Abstract

Munculnya virus corona pada tahun 2020 telah memporakporandakan perekonomian di Indonesia, membuat kekuatan UMKM di uji kembali. Penurunan omset di sektor non kuliner mencapai 30-35% akibat adanya pembatasan kegiatan yang membuat para pelaku usaha sulit melakukan penjualan secara tatap muka. Oleh karena itu pelaku UMKM harus mampu mengusai digital marketing. Penelitain ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi digital marketing melalui media sosial pada 30 UMKM di  Kota Semarang, yang terpilih sebagai responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional, menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh berdasarkan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif serta ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian UMKM di Kota Semarang yang telah menggunakan digital marketing melalui  media sosial sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan produknya, mengalami peningkatan volume penjualannya.

Abstract

Policies to improve employee performance need to be analyzed further. In this study will analyze the effect of recruitment, career development, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Dinakertrasduk, Central Java province. In this study, samples were taken as many as 100 people using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on criteria, among others: employees who are taken as samples are employees who have worked for at least 3 years. The data analysis method used in this research is validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test. The results show that with multiple linear regression analysis, it can be shown by the regression equation Y = -0.16X1 + 0.862X2 + e1. From the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the variables of recruitment and career development do not increase, which affects work motivation. while the regression equation analysis Y2 = 0.506X3 + 0.271Y1 + e2 from the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that discipline and motivation variables increase, affect performance. The hypothesis that has been carried out in this study can be concluded that: a. There is a positive and significant effect of recruitment on motivation. b. There is a positive and significant effect of career development on motivation. c. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on performance. d. There is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance in Dinakertrasduk Povinsi Central Java. Suggestions that can be put forward in this study include: company leaders to pay attention to things that can increase employee motivation and performance, among others: to further promote career development of employees of Dinakertrasduk, Central Java Province. and improve work discipline of the employees of the Central Java Province Dinakertrasduk. and pay attention to the work motivation of its employees.

Abstract

The emergence of the corona virus in 2020 has devastated the economy in Indonesia, making the strength of MSMEs re-examined. The decline in turnover in the non-culinary sector reached 30-35% due to restrictions on activities that made it difficult for business actors to make face-to-face sales. Therefore, SMEs must be able to master digital marketing. Utilizing the marketing concept through the use of digital technology, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to develop and become the center of economic power. The current era of technology is indeed unavoidable, through digital marketing it is possible for MSME actors to market their products online, offer and make online banking system payment transactions. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial marketing model through digital marketing as a moderating variable in improving sales performance. in MSMEs in Semarang City. The population in this study were MSME actors who were registered at the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used by the author in conducting this research is using simple random sampling, namely taking samples from the population randomly, using the Slovin formula, obtained 98 samples. The method of data analysis was carried out by testing instrument validity and reliability, testing classical assumptions, testing hypotheses and testing moderating variables using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results showed a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial marketing in increasing the sales volume of MSMEs in Semarang City, but the effect of digital marketing as a moderating on sales volume in the first output had a significant effect and the interaction effect on the second output had no significant effect, meaning digital marketing as a moderating variable in the relationship between the method of marketing performance is a predictor moderator. Abstract

