Abstract

This study aimed to obtain accurate data and know the effectiveness of counseling groups that focus on solutions to improve students independence in decision making. This study uses quasi-experimental research with the quantitative approach. The process of data analysis using descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis using paired sample t test. Research subjects for this study amounted to 10 respondents who are divided to two groups. Each group consists of 5 students of class XI SMKN 2 Kediri. Results of final data analysis are done by using parametric statistic test that is Independent Sampling Test with significance level 0,05 obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) are 0,000 <0,05 then Ho is rejected. The results from this study indicate that focus group counseling services focused on this solution is effective to improve the independence of decision making students class XI SMKN 2 Kediri.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the learning model of SSCS that effective to improve the students’ ability in giving reason, giving hypotesis and making definition.   This research used quasi experiment method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design .  The Samples of this research were the second year students of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung in the even of academic year 2011-2012.  The research used two classes, XI IPA2 and X IPA3which had the same characteristic.   The effectiveness of SSCS the learning model was measured by differences of significant n-gain.  The results of this research showed that the mean value of n-gain for students’ ability in giving reason in control and experiment class were -0,04 and 0,45;  the mean value of n-gain for students’  ability in giving hypotesis in control and experiment class were -0,03 and 0,32;  and the mean value of  n-gain for students’ ability in making definition in control experiment class were -0,26 and 0,40.  Based on hypotesis test, it can be seen that the SSCS learning model is effective to improve the student’ ability in giving reason, giving hypotesis and making definition.Keywords: SSCS learning model, students’ ability in giving reason, giving hypotesis and making definition.

Abstract

Having good self-confidence plays an important role in today's modern era, especially when going straight into society because individual who does not have good self-confidence will always feel anxious, insecure and not feel free to do whatever he wants in life. The purpose of this study was to make a measuring instrument for students' self-confidence as an instrument to support the Antaboga game by using the method of non-test instruments. Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests conducted by 2 material experts, the overall value of content validity was 0.8, then continued with the test of 2 BK teacher users, the overall value of content validity was 0.7, as well as the user test conducted by 30 students of class XI SMAN 2 Kota Kediri, obtained 23 valid items with a reliable coefficient of 0.875. Of the 23 items that were declared valid, they could represent each indicator of self-confidence. Based on the validity and reliability tests conducted, it can be concluded that this scale for measuring student self-confidence can be used as a tool to measure high school student self-confidence at the next research stage.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu genre Boy’s Love (BL), serta dampak positif dan negatif dari kecanduan dalam mengakses genre Boy’s Love. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas perubahan yang terjadi pada fujoshi, serta aplikasi dan situs web yang beredar dan sering digunakan oleh para fujoshi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang di dapat dari para fujoshi dan bantuan data sekunder seperti artikel, jurnal, buku, dll. Data kemudian dikompulasi lalu dianalisis sehingga hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa genre boy’s love adalah genre yang bercerita mengenai kisah asmara sesama pria. Yang kemudian memiliki dampak kecanduan dalam mengkonsumsi konten boy’s love dan merambat dalam perubahan para fujoshi seperti sering menyendiri meski mampu bersosialisasi dengan menyembunyikan bagian lain dari diri mereka bahkan mengalami perubahan orientasi seksual. Saat ini, terdapat banyak aplikasi dan web yang beredar dan menyediakan konten BL,salah dua yang paling sering dugunakan oleh para fujoshi adalah Mangaowl dan X.

Abstract

Knowing the Qur'anic self through the process of human creation is a very simple and fundamental way of reinforcing individual character. Thus, the key concept in writing this article is to know yourself in the Qur'an. With the hope of knowing themselves in the Qur'an will understand each in-dividu in order to be able to portray and position themselves well and correctly (character). As it is written in the Holy Qur'an (Surat 51: 21) which means, "And (also) to yourself. Then do you not pay attention? "From the verse clearly explained that self-know is an important thing that must be done by every individual. Know yourself in this discussion is an attempt to understand the potential - potentially very potential in individuals based on / through the process of creating human beings as an individual character enhancer in order to make efforts to avoid the mall of continuous practice / prolonged in empowering the potential self-that is able to undermine the strengthening of individual characters themselves. In the sense of self-knowledge, each individual will be able to empower the potentials that exist within him with honest, intelligent, tough and caring. It is a package in one complete sequence to assure the strengthening of individual characters. Potential - the potential of such potential, is not always able to strengthen the character if not understand the first type and how to memperdayakannya (self potential) can even fall on the contrary that is actually exaggerate the character. As the Word of ALLOH S.W.T in (QS 91: 7-10). Therefore, we must be able to determine the right pattern or method or way of reading so that this process of understanding can produce a characteristic personality. One of the methods to be used in this article is the Bismi Robbik method (QS.96: 1) which will help us in the process of knowing ourselves completely and correctly. In this article, the authors attempt to expose globally though with all the limitations of ability in terms of efforts to understand the process of creation of the human Qur'an as capital strengthening character.

