Abstract

BAZNAS was formed by Republic of Indonesia's Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001, which is a non-structural and independent Government institution. This institution is responsible to the President and authorized to carry out the task of managing zakat nationally. In particular, BAZNAS has the mandate to distribute zakat funds to those who need them, especially those who need educational assistance and get their share. In addition, BAZNAS also has responsibilities in each of its programs to fit the expected goals. Based on the background, the authors pay attention to the importance of evaluations in carrying out the distribution of zakat funds for educational programsconducted by the National BAZNAS in Indonesia. The problems that will be studied are the mechanism for distributing zakat funds at the central BAZNAS in the field of education, the distribution pattern of the central BAZNAS zakat fund in the field of education, and the evaluation of the implementation of zakat funds at the Central BAZNAS in the field of education. The research that the authors conducted was to use a qualitative approach with a cycle that began with the selection of problems, followed by making questions, making notes or recording at the interview and then analyzing.The results of this studyare that the authors can seek the procedure for obtaining educational assistance in accordance with applicable provisions, so that the funds distributed can be channeled to those who really need it. The pattern of distribution of zakat funds in the education sector is divided into two parts, namely distribution and utilization. The evaluation model used by BAZNAS indirectly uses the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). It is because evaluation conducted by BAZNAS has targets, opportunities and results of achievement. The distribution of BAZNAS zakat funds in the education sector in 2016 amounted to Rp. 8,070,388,736 with a percentage of 0.96% and 1,166 beneficiaries of beneficiaries. Whereas in 2017 there was an increase of 20% with a nominal value of Rp. 25,518,460,752 and percentage of 2.71% and 21,181 beneficiaries directly and 3,051 indirect beneficiaries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stages carried out in the development of human resources in da'wah institutions. This study used qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of writing that has been done about the stages of human resource development in da'wah institutions. It was found that the stages of human resource development in da'wah institutions can be carried out in several stages, namely, First, Providing Training / Education, then Second, Rotating positions so that existing human resources can develop by gaining new experience in work, Third, Leaders do good delegation, Fourth, there is a promotion of course, with this the existence of HR will always be enthusiastic to provide innovations and always try to improve its performance in work. Fifth, Transfer employees, Sixth, Good counseling between superiors and subordinates or between seniors and juniors within the institution or also closer between the head of the field and its members, especially counseling in work so that performance is always stable and increases. Then the last or the Seventh, which is to hold a conference.

Abstract

The dai's technological literacy is the ability to use, understand, manage and assess an innovation that involves a scientific process to solve problems and know the dai's abilities related to literacy problems. This research aims to reveal the concept of dai's technological literacy in the view of the Koran and to find out the dai's technological literacy competence. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method, while the approach method used in this research is a qualitative approach through literature study. The results of this study indicate that the concept of information literacy in the Koran leads to the implementation of information retrieval. In contrast, the concept of communication literacy in the view of the Koran refers to morals and ethics in communication. In addition, technological literacy competencies include basic, primary, intermediate, advanced, technical, and literacy skills. This research implies that the preachers are expected to be able to upgrade themselves and have established literacy in the field of technology so that they can maintain their da'wah activities according to the times.

Abstract

This disruptive era marked by technological advances and social change provides both challenges and opportunities for da'wah institutions. This research aims to explore the role of da'wah institutions in entrepreneurship and innovation as a strategy to increase relevance and social impact. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach, analyzing relevant literature about social entrepreneurship and innovation in the context of da'wah. The research results show that da'wah institutions can utilize social entrepreneurship to empower communities, create independent resources, and reduce dependence on external donations. In addition, the integration of information and communication technology in da'wah allows the communication of messages that are more interesting and effective, especially to the younger generation. However, da'wah institutions must also be ready to face challenges such as changes in people's mindsets and high competition. This research recommendation includes innovative development strategies and collaboration with the private sector to strengthen entrepreneurship programs. With the right approach, it is hoped that da'wah institutions can make a significant contribution to society in this ever-changing era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between strategic control, innovation, and entrepreneurship in organizations based on an Islamic economic perspective, with a focus on its implementation in da'wah institutions. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, this study collected secondary data from relevant literature such as current books and journals. The results show that strategic control in Islamic economics is not only based on managerial procedures, but also sharia values such as tawhid, amanah, and maqashid sharia. Islamic innovation emphasizes the principles of maslahah, blessings, and creativity in accordance with Islamic teachings, while Islamic entrepreneurship integrates a balance between profit, social benefits, and the application of Islamic business ethics. This integration between strategic control, innovation, and entrepreneurship creates an Islamic business ecosystem that is sustainable, provides benefits to society, and is able to compete globally. This research contributes to providing insights into Islamic values-based managerial models that are relevant to contemporary challenges, including digitalization and sustainability.
