Abstract

Response Time merupakan waktu antara dari permulaan suatu permintaan ditanggapi, waktu tanggap yang baik yaitu 5 menit akan berdampak buruk bagi kualitas hidup pasien. Dimana faktor eksternal dapat mempengaruhi response time perawat dan dokter  diantaranya pengantar pasien, kondisi pasien, dan beban kerja tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan faktor-faktor tadi dengan response time tenaga kesehatan dalam penanganan pasien gawat darurat. Sampel diambil dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling yaitu 30 sampel. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi langsung dan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian uji statistic chi square didapatkan tidak terdapat pengaruh  antara pengantar pasien terhadap waktu tanggap diperoleh nilai dengan taraf signifikansinya 0,260 (lebih besar dari 0,05), terdapat pengaruh antara kondisi pasien terhadap waktu tanggap diperoleh nilai dengan taraf signifikansinya 0,014 (<0,05), terdapat pengaruh antara beban kerja tenaga kesehatan IGD terhadap waktu tanggap diperoleh nilai dengan taraf signifikansinya 0,029 (<0,05) Saran: Diharapkan bagi pihak mutu rumah sakit selalu memantau, mengevaluasi waktu tanggap pelayanan pasien terutama yang true emergency di instalasi gawat darurat supaya waktu tanggapnya selalu sesuai standar pelayanan minimal baik standar nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mengubah pola hidup manusia. Kini penggunaan gawai di seluruh dunia rata-rata 3-5 jam per hari. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan masalah pada tulang belakang berupa penurunan fleksibilitas leher akibat postur yang dipertahankan dalam waktu yang lama. Latihan lingkup gerak sendi aktif resistif diharapkan dapat memperbaiki dan menjaga fleksibilitas leher. Metode: Penilitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian eksperimental menggunakan model one group pre test and post test without control. Jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 14 orang yang dipilih melalui random sampling dan sesuai dengan kriteria inkulsi. Informed consent telah diperoleh dari seluruh subyek penelitian. Durasi penelitian selama 4 minggu dan perlakuan yang diberikan berupa latihan lingkup gerak sendi aktif resistif leher yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali dalam seminggu. Data merupakan hasil dari pengukuran fleksibilitas leher menggunakan goniometer universal yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah latihan. Hasil: Uji statistik menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan uji wilcoxon. Nilai signifikansi pada lingkup gerak sendi leher fleksi 0.000, ekstensi 0.046, lateral fleksi kanan 0.020, lateral fleksi kiri 0.011, rotasi kanan 0.021, rotasi kiri 0.001. Kesimpulan: Terdapat  peningkatan bermakna fleksibilitas otot leher pada lingkup gerak sendi leher (fleksi, lateral fleksi kanan dan kiri, rotasi kanan dan kiri) antara sebelum dan sesudah latihan LGS aktif resistif. ABSTRACTBackground: Rapid technological development changes the pattern of human life. Now the use of devices around the world is on average 3-5 hours per day. This can cause problems in the spine in the form of decreased neck flexibility due to posture that is maintained for a long time. Active resistive range of motion exercise is expected to improve and maintain neck flexibility. Method: This study was conducted with an experimental design using one group model pre-test and post-test without control. The number of subjects was 14 who were selected through random sampling and in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Informed consent was obtained from all the subjects. The duration of the study is 4 weeks and the intervention is carried out 3 times a week. Data is the result of measurement of neck flexibility using a universal goniometer which is done before and after the intervention. Results: Statistical test using paired t-test and Wilcoxon test. Significance value in 0.000 flexion range of motion, extension 0.046, right lateral flexion 0.020, left lateral flexion 0.011, right rotation 0.021, left rotation 0.001.Conclusion: There are significant differences in neck muscle flexibility in the entire range of motion (flexion, extension, right and left lateral flexion, right and left rotation) between before and after an active resistive range of motion exercise

Abstract

Background. Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic, progressive, degenerative disease which incidence increase with age dan occured majority in female. Pain in OA occurs due to accumulative process of degradation, repairment, and inflammation that causes symptoms of pain accompany with decrease in joint activity and function. These symptoms in elderly people, count about 9,8% of Indonesian population in 2020 which is muslim in majority, often causing complaints of difficulties to perform certain movements in shalat. Vitamin D is a nutritional factor which is known from several research wouldinhibit progressive joint destruction and relief of painful symptoms. And may have an important role to prevent the progressive process of the disease, thus promising to help the elderly to perform the shalat without knee joint problems. Objectives. The research’s objective was to determine the association between 25(OH)D serum level and the degree of WOMAC index of pain, stiffness, and functionality of knee OA in elderly female patients at Public Health Clinics (KPKM) Faculty of Medicine, Syarif Hidayatulloh State Islamic University of Jakarta (FK UIN Jakarta). Methods. The research used analytic Cross-Sectional design, with 106 elderly female as respondents, whose pain degree, stiffness, and functionality were measured using the WOMAC questionnaire of Knee OA and 25(OH)D serum level wasexamine. Results. Chi Square Fisher statistical analysis showed that there is no significant statistical association found (p 0,689) between 25(OH)D serum level and the degree of WOMAC index of knee OA in elderly female patients at KPKM FK UIN Jakarta. Conclusion. There is no significant statistical association found between serum vitamin D level and degree of WOMAC index of knee OA in elderly female patients at KPKM FK UIN Jakarta

Abstract

Background: Body image refers to an individual's perception of their physical appearance, which may influence self-confidence and exercise habits. During adolescence and early adulthood, significant physical and psychological changes often result in body dissatisfaction, potentially affecting patterns of physical activity. Exercise is a structured form of physical activity intended to promote health and maintain physical fitness. This study aimed to examine the relationship between body image and exercise habits among female medical students. Methods: A quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 100 female medical students in the academic phase (class of 2020–2022) at the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Jakarta. Participants were selected using random sampling. Data on body image and exercise habits were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. Results: The analysis revealed a statistically significant negative association between body image and exercise habits (p = 0.006; p < 0.05). Students with a negative body image were more likely to engage in frequent exercise compared to those with a positive body image. Conclusion: Body image significantly influences exercise habits among medical students. A better understanding of this relationship may support the development of health promotion strategies that foster consistent exercise routines without reinforcing negative body perceptions.

Abstract

Background: A stroke is a brain dysfunction in the form of nerve insufficiency caused by a disruption of blood flow to part of the brain. Stroke is divided into two types, namely ischemic and hemorrhagic type. Ischemic stroke or non-hemorrhagic stroke is an acute disease whose time of onset of symptoms determines the patient's survival prognosis. It will often cause cerebral infarction. The government of the Republic of Indonesia found that stroke patients, especially ischemic strokes in Indonesia, were still predominantly male, with a rate of 50,1%. This problem could be due to a more carefree lifestyle and a heavier workload. The stroke rate is very high and has increased dramatically, especially in patients >50 years of age. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional observational study. The study sample was obtained by a consecutive sampling of up to 105 study data samples taken from the medical record data. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analyses with Chi-Square tests. Results: Based on a sample of 105 patients, with an age range between 60-70 years old the following results Relationship of Prevalence of Hemiparesis in Ischemic Stroke Patients by Gender to Blood Pressure (P=0,312), Age (P=0,591) and Nutritional Status (P=0,760).Conclusion: No statistically significant relationship was found between stroke risk factors in blood pressure, age, and nutritional status with hemiparesis rates in geriatric ischemic stroke patients at the Medical Rehabilitation Clinic in Fatmawati Central General Hospital, Jakarta.
