Abstract

The current COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on accelerating the digital transformation of various sectors in Indonesia, one of which is the health sector. Hence, many mobile applications of smart healthcare service have been developed, which can be a solution for people to get better health services. The aim of the research is to evaluate the mobile application (SpeedId and SpeedQ) for smart healthcare service based on the user perspective and the characteristics of the mobile application. The research is an analytic observational study that contains five stages of research. There are 64 respondents in the research using a questionnaire as data collection tool. Then, through a literature review, seven variables are determined, and a research model is proposed. The evaluation of the mobile application characteristics includes the operating system and network availability as independent variables and response time, responsiveness, and interface accessibility as dependent variables. Meanwhile, evaluating user perspective consists of respondents’ gender and education as independent variables and duration and ease of use as dependent variables. From the mobile application characteristics, the results show that operating system and network availability do not significantly affect all dependent variables. From the user perspective, gender only significantly affects the duration variable. Meanwhile, education significantly impacts the duration and the ease of use.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in Indonesia, from basic education to university levels, must be carried out online. The main problem experienced by teachers in online teaching and learning activities is the lack of mastery of technology by teachers. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct mentoring and training programs to improve the ability of teachers to use technology to support online teaching and learning activities. For this reason, in this community service activity, training has been carried out which aims to provide knowledge to teachers to improve teacher competence using information technology. The method of implementing activities is through counseling and training. Activities have been evaluated using a questionnaire, the results achieved are 90.77% of teachers can use information technology to support online teaching and learning activities. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 kegiatan belajar mengajar di Indonesia, mulai dari tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga perguruan tinggi harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Permasalahan utama yang dialami oleh guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar daring adalah kurangnya penguasaan teknologi oleh guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan program pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam menggunakan teknologi guna mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar daring. Untuk itu, pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilakukan pelatihan yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Kegiatan telah dievaluasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner, hasil yang dicapai adalah 90.77% guru dapat menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar daring.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to improve public services is through the development of a digital village program, to make the village a development area that empowers people with information technology facilities. Guwang Village is one of the villages that is already connected to ICT but has not implemented a digital village program. The problems faced are (1) Limited knowledge in applying information technology to provide optimal public services, (2) Limited resources, and (3) Village officials do not have the knowledge and ability to implement the SID. Through this community service program the solutions provided are (1) Counseling about the application of information technology in providing public services, (2) Counseling about digital village programs and SID, (3) Application of digital villages through OpenSID and (4) Training and mentoring use of OpenSID in the form of the Guwang Village website. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge in providing public services by applying information technology. Methods of implementing community service activities with counseling and training. The results achieved, as many as 91% of participants understood the application of information technology in providing public services and as many as 84% understood about digital village programs and OpenSID.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik adalah melalui pengembangan program desa digital. Program desa digital merupakan program untuk menjadikan desa sebagai wilayah pembangunan yang memberdayakan masyarakat dengan sarana teknologi informasi. Desa Guwang yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Gianyar merupakan salah satu desa yang sudah terhubung dengan TIK namun belum menerapkan program desa digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Desa Guwang adalah (1)Keterbatasan pengetahuan perangkat desa dalam menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang optimal, (2)Keterbatasan sumber daya, serta (3)Perangkat desa belum memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menerapkan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID). Abstract

Petak Village has utilized technology in the form of a village information system. However, this has not provided maximum convenience, especially for the Petak Village community. This is caused by the lack of maximum utilization of the information system in terms of community needs related to village administration. The lack of public knowledge about how to utilize the information system and the lack of outreach, make these features not be used as they should. The public service most often needed by the community is regarding village administration in the form of a statement letter from the village administration. So far, people have had to come directly to the village office and then apply for the certificate. The process of submitting this letter can be made more concise if using technological assistance. The solutions offered to these problems are divided into two types of activities, namely training on the use of technology, especially web-based, in facilitating activities in the village and holding training on the use of technology that has been provided by Petak Village Apparatuses in terms of village administration services for the community. The initial activity that has been carried out is training regarding the use of technology in the form of healthy internet training, namely digital literacy for the people of Petak Village. Evaluation of activities was carried out at the end of the training and showed an increase in the knowledge of the trainees by 4.875. The second service activity is training in the use of village information systems in submitting letters. The results of the evaluation of community service activities are 51% of community service activities which are stated to be very good.

Abstract

SMKN 3 Sukawati is one of the State Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Gianyar Regency, Bali. The lessons given are adjusted to the SMK major taken. SMKN 3 Sukawati has competent teaching staff in their fields of study so that it is qualified and becomes one of the best SMK in Gianyar Regency. The SMKN 3 Sukawati library is good but has not been managed digitally, because IT staff have not specifically handled the library and the need for library staff to be trained in library management using information technology. In addition, the results of the interview found that teachers needed to improve their digital skills in terms of developing digital teaching materials. The solution offered is the implementation of an e-library in the form of installing a web-based library system, training in the use of the Web-Based Library System and training in the use of learning media using the Canva Application. The achievements of the community service outputs are in the form of installing a library system on the school's internal network, understanding of library staff regarding the function of the library system, and increasing teachers' knowledge of the use of digital learning media by 50% based on a comparison between pretest and posttest scores. Other outputs are in the form of appropriate technology and training modules.
