Abstract

Abstrak Pemilihan dasar salep untuk sediaan topical sangat berpengaruh terhadap sifat terapeutik. Pembuatan salep yang mengandung ekstrak bahan alam masih belum banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh basis salep terhadap sifat fisik dan iritasi primer ekstrak jahe. Pada penelitian ini dibuat dalam tiga basis adalah basis salep hidrokarbon, basis salep emulsi dan basis salep larut dalam air. Semua formula mengandung ekstrak etanol jahe 3%. Terhadap ketiga basis salep dilakukan uji organoleptis, uji homogenitas, uji kelengketan, uji daya menyebar dan uji iritasi primer. Metode analisis terhadap uji homogenitas, uji kelengketan dan uji daya menyebar dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan uji iritasi primer dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic satu arah. Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa ketiga basis salep mempunyai pengaruh yang berbeda dalam mengiritasi kulit. Indek iritasi yang palingbesar berturut-turut adalah basis salep larut dalam air, basis salep hidrokarbon dan basis salep emulsi. Kata kunci: ekstrak jahe, basis salep, iritasi primer Abstract The choice of ointment bases for topical dosage from are very influence on therapeutic effect. Ointment formulated which are content natural extract are still less. The reseach abaut the influence of ointment bases on physical property and primary irritation ginger ethanolic extract (Zingiber officinale Roxb). The aim of the reseach were to know the influence of ointment base on physical property and primary irritation effect. In this research maked hidrokarbon base, emulsion base and water soluble base. All formulation content ginger ethanolic extract (Zingiber officinale Roxb) of 3%. On ointment to the organoleptic test, homogeneity test, adhesive test and the area of spread test with description analysis, while primary irritation test be analyzed use statistic one way anova test. The result of the research be gotten show that third ointment bases have different influence to skin irritation . The biggest irritation index in succession is ointment water soluble base, hydrocarbon base and emulsion base. Key word: ginger extract, ointment base, primary irritation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the impact of audit opinion and audit delay partially on the quality of financial statements, with profitability variables as moderating. This research was conducted at Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority during the period 2018-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, the research population involves a total of 11 Islamic commercial banks. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling method, which resulted in 11 samples with observations for 5 years. Hypothesis testing in this study used a panel data regression model with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach and for testing the moderation variable using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) model. The results of this study indicate that the partial results of audit opinion have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while audit delay has a negative and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while profitability is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion on the quality of financial statements. Meanwhile, profitability is not able to moderate the effect of audit delay on the quality of financial statements.
