Abstract

Karyawan mempunyai peranan yang penting bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Maka dari itu, untuk dapat memotivasi karyawan, maka perusahaan memberi imbalan untuk mendorong kinerja karyawan. Imbalan yang dimaksud dapat berupa pembagian keuntungan dan kepemilikan saham oleh karyawan atau yang biasa disebut ESOP (employee stock option program). ESOP disini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan supaya memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ESOP (employee stock ownership program) terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan rasio keuangan yaitu EPS, ROA, dan Sales Growth. Faktor kepemilikan saham  karyawan sangat diperlukan bagi perusahaan  untuk meningkatkan komimen karyawan agar  dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah ESOP. Sedangkan variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan EPS, ROA, dan Sales Growth. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel ESOP mempunyai pengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap EPS, ROA, dan Sales Growth dengan nilai signifikansi 0.041, 0.046 dan 0,018.Keyword: ESOP, EPS, ROA, Sales Growth

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan pelayan terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STIE di Kota Semarang, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 130 dosen yang ada di STIE AKA, STIE SEMARANG dan STIE TOTALWIN. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan SEM. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini kecerdasan emosional tidak mampu memberikan pengaruh kepada kinerja. Kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh kepada kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh positif  kepada kinerja. Kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh kepada kepuasan kerja serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.  Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepemimpinan Layanan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) is a business activity that is able to share work and provide economic services widely to the community and can play a role in the process of equity and increase community income, encourage economic growth, and the role in realizing national stability. The growth of SMEs requires good performance from entrepreneurs who with an entrepreneurial spirit to make business in. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of managerial skill, entrepreneurship behavior and motivation to business performance on SME’s of Food in Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. There are 100 SME owners were taken as samples in this study. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SME’s of food. This shows that the better the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior, and motivation, the higher the performance of SMEs. the value of Adjusted R square is 0.782 shows the variation of business performance of SME’s in Gesing can be explained by managerial ability factor, entrepreneurship and motivation behavior is 78.2%, while 21.8% is explained other factors outside in the model.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the field states that almost half the workers surveyed to reach 49% of people say workers have changed their careers or fields of work drastically, it is certainly interesting to do research. This study aims to determine the effect of work value, emotional intelligence, and work life balance on career commitment. The population in this study is the Y generation in the city of Semarang. Non-probability sampling techniques are used to determine the research sample and data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 respondents. In this study, the method used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis found that (1) the value of work does not affect career commitment with a significant level of 0.288> 0.05 (2) emotional intelligence affects the career commitment with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (3) work life balance does not affect the career commitment with a significance level of 0.814> 0.05. Adjusted R2 value is 0.475, which means 47.5% of variations in Career Commitment can be explained by the independent variables work value, emotional intelligence, and work life balance while the remaining 52.5% career commitment can be explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence, quality of financial information, and locus of control on the performance of MSMEs with decision making as an intervening variable at Lurik UMKM Centers in Pedan District and Batik Centers in Bayat District, Klaten Regency. The population in this study were the Lurik UMKM centers in Pedan District and the Bayat Batik Centers, which are the assistance of the Klaten Regency Cooperative and UMKM Service. The sampling technique used random sampling. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. The results of this study are: human resource competence and quality of financial information have an effect on decision making. Locus of control has no effect on decision making. HR competency has no effect on the performance of MSMEs. The quality of financial information and locus of control affect the performance of MSMEs and decision making affects the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) is the fourth industrial era since the first industrial revolution in the 18th century. This era is characterized by the emergence of various cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence. There have been changes in human resource management (HRM) in recent years in line with changes in the business world, supported by technological advancements. This research successfully gathered 108 employees who use artificial intelligence working in state-owned or private offices in Semarang City to be used as samples in various analysis tests such as feasibility tests, classical assumption tests, and simple hypothesis analysis tests. The research method is quantitative, using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, conducted by distributing questionnaires, and the results were then processed using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that the artificial intelligence variable has a significant positive influence on employee engagement and artificial intelligence has a significant positive influence onemployee retention.

Abstract

The research on employees belonging to the millennial age group is an intriguing subject to delve into, as these individuals possess distinct attributes and traits. Employee satisfaction is of utmost importance to companies, and one way to ensure employee happiness is by providing internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In this regard, a study has been conducted to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction on the relationship between internal CSR and happiness management, with respondents belonging to the millennial age group (17 to 40 years). The test results have revealed that internal CSR has a positive impact on happiness management, and job satisfaction also has a positive influence on the same. However, an interesting finding is that job satisfaction has a mediating role in the relationship between internal CSR and happiness management

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan ekonomi Masyarakat melalui ekspor produk UMKM di Kelurahan Bendan, Kecamatan Banyudono, Kabupaten Boyolali. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Bendan, Kecamatan Banyudono, Kabupaten Boyolali. Waktu pelaksanaan hari Rabu, 16 Agustus 2023. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan berkaitan dengan pengurusan NIB, sertifikat halal, dan ekspor produk UMKM. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Masyarakat dapat mengurus NIB, sertifikat halal, dan ekspor produk UMKM. Kesimpulannya bahwa pelaku usaha di Bendan, Banyudono, Boyolali ingin dapat menekspor hasil produknya secara sah dan halal. Kata Kunci: NIB, Sertifikat Halal, Ekspor, UMKM  ABSTRACT Community service activities are carried out with the aim of empowering the community's economy through exporting MSME products in Bendan Village, Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency. Community service activities were carried out in Bendan Village, Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency. The implementation time is Wednesday, August 16 2023. The number of participants is 20 people. The method used is to provide counseling, training and assistance related to processing NIB, halal certificates and exporting MSME products. The results obtained are that the community can process NIB, halal certificates and export MSME products. The conclusion is that business actors in Bendan, Banyudono, Boyolali want to be able to export their products legally and halally. Keywords: NIB, Halal Certificate, Export, MSMEs
