Abstract

There are 20% children in the world's have emotional and behavioral problems. One factor is parenting parents. Parenting that is incompatible with the child's development will increase the incidence of emotional and behavioral problems. To know the correlation of parenting parents with personality children ages 6-12 years at Polengan Village Pagutan Manyaran Wonogiri. This type of research descriptive correlative with cross sectional quantitatively. The population in this research 154 people. Sampling techniques is purposive sampling with sample of 60 people. The instruments used in this study is a questionnaire. This research using chi-square. The pearson chi-square 0.327 with ρ value 0.011 meaning ρ < α (0.05). Authoritarian parenting is 30%, permissive is 25% and democratic 45%. The extrovert personality 71.7% and introvert personality 28.3%. The relationship of two variables that are categorized as low. There is a correlation of parenting parents with personality children ages 6-12 years at Polengan Village Pagutan Manyaran Wonogiri.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world and its incidence continues to increase every year. In 2024, there will be more than 20 million new cases of cancer with a death toll reaching 10 million people. This high mortality rate is a challenge in itself in developing effective, selective, and minimal side effect cancer therapies. One approach that is currently being widely developed is therapy based on suppressing the cancer cell growth signal pathway, one of which is through inhibition of the Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor (IGF1R) receptor which is known to play an important role in proliferation, metastasis, and resistance to cancer therapy. From several experiments based on quercetin as an IGF1R inhibitor, there has been no explanation whether quercetin is capable of being an IGF1R inhibitor agent at the intracellular level. This study aims to evaluate the role of quercetin on the kinase domain and its activity at the ATP-binding site in silico through the molecular docking method. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that quercetin is capable of acting as an IGF1R protein inhibitor. This was confirmed by several bonds formed between residues Val331A, Asp292A, Glu294A, Ser287A through hydrogen bonds with quercetin

Abstract

Health development is part of an effort to build a whole person which is carried out through child health efforts as early as possible since the child is still in the womb. Health efforts carried out since the child is still in the womb until the first five years of life, aim to maintain their survival and improve the quality of life of children in order to achieve optimal growth and development both physically, mentally, emotionally and socially and have multiple intelligences according to their genetic potential. The growth and development of children physically, mentally, socially, emotionally are influenced by nutrition, health and education. Comprehensive and quality child growth and development guidance can be carried out through stimulation activities, early detection and intervention of deviations in the growth and development of preschool children. The Stimulation, Detection and Early Intervention of Growth and Development Program (SDIDTK). Community service activities with the title of optimizing toddler growth and development in Growong Kidul Village, Juana District, Pati Regency, Central Java, aim to provide education, especially about optimizing growth and development in toddlers. Participants in this Community service activity are parents of toddlers at the Integrated Health Post in Growong Kidul Village, Juana District, Pati Regency, Central Java. The methods used in this Community service activity include lectures, discussions, sharing experiences and problem solving. The results of implementing community service activities with planning prepared by the community service team provide information about strategies for optimizing growth and development in toddlers.
