<![CDATA[Character education is a tradition that has long been implemented in Islamic boarding schools through various media. This study discusses the national character in the tradition of the Salafiyah pesantren, Kapurejo Village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency by using a local curriculum in the form of syi'ir. This curriculum has been implemented since the 1950s. The focus of this research is how to implement the syi'ir tradition, and what national character is obtained by the santri. This research is classified as a qualitative research, with data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction. The results of the study show that the syi'ir education curriculum is carried out in a structured manner, and has not changed. The national character obtained by the students are religious values, independence, democracy, national spirit, and social care]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini dalam bingkai agama dan kepercayaan masyarakat local. Kepercayaan atau agama adalah hak prinsipil dalam diri manusia. Di Indonesia, banyak agama dan kepercayaan tumbuh, berkembang serta mendapat perlindungan dari udang-undang. Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal adalah salah satu kepercayaan yang hidup di Indonesia. <![CDATA[Suroan is a tradition that is commonly practiced by Javanese people, such as the Suroan tradition in Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya, the King of Kediri who is famous for the Jayabaya term. The suroan tradition has been passed down for a long time. The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which also talks about tradition, culture, and multiculturalism. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach that will examine the ritual process of one Suro at Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya with the approach of the Qur'an as the sacred text of Muslims. The results of the study stated that the suroan tradition is an acculturation of Islamic and Javanese culture. And culture is something that is allowed in the Koran as long as it does not conflict with divine values and monotheism.]]>

<![CDATA[Problematika gender merupakan bagian isu dan tema sentral yang tidak luput dari pembahasan di masyarakat. Perempuan yang berada pada posisi dipimpin, semenjak kebijakan era reformasi yang memberi ruang pada perempuan memunculkan kepempimpinan perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi mencoba untuk menganalisa Kepemimpinan perempuan di Jawa Timur dalam perspektif Keputusan Muktamar, Munas, dan Konbes Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) (1926-1999 Masehi). Kesetaraan gender dalam fenomena kepempimpian perempuan di Jawa Timur diketahui dari perbandingan jumlah kepala daerah perempuan dan laki-laki di Jawa Timur dengan presentase laki-laki 77,6% dan perempuan22,3%. Perempuan yang diusung menjadi kepala daerah dalam hal ini bukan semata sebagai pendamping atau objek untuk menarik minat masyarakat memilih akan tetapi memiliki kesamaan dengan pemimpin laki-laki dengan kompetensi dalam memimpin dan latar belakang pendidikan serta pengalaman berorganisasi yang mumpuni. Akan tetapi tetap saja ditemukan indikasi ketidaksetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan perempuan di Jawa Timur, dari 17 pempimpin perempuan dirinci hanya 7 orang yang menduduki kursi sebagai bupati/walikota sedangkan jumlah perempuan yang menduduki kursi sebagai wakil bupati/walikota berjumlah 10 orang. Kedudukan perempuan yang mana dalam kepemimpinan hanya sebagai wakil bupati/walikota mengindikasikan ketidaksetaraan gender. Indikasi ketidaksetaraan gender diketahui dari perempuan sebagai obyek dari system politik yang dibangun secara sepihak oleh kaum laki-laki. Akan tetapi di era reformasi saat ini dapat terlihat keberhasilan kepemimpinan perempuan, terutama pengkaderan perempuan di kalangan NU.]]>

