Abstract

This study revolves about the Internal Service Quality in PT. ASA Yogyakarta engaged in the production of golf gloves. In the face of strict quality requirements in global markets, the management of PT. ASA Yogyakarta expected to be able to create a high quality product that can meet the needs and desires of its customers, and provides high customer satisfaction. In an attempt to give the best quality to the consumer role of internal service quality is very important and strategic, this is due to embody the role of quality starts from the internal customer. This study aims to analyze the effect of internal service quality, leadership, customer orientation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of internal service quality. The results of this research is based on an assessment of the employee survey results that the internal communication, leadership, customer orientation, organizational commitment and customer satisfaction are silmutan significant effect on internal service quality. This suggests that the good and bad internal service quality in Yogyakarta, 94% PT ASA is determined by the internal communication, leadership, customer orientation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. While the rest are caused by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Waste management is an important thing that needs to be resolved. The accumulation of garbage and the not yet managed urban and rural waste are one of the driving factors for this community service. Desa Semanu is one of the villages that already has a TPS-3R in Gunung Kidul Regency but the TPS-3R has not been utilized optimally. This study uses a qualitative method with community empowerment program. Aims for this research is to know the implementation of community empowerment programs. Furthermore, the purpose community service is to make Desa Semanu into a village that cares about waste by taking advantage of the integration of TPS 3R and a waste bank. One of the activities that have been carried out to support a village that cares about waste is by providing counseling about the dangers of burning waste to the environment and health. In addition, there was also counseling on the assistance of the Ahmad Dahlan University Center of Energy and Environmental Studies to make Desa Semanu can make a Waste Care Village. Based on the evaluation that has been carried out, most of the extension participants have increased their knowledge of solid waste knowledge.

Abstract

Latar belakang: penelitian tentang customer satisfaction terkait dengan kualitas layanan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Muhammadiyah di Yogyakarta. Dalam upayanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan pihak Pengurus Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta saat ini membutuhkan informasi tentang kepuasan para orang tua siswa yang menyekolahkan putra putrinya di Muhammadiyah. Tujuan: 1) Membuat kebijakan tentang peningkatan mutu layanan; 2) Penguatan pada aspek-aspek yang sudah baik dan 3) Menjadikan sekolah-sekolah Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta menjadi sekolah yang unggul. Metode: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen digunakan model ServQual dengan lima dimensinya, sedangkan untuk memetakan posisi Kinerja dan Harapan digunakan matriks Performance and Importance Analysis. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling diambil dari empat Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah di wilayah Kota Yogyakarta Hasi:l Prioritas layanan yang diinginkan oleh para orang tua siswa dari ke-4 Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah di Wilayah Kota Yogyakarta yang pertama adalah komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pihak sekolah dengan para orang tua siswa selama dalam proses pembelajaran putra putrinya di sekolah dan kedua adanya kompetensi pembeda yang dimiliki lulusan terhadap sekolah lainnya ketika siswa lulus sekolah. Secara umum tidak ditemui kinerja yang tidak memuaskan terkait dengan sarana prasarana pada ke-4 Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah di Wilayah Kota Yogyakarta karena ke-4 sekolah tersebut tergolong sekolah Muhammadiyah favourit di Kota Yogyakarta

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered the rise of online purchases, resulting in the accumulation of plastic packaging waste. Plastic is most widely used because it is lightweight, flexible, cheap and easy to obtain, but its waste is difficult to decompose, which has an impact on the environment. Eco-bricking is one way that waste banks often reduce the amount of plastic waste. The obstacle in making eco-bricks is sore hands and calluses because it takes a lot of energy to compact the plastic. On the other hand, there is a lot of concentrated cooking oil waste that is still untreated, causing difficulties when disposing of it. Through this research, the design of a waste bank scale plastic melting machine is carried out with the raw materials of plastic bags and concentrated cooking oil into new materials that are more useful. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method with an Ergonomics approach is the basis for the stages of making product design from collecting consumer voices to making detailed tool designs. The operation of the tool uses simple technology so that it is easy to use by members of the Gurami Semanu waste bank. A total of 34 respondents will be the basis for determining product design. The results of the design of a bank-scale plastic melting tool in the form of a lidded stainless steel pot with a stirrer. The heater used for melting uses LPG gas with automatic operation using a button.

Abstract

Riset ini dilatarbelakangi bagaimana perancangan suatu alat yang telah dihasilkan di dalam suatu laboratorium dan telah mendapatkan Hak Paten dapat dikenal di pasar. Adapun alat yang dimaksud adalah suatu Alat yang mampu mengkonversi minyak jelantah menjadi energi biodiesel yang portable. Minyak jelantah merupakan limbah dari sebuah aktivitas proses pengorengan. Minyak ini dapat ditemukan dari limbah rumah tangga maupun limbah dalam sebuah usaha kuliner. Alat konversi tersebut dirancang khusus untuk para pelaku usaha kuliner, rumah tangga maupun bank sampah. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui indikator apa yang menjadi keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Adapun respondennya adalah pelaku usaha kuliner dan bank sampah. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan Metode Heirs. Teknik Sampling menggunakan Purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dengan Voice Of Customer, Adapun matrix Importance Performance digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi pihak pengembang tentang indikator yang menjadi prioritas kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Berdasarkan 40 suara responden, ditemukan ada 12 tambahan indikator dari 5 indikator sebelumnya. Sehingga total sejumlah 17 indikator. Adapun indikator yang menjadi focus perhatian dari 92 responden diantaranya desain yang menarik, kemudahan dalam penggunaan, keamanan penggunaan, adanya guide book, harga di bawah Rp.4 juta, adanya indicator penunjuk suhu dan kecepatan pengadukan, adanya stiker peringatann” Jauhkan dari jangkauan anak anak serta kapasitas tabung diperbesar.
