Abstract

Partai politik (parpol) adalah suatu organisasi yang dijadikan ken-daraan politik agar dapat mengusung calonnya ke kursi pemerintahan. Jadi, seseorang yang ingin menjadi pejabat pemerintahan harus masuk terlebih dahulu ke partai politik (parpol), bukan dengan jalur independen. Independen terjadi apabila seseorang tidak memiliki kendaraan partai politik manapun. Seseorang yang ingin menjadi pejabat pemerintahan harus melewati pesta demokrasi yang biasa disebut pemilihan umum yaitu suatu proses memilih orang untuk mengisi jabatan tertentu.

Abstract

Attendance is often used as a consideration for a superior to assess employee performance. Attendance data is very influential in seeing and assessing employee absenteeism. Attendance that still uses paper tends to have many weaknesses, including data loss, data errors or damage to attendance data. Online attendance is attendance that uses web-based technology that can help employees with attendance and superiors can see and assess an employee's performance. This online attendance was built using Mysql as a database system and framework called Laravel. The system uses email and passwords as data security and this system is equipped with several menu features including an attendance menu, which displays employee entry and return data with the time and date the employee was absent, an attendance history menu for both users to avoid data errors as well as data backup material, the result is that employees do not need to worry about data loss, data errors or data damage. The system also applies a rating scalemethod, where the system can display employee attendance data in a display of the lowest scale value to the highest value, through this system superiors can make considerations regarding an employee's performance. Abstract

Village history is an important identity that needs to be preserved to prevent it from being lost over time. Pangadegan Village in Pagelaran District, South Cianjur, has a historical legacy that has not been scientifically documented and is at risk of being forgotten by the younger generation. This community service activity aims to explore and document the local history of Pangadegan Village by involving active community participation as a form of empowerment. The approach used is the Asset-Based Community Development method, which focuses on exploring historical assets and local potential through the stages of identification, deliberation, design, agreement, and sustainable development. The activity was implemented through in-depth interviews with village elders, observations of historical sites, focus group discussions, and documentation training for youth. The results of the activity indicate increased community awareness of the importance of village history, the establishment of an initiative to form a village archives team, and the creation of documentation products in the form of small books and digital publications. This activity also opens up opportunities for the development of history-based cultural and educational tourism as a form of sustainability. Thus, this community service activity confirms that preserving local history through an asset-based approach can strengthen identity, empower communities, and provide sustainable social, cultural, and economic benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of video media in visualizing Islamic values in the teaching of Aqidah and Akhlak at MA Al Manshuriyah Pagelaran. The study is grounded in the need for a more contextual, engaging, and relevant learning approach for the digital generation, particularly in delivering concepts such as monotheism, proper conduct, and social morality. A descriptive quantitative method was employed involving 24 students using questionnaires and classroom observations. The findings indicate that video media enhances student engagement, clarifies the understanding of abstract concepts, and fosters a more interactive learning atmosphere. The visualization of Islamic values through video enables students to comprehend commendable behavior more concretely and in relation to their daily experiences. The study implies that video-based learning is an effective strategy to strengthen value internalization in Aqidah and Akhlak teaching and is recommended for continuous integration into instructional practices.

Abstract

Tajwid learning in rural mosque communities (DKM) is generally conventional, unstructured, and has not optimally utilized community potential, resulting in low quality of Qur’anic recitation (tahsin). This community service aims to improve the quality of santri’s Qur’anic recitation at DKM Al-Islah, Pangadegan Village, Pagelaran District, Cianjur Regency, through learning the Matan Tuhfatul Athfal using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The method applied the ABCD framework through the stages of discovery, design, delivery/action, and reflection and sustainability, involving local ustadz, DKM administrators, and santri as key participants. The results indicate that mapping and utilizing local assets successfully established a more structured, participatory, and sustainable tajwid learning system. The integration of Matan Tuhfatul Athfal with peer learning increased active participation, self-confidence, and accuracy of Qur’anic recitation among santri. Furthermore, the program strengthened the institutional capacity of the DKM and fostered a strong sense of community ownership of the learning process. This study concludes that integrating classical matan-based learning with a community empowerment approach is an effective strategy for sustainably improving the quality of Qur’anic recitation in rural DKM settings.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education requires Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers to develop competencies in utilizing digital-based learning media. However, in rural ECE contexts, the use of technology remains limited due to the lack of contextual and sustainable training. This community service program aims to enhance the digital learning media competencies of teachers at PAUD Ath-Thoyyibah in Pangadegan Village through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The program was implemented through stages of community asset mapping, collaborative action planning, practice-based training, and post-training mentoring and reflection. The results indicate that ECE teachers were able to develop simple digital learning media based on images, videos, and audio tailored to early childhood characteristics. In addition to improving technical skills, the program increased teachers’ self-confidence and fostered collaborative networks within the educational community. These findings demonstrate that the ABCD approach is effective in strengthening ECE teacher capacity by emphasizing local asset utilization and active community participation. This program contributes to improving the quality of early childhood learning and strengthening adaptive educational communities in response to technological development.