<![CDATA[Building family relationships is not just about combining two people of different types. The marriage process can also be interpreted as a merging of functional human values ​​in different societies. Married couples become a part of the social structure which is expected to have roles and functions in society. This perspective is one of KH's concentrations. Hasyim Asy'ari is the founder of Nahdlotul Ulama in Indonesia and a role model for society in the religious life of the nation and state. In order to explore these great ideas, this article thoroughly examines the book Dhou Misbah fi ahkam An Nikah, which is the basis for some people to give marriage advice. This research uses a structuralist functionalist transformation approach within the framework of religious doctrine. This research uses book reference sources which form the basis of thought in the book Dhou Misbah fi ahkam An Nikah and books on religious movements and sociology. As a result, fragments of KH's thoughts. Hasyim Asy'ari regarding the family in its social function is that it must be able to strengthen religious values ​​with local wisdom. Thus, washatiyah Islam is a reflection of values ​​that must be implemented in family life. When starting a family, husband and wife must take a role in building an Islamic society without eliminating local culture. The family must be part of supporting harmony in religious, national and state life.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this study is the pedagogical competence of the clerics in the learning of formal systems at Darussalam Sumbersari Kencong Kepung Kediri Islamic Boarding School. The focus is reduced in the form of questions, [1] Pedagogical competence of teachers in student learning, and [2]. Factors that influence internally and externally on pedagogical competence in learning. This type of research approach is qualitative phenomenology, with a case study design. Data collection is done by in-depth interview techniques, observation, and study documentation. While the data analysis technique, researchers used an interactive analysis model that contained four interrelated components, namely: data collection, data simplification, data exposure, withdrawal and submission of conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: [1]. Theoretical pedagogical competence is applied by educators in learning activities at Darussalam Sumbersari Islamic Boarding School, [2]. The application of indicators for the basics of pedagogical competence is an important factor in the clerical pedagogical competence at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Sumbersari Kencong, Kedung Kediri.]]>

<![CDATA[In educational institutions, the teacher is the most important component, where he as an actor, implementer and spearhead of the educational process in terms of education and teaching. The quality of the learning process requires the development of human resource educators, especially the development of teacher competencies, this is an effort to prepare teachers to have various insights, knowledge, skills, and provide confidence to carry out their duties and obligations. In this case, the researcher analyzes Pedagogic Competence and the Use of Learning Media. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach and uses double regression analysis of two variables. As for the data collection in this study using a questionnaire to obtain data on pedagogical competence and the use of instructional media. While the method of observation and documentation to obtain information about learning outcomes, populations, samples, and other information needed in research. The results concluded that this study showed that there was no influence between the completeness of learning media variables (X2) and the Fiqh (Y) learning outcomes in MA Darusslam Krempyang Nganjuk.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is framed in the topic of leadership, which specifically discusses the leadership of female caregivers in the Al Hajar Pesantren Pagu Kediri in maintaining the tradition of pesantren education as a tafaqquh fi addin institution. This research focuses on how the pesantren management strategy is, how the leadership style tends to be in the pesantren, and the role of the pesantren in al Hajar Kapurejo Pagu. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews that are supported by observation and documentation. Data analysis by data reduction. The end of this study shows: The strategy of managing a pesantren is carried out by planning at the beginning of the school year, organizing it in daily life and direct supervision by Nyai. His leadership style tends to prioritize work or authoritarian orientation. Nyai's role is as an educator which is realized by directly engaging in teaching (Penelitian ini dibingkai dalam topic kepemimpinan, yang secara khusus membahas kepemimpinan pengasuh perempuan di Pesantren Al Hajar Kapurejo Pagu Kediri dalam mempertahankan tradisi pendidikan pesantren sebagai lembaga tafaqquh fi addin. Penelitian ini terfokus pada bagaimana strategi pengelolaan pesantren, bagaimana kecenderungan gaya kepemimpinan nyai di pesantren, dan peran nyai di pesantren al Hajar Kapurejo Pagu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitattif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara yang didukung dengan pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan cara reduksi data. Akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan:Strategi pengelolaan pesantren dilakukan dengan perencanaan di awal tahun ajaran, pengorganisasian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan pengawasan langsung oleh nyai. <![CDATA[This brief paper wishes to examine the ethical concept of Sufism Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani in the book Ghunyat li Thalibi Thariq al-Haqq, especially the ethics of Sufism of a salik found in the last part of the book. This paper is classified as library research with analysis using the perspective of ethical philosophy. Sufism values remain in the corridors of the Qur'an and Sunnah, the soul is clean from impulse, always bound and happy with Allah, maintain harmony, emphasize respect and an attitude of compassion, and not be the cause of others hurt. If observed in terms of the source of truth that always measures with the source of texts, both the Qur'an, the sunnah of the prophet, friends, tabi'ain and the saints, then it can be said that the ethics of Sufism Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani belong to theological ethics. However, if seen from the emphasis on the priority of people rather than the salik, then it falls into the category of ethical altruism.]]>
