Abstract

May’s Kitchenette merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang usaha aneka kue. Usaha ini banyak dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha karena permintaan akan aneka kue tidak pernah surut, baik itu karena kebutuhan pada acara-acara formal maupun keagamaan. Banyaknya usaha kue membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Setiap usaha kue harus memiliki ciri khas atau keunggulan agar dapat menarik perhatian konsumen. Usaha kue May’s Kitchenette memiliki keunggulan karena beberapa kue yang diproduksi menggunakan bahan non-konvensional seperti ketan hitam, singkong, dan pisang. Namun, di balik keunggulannya tersebut, usaha ini mengemas kuenya tanpa menggunakan label sehingga produknya susah diingat oleh konsumen secara visual. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membantu pengelola usaha dalam merancang label dan banner sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode dan teori tentang desain kemasan sehingga dapat menciptakan desain label dan banner yang mampu menstimulasi nafsu makan konsumen dan memberi ingatan visual sehingga produk lebih mudah diingat.

Abstract

Sampah plastik merupakan permasalahan yang dialami oleh sebagian besar daerah untuk saat ini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan jumlah sampah plastik tidak mudah terurai sehingga terjadi penumpukan sampah plastik dan mencemari lingkungan. Salah satu cara menangani sampah plastik adalah dengan melakukan daur ulang. PT. Cipta Daur Ulang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan sampah plastik PET. Perusahaan ini mampu mengolah sampah plastik PET dalam skala besar. Namun, perusahaan ini terkendala oleh bahan baku yang masih sedikit. Perusahaan juga memiliki keterbatasan dalam penjualan hasil produksi. Selain itu, beberapa pasokan sampah plastik yang diterima oleh perusahaan belum terpilah dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat media promosi berupa website untuk memperkenalkan profil perusahaan kepada masyarakat secara umum. Website juga dilengkapi dengan fitur berita atau artikel untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya pemilahan sampah plastik sehingga memiliki nilai jual dan mampu menopang ekonomi keluarga. Website yang dibangun telah dikunjungi rata-rata sebanyak 677,3 pengunjung per bulan selama enam bulan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa website telah diakses, dengan harapan perusahaan lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat sehingga terjadi peningkatan pada pasokan sampah plastik dan penjualan hasil produksi.

Abstract

Pasca kegiatan PHP2D 2020, Tim Pelaksana UKM Himatography ITB STIKOM Bali melakukan monitoring terhadap Kelompok Tani Desa Pelaga. Kelompok Tani Desa Pelaga masih mengalami kesulitan dengan melakukan penjualan hasil tani melalui website e-commerce dan marketplace sehingga pemasaran melalui media online tersebut masih belum mencapai target yang diinginkan dan juga penempatan produk hasil tani yang masih terpusat mengakibatkan sulitnya pendistribusian produk kepada konsumen. Melalui kegiatan P3D 2021, Tim Pelaksana UKM Himatography ITB STIKOM Bali melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen website e-commerce dan marketplace yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kelompok tani dalam pemasaran produk melalui media online. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut yaitu meningkatnya engagement Instagram dan meningkatnya transaksi yang terjadi pada beberapa marketplace. Untuk mendukung pendistribusian produk dilakukan kerjasama dengan lembaga lokal yaitu Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Badung pada program Badung Go Tani serta Iwaka Mart untuk membuka booth pemasaran Plagro.id