Dewasa ini di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum usai banyak sekali para pelaku usaha tumbang karena kondisi perekonomian yang tak menentu. Utamanya para pelaku usaha berkategori mikro kecil. Namun dengan adanya mengubah mindset tantangan diubah menjadi sebuah kesempatan emas, banyak pelaku usaha yang mampu bertahan dengan melakukan beberapa kiat demi perubahan organisasi salah satunya CV. Candi Karya. Dengam mengkonstruksi komunikasi organisasi dan menejemen kinerja yang ada dalam organisasinya, mampu terbentuk perubahan organisasi yang bisa melayani konsumennya meski di tengah pandemi. Komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu strategi yang bisa dikembangkan oleh para pelaku usaha di tengah pandemi seperti saat ini untuk bisa terjadi perubahan organisasi sehingga operasional perusahaan mampu bertahan. Kategori keefektifan komunikasi organisasi yang dimaksud adalah bukan yang kaku melainkan yang fleksibel diimplementasikan semua organism yang terlibat dalam sebuah organisasi, baik pimpinan, karyawan dan lintas saluran. Sehingga simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang cukup yaitu sebesar 0.475 antara komunikasi organisasi (variable X1) dan manajemen kinerja baru (variable X2) secara bersama-sama pada kegiatan perubahan organisasi (variable Y). Berdasarkan penelitian di atas juga didapatkan hasil bahwa jika variabel X1, X2 meningkat, maka variabel Y juga ikut meningkat (korelasi positif). Besarnya tingkat efektivitas komunikasi organisasi dan manajemen kinerja baru dalam penelitian ini adalah 42,1%, sedangkan sisanya 57,9% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Fenomena penggunaan media sosial sebagai media edukasi stunting  di masyarakat secara umum, khususnya juga bagi pasangan yang siap menikah, atau hanya sekedar informasi bagi kalangan remaja, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Hal ini sangat ditunjang dengan perkembangan kemajuan teknologi digital dalam hal ini media sosial. Seiring dengan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan jaringan internet di berbagai daerah dan lokasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Sebelumnya banyak kalangan pasangan muda yang sudah menikah, maupun warga yang belum berkeinginan menikah karena belum menemukan pasangan yang sesuai, memiliki pemahaman stunting dari informasi orang-orang terdekatnya atau bahkan dari opinion leader di lingkungannya. Bisa juga diperoleh dari pengalamanya sendiri ketika diasuh dan dicukupi kebutuhan gizinya oleh orang tuanya. Namun sekarang sudah mulai bisa mendapatkan informasi tentang edukasi stunting melalui platform online.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis semiotik terhadap komentar para netizen (warga net) yang secara sengaja memberikan komentarnya pada pemberitaan yang terkait dengan Elsimil pada media Instagram (IG). Dalam rangkaian narasi komentar netizen tersebut peran bahasa menjadi penting. Bahasa menjadi medium yang mengartikan atau mempresentasikan makna yang ingin dikomunikasikan oleh pelakunya.Meskipun masyarakat mayoritas sangat mendukung program Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat yang harus diterapkan dalam prosedur pernikahan, namun belum bisa mendapatkan hasil secara signifikan untuk efektivitasnya dalam mencegah stunting. Selain program elsimil dalam pencegahan stunting ini baru disosialisasikan di pertengahan tahun 2022 dan diimplementasikan di beberapa kota besar di akhir tahun lalu, meskipun prediksi keberhasilan dalam penvegahan stunting sangat memungkinkan.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Media Sosial, Fisimil, Stunting The phenomenon of using social media as a medium for stunting education in society in general, especially for couples who are ready to marry, or just information for teenagers, both men and women. This is greatly supported by the development of advances in digital technology, in this case, social media. Along with the ease of getting internet networks in various regions and locations throughout Indonesia.Previously, many young married couples, as well as residents who did not wish to get married because they had not found a suitable partner, had an understanding of stunting from information from those closest to them or even from opinion leaders in their environment. It can also be obtained from his own experience when he was raised and fulfilled his nutritional needs by his parents. However, now we are starting to be able to get information about stunting education through online platforms.This study uses a semiotic analysis method for the comments of netizens (net citizens) who deliberately comment on news related to Elsimil on Instagram (IG) media. In this series of narrative comments by netizens, the role of language is important. Language becomes a medium that interprets or represents the meaning that the actor wants to communicate.Even though the majority community strongly supports the Elsimil program as one of the conditions that must be applied in the marriage procedure, they have not been able to obtain significant results for its effectiveness in preventing stunting. In addition to the ELSIMIL program in preventing stunting, it was only socialized in the middle of 2022 and implemented in several big cities at the end of last year, even though the prediction of success in preventing stunting is very possible.Keywords: Effectiveness, Social Media, Elsimil, Stunting