Abstract

This study is based on the observation and experience of the researcher, that courtship is used to motivate themselves, students who have positive perception of courtship will be motivated to compete with each other to be able to achieve optimal learning achievement. Conversely with students who have less courageous activity will have limitations in achieving learning achievement. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative causal techniques. The process of data analysis using the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows program using product moment correlation test. The sample of this research are 30 students taken by using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaire activity dating activity and questionnaire motivation to learn. The result of data analysis using product moment correlation test showed the influence of dating activity on learning motivation to get value r_hitung 0,415> r_tabel 0,361 with 5% significance level. So it can be concluded that Ha sounded no influence of courtship activity on learning motivation in grade XI students at SMAN PEMUDA PAPAR academic year 2016/2017. Based on the results of research conducted researcher suggestions that need dikemukanan is as one of the materials to improve student learning motivation with the help of a boyfriend or friend.

Abstract

Introverted personality is the condition of individuals who have a closed tendency, both the nature and the behavior that is more like to be alone, likes silence, individuality, and trying to pull away from the environment. Students who have introverted personality have a relationship with their learning motivation in school so that will affect their learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to obtain information and get accurate data about introvert personality relationship with the motivation of studying class VIII students in SMP Negeri 8 Kediri Academic Year 2016/2017. This research uses correlational technique with quantitative approach. The process of data analysis using Product Moment Correlation and the sample in this study are 70 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Kediri. The data collection uses an introverted personality questionnaire instrument and learning motivation. The result of data analysis using Product Moment Correlation test shows positive relationship between Introvert Personality with Motivation Learning relationship between introvert personality with student learning motivation is shown with value of r count 0,502 bigger than r table 0,235 with significance level 5% (0,502 ≥ 0,235). Because the correlation value is in the range of 0.40 - 0.599, it is concluded that the relationship between variables X with variable Y is moderate. Then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, reads a relationship between introvert personality with the motivation of studying class VIII students in SMP Negeri 8 Kediri Academic Year 2016/2017. Based on the results of research that has been done suggestions that need to be raised is to be by teachers guidance and counseling can be used as a source of materials to improve the quality of science guidance and counseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pengamatan peneliti dimana terdapat kurangnya efikasi diri karier mahasiswa S1 Bimbingan dan Konseling. Efikasi diri karier merupakan sesuatu kemampuan yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh seseorang. Keberhasilan seseorang dalam segi karier mereka dapat dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri karier tersebut. Rendahnya efikasi diri karier ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan Proses GURU. Proses GURU merupakan suatu teknik yang luwes dan komplit serta dinilai mampu mengakomodasi dari banyaknya tahapan pembelajaran ekperiensial. GURU merupakan kepanjangan dari ground (G), understand (U), revise (R) dan use (U). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri karier mahasiswa Calon Guru BK sebelum dan sesudah melakukan pelatihan efikasi diri karier menggunakan Proses GURU. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalaha kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian experiment dengan jenis one group pretest posttest design. Skala Pengukuran Efikasi Diri Karier adalah instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data dari perhitungan uji t paired sample bahwa sigifikansi yang diperoleh dari perbedaan skor posttest dan pretest adalah 0,000 dimana skor signifikansi ini kurang dari 0,05. Maka ditolak atau efikasi diri karier mahasiswa calon Guru BK meningkat setelah diberi perlakuan. Guru BK/konselor dan para dosen BK dapat menggunakan proses GURU untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri karier mahasiswa calon Guru BK. Guru BK dan para dosen BK dapat menggunakan proses GURU ini sebagai teknik untuk pengembangan pribadi konselor.

Abstract

This research stems from the rise of the burnout phenomenon experienced by students when completing their thesis. The burnout that makes the study period will have a negative impact on the student's motivation to learn and self-esteem, as well as on the assessment of the accreditation program. Students in these cases often vent their emotions on social media such as writing statuses on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Their expressive writings are considered unethical. Therefore, research was conducted with the aim of developing a Handbook for Expressive Writing (BAPER) which could be tested both theoretically and practically. The research method used is Research and Development from Borg & Gall. Currently, the research stage is entering the third stage, namely the Development of Initial Product Drafts, one of which is the preparation of instruments. Instrument validity and reliability are important things that must be considered to obtain representative data for the purposes of selecting research samples that will use purposive sampling. The instruments were tested on 37 undergraduate students who were in the process of completing their thesis. They are scattered in several study programs in the Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Then obtained 14 valid items with a reliability index of 0.886. Items that have been valid and reliable can represent all indicators of burnout. Based on these results, the Student Burnout Measurement Scale can be used as a measuring tool in the next research stage.