Abstract

Kenkō is a home industry that produces organic almond milk. This business carries the theme of a healthy lifestyle and has a vision to participate in preserving the environment and nature. However, Kenkō still uses single-use plastic packaging to package its products. This is considered contradictory by its customers. In addition, business administration data which includes recording of production costs, turnover, sales transactions, and financial reports are still using notebooks. Therefore, this business has difficulty in making financial statements. This activity seeks and implements solutions to the partner's problems. The methods used in this activity include, among others, socialization, focus group discussions, providing packaging assistance and business management training. The packaging was replaced with glass bottles because it was considered more suitable for reuse and safe from harmful chemicals such as BPA. This activity also provides training on business administration data management using technology, namely MS Excel because it is considered capable of making financial reports easier. The results of this activity include the creation of new packaging in the form of BPA-free glass bottles and a new label design for the Kenkō home industry as well as the implementation of MS. Excel training activities to assist and simplify business administration management, as well as indirectly support the healthy lifestyle movement. and participate in preserving the environment and the natural surroundings. The follow-up activity planned for this partner is digital marketing and bringing their products to a digital platform, namely e-commerce.

Abstract

Sari Ne Lemon in East Denpasar is an UKM that is active in lemon cultivation. The lemon plantation owned by Sari Ne Lemon is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Although the lemon plantation is currently still in the village of Petang, the production and sales center is located in East Denpasar. Initially the results of the cultivation of lemon plantations were only in the form of lemons that had not undergone further processing. Currently, Sari Ne Lemon has developed lemon juice into packaged lemon juice. In its effort to develop lemon juice products, Sari Ne Lemon encountered difficulties in terms of packaging and marketing. The packaging owned by Sari Ne Lemon is still very simple, namely lemon juice is packaged and sold in plastic bottles. Therefore, the resulting product has not been able to compete in the industrial market. This service activity aims to find and implement solutions to the problems experienced by partners. Packaging that is only in the form of plastic bottles without labels will be changed into 2 types of packaging, namely labeled plastic bottle packaging and labeled plastic press glass packaging. With the activities of making branding and training on packaging of processed lemon juice products, it will produce products that have higher competitiveness and selling value. UKM Sari Ne Lemon has been helped by the successful development of their new product packaging through packaging design and implementation in 14 oz glass cups and small plastic bottles.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan sebuah wadah pengembangan potensi peserta didik dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter. Pada SMKN 1 Petang, terdapat sebuah ekstrakurikuler hidroponik, dimana ekstrakurikuler ini bertujuan untuk mendidik para siswa untuk dapat menghasilkan tanaman yang bebas hama, hasil yang lebih banyak, dapat dipanen kapan saja, serta bebas pestisida. Namun, semenjak pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda dunia, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini dihentikan secara sementara terkait instruksi pemerintah yang melarang adanya kegiatan yang menyebabkan kerumunan massa pengabdian ini menguslkan pembuatan sebuah website dan konten ajar yang menggunakan sosial media dirasa dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami oleh ekstrakurikuler ini. Pemanfaatan sebuah website yang khusus bagi ekstrakurikuler ini adalah sebagai media edukasi dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam mengkuti pembelajaran pada ekstrakurikuler ini. Pada pengabdian ini sosial media dirasa dapat mengadopsi prinsip menyenangkan dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini. Sosial media yang akan dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan konten ajar adalah Instagram dan Youtube. Pada pelatihan tahap I ini telah dilaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan konten ajar pada media sosial, para peserta sudah berhasil membuat konten ajar menggunakan video-video yang sebelumnya telah dimiliki lalu dijadukan konten pada media sosial masing-masing

Abstract

Photography is the art and production of images and light on a film or sensitized surface. It becomes a popular art as a hobby or for a living. Thus, many photography events are held such as photo exhibitions. The exhibition aims to show the work of art to the public or to promote the work so it can be profitable for the artist. One of the problems that arise from this photo exhibition is the need for the owner of the work or the event organizer to find out how many people have visited/seen a photo earnestly. This can be an indicator of public interest in the artwork. Counting manually is less effective to do considering the number of photos on display. Therefore, we need a tool that can be mass-produced at a relatively low cost to detect visitors to the photo site. The tool is based on a microcontroller (embedded system) which also uses the IoT concept. The tool is made using a NodeMCU microcontroller and PIR sensor. Based on the test results, the tool can count visitors with an accuracy rate of 82% and successfully displays information when visitors are detected and hides information when visitors leave the detection area.

