Pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk mendapatkan peluang usaha dilaksanakan kepada kelompok pemuda karang taruna di kelurahan Pulo Brayan Bengkel Medan.Semakin mudahnya akses internet dan banyaknya aplikasi media sosial semakin memudahkan bagi kaum muda untuk aktif melakukan bisnis. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini melatih pemuda-pemuda yang bergabung di kelompok karang taruna untuk dapat melihat peluang bisnis melalui berbagai aplikasi media sosial yang biasa digunakan oleh kelompok pemuda. Metode yang dilakukan melalui diskusi interaktif, pelatihan ataupun penyuluhan serta melakukan praktikum sederhana dengan cara mengajak langsung peserta pelatihan untuk melakukan penjualan melalui sosial media. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan ketertarikan anggota di kelompok pemuda karang taruna terhadap bisnis dan semangat untuk memulai usaha dengan memanfaatkan sosial. Mulai muncul pemuda yang aktif untuk menekuni berbagai peluang usaha melalui media sosial.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan pembuatan nasi tumpeng mini ini diselenggarakan kepada kaum ibu rumah tangga dari kelompok keluarga miskin di kelurahan Pulo Brayan Bengkel Medan.Berdasarkan pengamatan banyak ibu-ibu dari kelompok miskin yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan selain mengurus keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan melatih ibu-ibu dari kelompok keluarga miskin membuat nasi tumpeng mini yang layak untuk dijual sehingga dapat menambah penghasilan keluarga. Metode yang dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan ceramah kepada masyarakat serta melakukan demonstrasi langsung memilih bahan, memasak, menghias dan menyajikan nasi tumpeng mini untuk layak jual kepada konsumen. Melalui pelatihan pembuatan nasi tumpeng, ibu-ibu dari kelompok keluarga miskin menjadi terampil dan memiliki keahlian untuk menjual nasi tumpeng mini kepada masyarakat yang pada ahirnya akan menambah penghasilan keluarga.

Community service activities aim at increasing the competitiveness of fostered partners in dealing with market developments. The potential of developing frozen food UMKM products is still very open because it is very popular among many people in the City of Medan. Royal Food also experiences the same thing as most UKMKs in Medan, which generally have limited human resource quality of education. The workforce in UKMK is dominated by workers with low education and do not have good financial management and the low utilization of technology. This community service activity was carried out over a period of six months. Activities carried out in the form of socialization and counseling to partners, training in business development and marketing, safe and hygienic production practices and designing more attractive packaging, carrying out production and marketing to partner monitoring and evaluation. After getting a touch of good design, proper management, modernization of production equipment, attractive promotional media, UMKM Royal Food is able to experience business development with increasingly high sales and more competitive products.

The banking industry in Indonesia is increasingly crowded with the emergence of banks operating under sharia principles. Although in general almost all banking products offered by Sharia banking and conventional commercial banks are relatively the same, in reality they both have different operational principles, especially in terms of efforts to obtain profits. In addition, the development between Sharia banking is not as expected given the population of Indonesia, which is predominantly Muslim. Sharia banking are far behind conventional banks. The aim of the research was to find out the perceptions of the people of North Sumatra on Islamic banking through surveys in 4 major cities namely Medan, Binjai, Langkat and Deli Serdang which were considered to represent the Muslim population in North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative descriptive survey and study . The survey is used to obtain a comprehensive picture of people's perceptions of Islamic banking in North Sumatra. Quantitative descriptive study, used to explore strategies and considerations used by Islamic banking to the community.The results of the study show that the three independent variables have an influence and it can be seen that the service variable is the main variable that contributes most to its relationship with the results of public perception on the two research objects on Banking.

North Sumatra Province is an area that has several attractions, both natural and cultural attractions. Some well-known tourist objects from abroad to foreign countries such as Lake Toba, and Mount Lawang with Sumateran orangutans. While is one of the gateways to reach tourist destinations in North Sumatra Province, including the city that has the Maimun City Palace and the Great Mosque that represents the history of the continuity of the Malay Kingdom, the Tjong A Fie House and the colonial colonial buildings that have talked about for years. This study aims to analyze and determine how to encourage tourists, destination images, and tourist satisfaction with tourist loyalty in North Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis methods. Multiple linear regression because it is based on two or more independent variables on variables, after that the data processing technique uses SPSS version 22 as a tool. This study found that the results consisted only of motivation variables which did not have a significant effect, while other variables had a significant effect on tourist loyalty. The results showed that the independent variables consisted of motivation variables (X1), destination image variables (X2), and satisfaction (X3) positively and significantly towards the variables supported by tourist loyalty (Y) visiting the tourist area of North Sumatra Province. This study obtained results consisting of the majority of visitors consisting of students aged 17 to 25 years. Lake Toba, Bukit Lawang, and Berastagi are the dominant mainstay sectors, and the level of tourist visits to the Province of North Sumatra is still categorized as low.

