actuating, and also supervising. In its implementation, the supporting factors for the distribution of professional zakat funds at BAZNAS Kab. Pemalang is the support from the government and the community, the strategic location of the BAZNAS office, as well as the availability of UPZ in each agency which affects the acquisition of funds and their distribution. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the distribution of zakat funds at BAZNAS Kab. In Pemalang, there are still many civil servants who are late paying zakat, lack of human resources in distribution activities, and the attitude of mustahik who are less able to use aid funds effectively. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, in the analysis, it uses the model from Matwe G. Miles and Michael Huberman with the steps of analysis including data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verifying.Keywords: Management, Zakat Distribution, Professional Zakat, BAZNAS Pemalang Regency

Abstract

The rise of the digital era has changed almost all sectors of human life today. This is related closely to the rapid development of various internet-based digital media. Da'wah activities as one of the necessary steps to color all sectors of life with Islamic values ​​certainly need to take advantage of this development effectively and efficiently so that the objectives of da'wah can be achieved more easily. This paper aims to highlight the urgency of e-da'wah in the digital era as the ideal response of the da'i to the development of communication and information technology which has a direct impact on various ways and methods of carrying out da'wah. This research is a literature study that analyzes several articles in various popular and scientific media that discuss da'wah, information and communication, and internet technology. The results of the study indicate that several internet-based media can be used in implementing e-da'wah, such as websites, blogs, mailing lists, social media, and virtual meeting applications. Many da'wah media in this digital era need to be packaged creatively, innovatively, and adaptively to remain relevant amid rapid technological developments in recent decades.