Abstract

The waste problem is a problem that plagues the world. Various programs and methods have been carried out in processing waste. Until now, Bali has become the area with the most waste production in Indonesia, where every day the waste produced reaches 4,281 tons or in other words 1.5 million tons per year. In early 2021, a campaign on the separation of organic and non-organic waste has been initiated in several districts/cities in the province of Bali. The next problem is that people do not know how to process organic waste other than being compost for plants. Black Soldier Fly (BSF) or black soldier fly is an order of diptera whose physical characteristics are similar to wasps. BSF itself has an average life cycle from egg to adult of 45 days. Where the main consumption of BSF itself is organic waste. In Pelaga village, Petang sub-district, Badung district, there is an effort to breed BSF. Where in this effort, it can produce no less than 100 kg of BSF larvae within 15-20 days. The problems encountered by these entrepreneurs are often difficult to predict the amount of BSF larvae production, because around the area there are quite a lot of catfish and chicken farmers who need BSF larvae as feed. The use of linear regression method can overcome these problems. The results obtained between the application of this method include the accuracy value which reaches 62.5% for prediction of sales and 32.5% for prediction of production.

Abstract

Pelaga Village offers tourist attractions complete with their ecology. Pelaga Village has a large and diverse horticultural farm ranging from vegetables, flowers, and fruit. Pelaga Village has a Farmers Group called Pelaga Green Fresh with members spread throughout the Pelaga Village hamlets. Each member has a well-managed garden with the production of vegetable and fruit commodities. This potential makes Pelaga Village suitable as an agro-tourism location which is also one of the leading programs in the Pelaga Village RPJMDes. However, the Green Fresh Pelaga Farmer Group has not realized the potential of this agro-tourism due to a lack of knowledge and lack of information media to introduce the potential of this village. Therefore, branding and information media are needed so that the agro-tourism potential of Pelaga Village can be recognized by more people so that it can improve the welfare of the local community. In addition to using information media, the Green Fresh Pelaga Farmer Group also needs knowledge on how to brand and use this information media. This activity is carried out by creating information media in the form of a Virtual Tour which includes a garden atmosphere and agro-tourism video content. In addition, training was conducted on using the virtual tour website and socialization as well as training on Agro-tourism branding in the Pelaga village area, especially for the Pelaga Green Fresh Farmer Group. This is done to make the potential of Pelaga village more accessible and farmers understand about agro-tourism branding. Based on the results of the activity, members of the farmer groups have been able to understand the use of brands in the implementation of their products. In addition, the members of the Green Fresh farmer group also have a virtual tour website and are able to master the management of the virtual tour website.

Abstract

Pada desa Pempatan kecamatan Rendang kabupaten Karangasem terdapat sebuah Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) yang memiliki usaha dalam budidaya madu trigona Madu yang dihasilkan hanya berkisar 2 botol ukuran 600ml tiap panen atau 3 bulan sekali. Hal tersebut tentu masih sangat jauh dari permintaan yang mencapai 5 botol tiap bulan. Setelah dianalisis ternyata pakan yang kurang variatif dan sedikit menjadi penyebab dari kurangnya produksi dari madu trigona di daerah tersebut. Penerapan Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) dalam penentuan jenis pakan dirasa dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ditemui oleh Kelompok Tani Hutan tersebut. Model MADM yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kombinasi dari metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Weighted Product (WP). Penggunaan AHP ditujukan dalam menentukan bobot dalam setiap kriterianya, dan metode WP akan digunakan dalam proses penentuan jenis pakan yang menjadi permasalahan pada penelitian ini penggunaan model MADM dengan kombinasi metode AHP dan WP menghasilkan peningkatan produksi pada bulan ke 6 sebesar 7% dan pada bulan ke 9 telah meningkat sebesar 17%.