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang bermaksud untuk memberikan pengetahuan dengan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul agar mampu meningkatkan kualitas perilaku keseharian dengan tujuan hidup bersih dan sehat. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan tentang kegiatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di lingkungan rumah tinggal, sekolah, tempat bekerja dan tempat umum. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada semster gasal tahun 2022/2023 di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul, Kecamatan Pedurungan, Kota Semarang dan mendapatkan tanggapan yang sangat baik dari masyarakat setempat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya PHBS dan menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat dan peran perempuan dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kelurahan Jambungan Kecamatan Banyumanik Semarang. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan penyelenggaraan sosialisasi tentang pemberdayaan perempuan bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Jabungan kecamatan Banyumanik, yang mana masyarakat Kelurahan Jabungan kurang maksimal dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan perempuan serta bagaimana mengolah potensi ekonomi lokal tanaman obat (empon-empon) dan pemanfaatan limbah menjadi output berkualitas tinggi hingga menembus pasar nasional serta mewujudkan desa mandiri dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan bagaimana cara menumbuhkan kreatifitas warga di kelurahan Jabungan untuk mengembangkan industri kreatif. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu semester genap 2021/2022 tepatnya 10 Juli 2022 yang bertempat di Kelurahan Jabungan Kecamatan Banyumanik Kota Semarang. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan tahapan akhir yang cukup penting untuk menjamin keberlanjutan program pengabdian masyarakat, hal perlu diketahui bahwa menyajikan kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana bisa mendapatkan penghasilan tanpa meninggalkan rumah berupa: a) kontribusi pelatihan kepada seluruh warga tentang bahaya sampah dan cara pemanfaatan limbah sampah agar menjadi suatu barang yang memilki nilai Jual; b). kontribusi pelatihan pengolahan tanaman obat (empon-empon) menjadi berbagai olahan sebagai pengembang potensi hasil tanaman obat di kelurahan Jabungan Banyumanik; dan c). kegiatan sosialisasi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pemberdayaan UMKM. Sistem pemasaran yang akan meningkatkan penghasilan dari produk olahan tanaman empon-empon dan daur ulang sampah di kelurahan jabungan berupa hasil pengolahan tanaman obat (empon-empon) menjadi ice cream serta sampah menjadi berbagai hasil karya.

Abstract

Public accountants in carrying out their duties must be carried out in a professional manner and comply with auditing standards and the professional code of ethics as stipulated. It takes high independence and integrity for an auditor in carrying out his profession. The initial survey that has been carried out has problems with decreasing auditor job satisfaction, which can affect their performance in carrying out their duties. Starting from the existence of these problems, the formulation of the research problem is how to increase auditor job satisfaction by managing the workload according to the auditor's ability and eliminating work stress moderated by support from the organization. This study aims to determine the impact of workload and work stress partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction, to find out whether organizational support weakens the impact of workload and work stress simultaneously on job satisfaction. A total of 104 people out of 140 auditors were taken as samples in this study, using the Proportional Purposive Sampling technique. The data analyzed came from distributing questionnaires to auditors working at the Public Accountant Firm that was sampled. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the research can be described that workload and work stress partially and simultaneously have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. In addition, organizational support weakens the impact of workload and work stress partially on job satisfaction. The policy that must be taken by the management of the Public Accounting Firm in Semarang is to provide work that is tailored to the skills and abilities of the auditors, trying to eliminate work stress and increasing support from the organization to the auditors in order to increase the job satisfaction of the auditors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between HR service quality at Gudeg Mbok Mandeg Jogjakarta Restaurant and customer satisfaction. Is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were customers at the Mbok Mandeg gudeg restaurant, an average of 600 people in 1 (one) month. The research population is 71 respondents calculated using the Isac and Michael formula. The sampling technique uses incidental random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement technique uses a tiered Likert scale 5. For the quality of HR services, the scales are Very Good, Good, Fairly Good, Not Good, and Very Bad, while customer satisfaction uses the scales Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Fairly Satisfied, Dissatisfied, and Very Dissatisfied. The data obtained is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and analyzed using cross-tabulations to determine the relationship between HR Service Quality at Gudeg Mbok Mandeg Jogjakarta Restaurant and customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 2 respondents (3%) stated that the quality of service was very good and customers were very satisfied, as many as 6 respondents (8%) stated that the quality of HR services was good and customers were very satisfied. As many as 6 respondents (8%) stated that the quality of HR services was good and customers were satisfied, 36 respondents (51%) stated that the quality of HR services was good and customers were satisfied. So, it can be concluded that the better the quality of HR services at the Gudeg Mbok Mandeg Jogjakarta Restaurant, the more satisfied the customer will be. As for some suggestions that can be submitted to the Gudeg Mbok Mandeg Restaurant, they can provide a variety of other menus so that customers don't feel bored, restaurant HR can provide explanations to customers about the various food menus available and their prices as material for consideration for customers, home HR Makan Gudeg Mbok Mandeg Jogjakarta should maintain hospitality when there are many visitors at the same time. In addition, the author also provides suggestions so that in the restaurant you can hear the strains of music that are characteristic of "Javanese nuances (gamelan)" in order to add a more pleasant atmosphere for customers.