The importance of entrepreneurship in society is not just to make improvements and changes in quality of life community, but also also proven to play a significant role in realizing the quality of the people and the nation. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the success of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurs in the city of Medan. This study uses quantitative research methods through the provision of questionnaires using predetermined indicator indicators in addition to extracting information through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that lifestyle variables influence the success of an entrepreneur. In addition, lifestyle variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurial. So, the hypothesis is acceptable, namely the existence of partial lifestyle influences onsuccess intentions entrepreneurial. The results of partial tests explain that psychological capital variables (X2) have a positive effect. In addition, psychological capital variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurship. So, the hypothesis can be accepted, namely the influence of psychological capital partially onsuccess intentions. entrepreneurialThat individual talent variable (X3) has a positive effect and individual talent variables influencesuccess. entrepreneurIndividual talent variables have a significant effect onsuccess variables entrepreneurship. So, hypothesis 3 is acceptable, that is, the influence of individual talents partially on theintention to succeed entrepreneur's.

As a SME industry many challenges faced by entrepreneurs in central SMEs Pasar Bengkel to remain able to survive. The construction of the Medan - Tebing Tinggi toll road becomes a challenge for SMEs Pasar Bengkel entrepreneurs to remain able to survive in the business souvenirs typical Market Bengkel in Serdang Bedagai regency. For that apply the Business Canvas Model as one of the solutions for SMEs to be able to survive in reaching the target market. This study aims to support the model of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), using a canvas model developed by Alexander Osterwalder. Based on the variables raised in this study and hypothesis model, this research includes descriptive research. Based on the nine blocks as the tools used in the customer segment is the customer that must be managed is the customer who accidentally came to shop, the value proposition of selling quality products in mass production that can be sold or deposited to other business actors. Marketing channels using social media and other promotional tools. Customer relationships with respect to hospitality, display products and provide food processing information to customers. In revenue streams using business to business activities; mass sales and do mouth to mouth marketing strategies. The main resources use various sources such as raw materials, equipment and technology utilization. Key activities that social media management can take and management of production and materials. Partnership is done to farmers and government. Pay attention to the cost structure of product processing, wages, packaging and equipment maintenance.

In Indonesia, ecotourism is an important part of the tourism industry where Indonesia is included in the list of the best ecotourism destinations in the world. The most important thing about ecotourism is efforts towards maintaining the preservation of the natural and cultural environment. This requires good and professional management of ecotourism attractions by the character of each tourist destination area. This research aims to group tourists based on psychographic segments towards ecotourism destinations in North Sumatra, determine the combination of product attributes at ecotourism destinations in North Sumatra that fulfill the desires of tourists per segment, and determine the preferences of tourists in each segment regarding their level. This research uses cluster and conjoint analysis methods which aim to group tourists into two groups based on tourism motivation, namely soft ecotourists and hard ecotourists along with the types of characteristics in each group. The analytical method used is a descriptive survey. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire with a total of 120 respondents in 4 regions, namely Medan City, Langkat Regency, Karo Regency, and Toba Samosir Regency. The results of the research show that the average assessment of soft ecotourists shows that the comfort (accommodation) measure reaches the highest value, namely F-count accommodation = 81,656 and (p-value = 0.000), while hard ecotourists show the highest measure of commitment to environmental issues. On the other hand, the instruments that do not have differences between the two clusters are the commitment, duration, and interaction instruments.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan bisnis wisata medis di era digital melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis 45 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam rentang tahun 2018-2024 dari berbagai database akademik seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, dan PubMed. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel yang membahas bisnis wisata medis, teknologi digital dalam healthcare tourism, dan strategi pemasaran digital dalam industri ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa bisnis wisata medis mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan dengan nilai pasar global yang mencapai USD 44,8 miliar pada tahun 2023. Transformasi digital telah mengubah lanskap industri ini melalui implementasi telemedicine, platform booking online, dan digital marketing strategies. Faktor utama yang mendorong pertumbuhan meliputi perbedaan biaya perawatan antarnegara, kemudahan akses informasi digital, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan di negara-negara tujuan wisata medis. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup regulasi lintas negara, standardisasi kualitas layanan, dan keamanan data pasien. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dalam bisnis wisata medis tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga menciptakan peluang bisnis baru yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi stakeholder industri untuk mengoptimalkan strategi digital dalam pengembangan bisnis wisata medis.
