Abstract

The educational environment is a place where a group of people gather for a long time. In addition, the school is an educational institution that aims to achieve the vision and mission of education. Principals and teachers are human resources, as the driving force for achieving educational goals. Therefore these human resources must be managed properly. Good management starts with understanding the individual, that is feeling happy. Feelings of happiness will make the education human resources can carry out their duties properly. Therefore, community empowerment is important to be implemented to understand the meaning of happiness. The result of this empowerment is that the teacher's happy feelings are quite high. This is seen from the understanding of each dimension namely life satisfaction, feelings, and the meaning of life. However, there are sub-dimensions that are still low, such as conditions for career advancement and teacher competence, and the lack of teacher opportunities to improve academic quality. It is therefore important for policy makers to carry out further studies and empowerment based on teachers. So the teacher can carry out the task well. Keyword: teacher, happiness, life satiscaftion, affect, meaning of life Abstrak Lingkungan pendidikan merupakan tempat sekelompok orang berkumpul dalam waktu yang lama. Selain itu sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mencapai visi dan misi pendidikan. Kepala sekolah dan guru merupakan sumber daya manusia, sebagai penggerak tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu sumber daya manusia tersebut harus dikelola dengan baik. Pengelolaan yang baik dimulai dengan memahami individu, yakni perasaan bahagia. Perasaan bahagia akan membuat sumber daya manusia pendidikan dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Oleh kerena itu pemberdayaan masyarakat penting dilaksanakan untuk memahami makna kebahagiaan tersebut. Hasil pemberdayaan ini adalah menunjukkan perasaan bahagia guru cukup tinggi. Hal tersebut dilihat dari pemahaman masing-masing dimensi yakni kepuasan hidup, perasaan, dan makna hidup. Namun demikian, ada sub dimensi yang masih rendah, seperti kondisi peningkatan karir dan kompetensi guru, dan kurangnya kesempatan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas akademik. Oleh karena itu penting bagi para pemangku kebijakan untuk melaksanakan kajian dan pemberdayaan lebih lanjut yang berbasis pada guru. Sehingga guru dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a picture of how the condition of the school organization during the pandemic, from the scope of individuals, social groups, relationships between organizations, relationships between institutions, and policies. The subjects of this study are literature, literature sources that discuss pandemics, conditions, individual attitudes in school organizations, relationships with social groups, communities, institutions and policies. The results of this study explain that in order for schools to continue to achieve educational goals with good quality, the integration of functions between school principals, teachers, and all school resources, groups of educators and education staff organizations, between organizations, institutions in society, and policies must work. in harmony. Abstract

This research aimed to find a "sense of power" in the texts as a discourse. The discourse chosen in this study was the Islamic Religious Education book which is used as a textbook. The Islamic Religious Education textbooks were selected from elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school levels. The theory used as the basis for analysis of this text was the theory of critical discourse analysis (CDA) from Fairclough. The theory suggests that the text is discursive and social practices. The research method used was literature research method, because it used ready-to-use texts, as secondary data. This study was a qualitative study because it used non-numerical data collection procedures with descriptive results, analyzed by non-statistical methods, and the problem in the study required a thorough, extensive, and in-depth exploration. The results of the analysis showed that textually, the textbooks used were textbooks that were prepared based on standards of government regulations regarding textbooks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe school-based health education. This study was conducted using a qualitative method of literature review. The results of the study show health education as a potential program in non-natural disasters covid19. School-based health programs consist of health education activities, health services, and healthy environmental development. This activity is an effort to create a clean and healthy lifestyle. Clean and healthy living habits as an effort to reduce the spread of the virus which is increasingly widespread. However, the implementation of school-based health activities was not carried out optimally and experienced various obstacles. The obstacles to implementing school-based health are lack of funds, competence in human resources, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the dynamics of the role of academic advisors in universities. Review literature in the form of articles published in reputable national and international journals. The results of the study show that academic advisors have an important role for students and universities. For students, academic advisors as mentors, discussion partners, related to self-development that is useful for the future. For universities, academic advisors are a means of providing structured and academic counseling services to consumers, in this case students university. Academic advisors act as a mediator between the empirical situation and the learning process at the university. Academic advisors in an effort to maximize educational services.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze how education contributes to the quality and development of human resources in Indonesia, particularly in enhancing their capabilities and serving as an investment in the economic sector. The research method used is a systematic literature review. The data sources include relevant journals from the past five years (2020–2025) and official data from research or survey institutions as well as from the government. The results show that economic factors—especially poverty, unemployment, and GRDP per capita—play a significant role in shaping Indonesia’s Human Development Index (HDI). Although GRDP per capita provides a positive contribution, unemployment and poverty have more substantial and negative impacts on human development. These findings indicate that improving human development in Indonesia requires targeted policies to reduce unemployment and poverty, alongside strategic investments in education, healthcare services, and job creation. The post–COVID-19 pandemic period, particularly between 2021 and 2023, represents a crucial phase in the context of recovery and improving the population’s quality of life. The pandemic has transformed many aspects of life, from how people work to how they interact and access services. On one hand, the pandemic has worsened health and education conditions, but on the other hand, it has also driven innovation and adaptation across various sectors. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah systematic literatur review. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang relevean selama 5 tahun terakhir (2020-2025) dan data resmi dari lembaga penelitian/survey maupun dari pemerintah. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukan faktor-faktor ekonomi—terutama kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan PDRB per kapita memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk Human Development Index(HDM) Indonesia. Meskipun PDRB per kapita memberikan kontribusi positif, pengangguran dan kemiskinan memiliki dampak yang lebih substansial dan negatif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pembangunan manusia di Indonesia memerlukan kebijakan yang terarah untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan kemiskinan, di samping investasi strategis di bidang pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Periode pascapandemi COVID-19, khususnya antara tahun 2021 dan 2023, merupakan fase krusial dalam konteks pemulihan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Pandemi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, mulai dari cara kita bekerja hingga cara kita berinteraksi dan mengakses layanan. Di satu sisi, pandemi telah memperburuk kondisi kesehatan dan pendidikan, namun di sisi lain, pandemi juga telah memicu inovasi dan adaptasi di berbagai sektor. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that are ready to create a competitive and sustainable generation. The teaching of Islamic boarding schools and sustainable development have similarities in values and principles. With this, Islamic boarding schools can certainly integrate religious and general knowledge to prepare a generation that is intellectually and spiritually intelligent. In reality, the principles of sustainable development are in accordance with Islamic teachings taught at the Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, Al-Qadir Islamic boarding School indirectly has an active role in supporting and realizing the principles of sustainable development. The research uses qualitative methods to answer the questions as accurately as possible. Then it is analyzed using contructivism to see how Islamic teachings can be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Al-Qadir Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School has role in implementing the principles of sustainable development through education. In this case researchers discovered the role of the Al-Qadir Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School in Supporting and realizing sustainable development. KH. Masrur Ahmad MZ as an Islamic boarding school caretaker has an important role in providing understanding to teachers and students to be able to implement Islamic teachings in accordance with the principles of sustainable development education, implementation of sustainable development at Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: sustainable development education, Implementation of sustainable development at Al-Qadir Islamic Boarding School.
