Abstract

Spiritual well-being is an important thing that needs to be considered for breast cancer patients. Low spiritual well-being can make patients hopeless and feel insignificant, especially when the disease stage begins to develop into an advanced stage. The purpose of the study to know the relationship disease stage and spiritual well-being of breast cancer patients. The design of research used a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 32 respondents. The results showed that 24 respondents (75%) were in stage 3 and spiritual well-being in the moderate category was 22 respondents (68.8%). Spearman rho correlation test showed a significant relationship between disease stage and spiritual well-being of breast cancer patients (p value 0.028 < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of -0.389. The conclusion that there was a relationship between the stage of the disease and the spiritual well-being of breast cancer patients with a sufficient correlation value and has a negative correlation meaning that the lower stage of the disease, so the spiritual well-being of breast cancer patients will be better. Results of this study, respondents were hoped that could maintained their health and complied the therapy program so that the stage of the disease does not get worse, besides that respondents were expected to be able to get closer to God Almighty so that spiritual well-being will be better.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 had a multi-sectoral impact, including the education sector. Pandemic Covid-19 period has been running for almost 1 year in Indonesia since March 2, 2020, it makes children feel bored in online learning. There are several factors related to children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely external and internal. The purpose of the study to determine the factors related the learning motivation of elementary school-aged children during Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 47 respondents. The results of the chi-square test of the child's age variable showed p value (0.260), child's gender (0.806), parent's age (0.504), parent's education (0.563), parent's occupation (0.192), this means p value > 0.05 means that Ha was rejected. The role of parents showed 0.003 meaning p value < 0.05 means Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this study were that the child's age factor, child's gender, parental age, parental education, parental occupation are not related of learning motivation, while the parental role factor has a significant relationship with learning motivation of elementary school age children during the Covid-19 pandemic. Further researchers were advised to examine other internal and external factors such as ideals, psychological well-being.

Abstract

ORIF (Open reduction internal fixation) is a management action given in cases of fractures that use surgical techniques, and can cause discomfort and cause anxiety in patients. This study is an analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach, when sampling using accidental sampling technique, and the sample in this study was fracture patients with Post ORIF surgery at Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital and obtained 32 respondents. The instrument used is the HARS questionnaire to assess the level of anxiety. Analysis of the data used is SPSS 16.0 software with linear regression test. The results of this study obtained factors that influence the level of anxiety in fractures with Post Orif Surgery at Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital, namely (p value = 0.039) and education (p value = 0.037). and factors that have no effect on gender, surgery history, type of surgery and medications you are taking. Conclusion: the most influential factor on the anxiety level of fracture patients with POST OP ORIF is education and then the patient's age.
