Abstract

Fitoestrogen suatu senyawa yang banyak ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar dan diketahui dapat mengacaukan keseimbangan sistem hormon binatang maupun manusiaFitoestrogen dapat terakumulasi dalam tubuh, secara prinsip untuk penggunaan fitofarmaka secara luas, memerlukan uji praklinik untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanannya secara pasti. Toksisitas merupakan sifat bawaan suatu zat, bentuk dan tingkat manifestasi toksiknya pada suatu organisme, faktor yang nyata adalah dosis dan lamanya paparan senyawa pada organ. Umbi bengkuang segar (Pachyrhizus erosus) yang mengandung fitoestrogen agar dapat digunakan secara aman, efektif dan efisien, maka diperlukan uji praklinis dengan melakukan analisis toksisitas fitoestrogen, untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanannya secara pasti. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan toksisitas fitoestrogen, pada daidzein dan air perasan umbi bengkuang (Pachyrhizus erosus). Rancangan penelitian eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil uji statisik dengan menggunakana T-test Pairs,  menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan nyata jumlah sel nekrosis tubulus dan glomerulus, dengan perlakuan pemberian daidzein sintetis dan air perasan umbi bengkuang (Pachyrhizus erosus). Sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa fitoestrogen umbi bengkuang(Pachyrhizus erosus) tidak bersifat toksik.

Abstract

The development of rapid information technology makes learners freed in obtaining teaching materials. One of them is a web-based teaching materials. The purpose of the research is to produce a web-based teaching materials on the subjects of Environmental Sciences to enhance student motivation Budi Utomo Malang Teachers' Training College. Development of teaching materials based website using ADDIE models. Development research was conducted from April to December 2015. Based on the results of validation material obtained from the value of 80% and the media expert validation and design to get the value of 93.75% and 83.33%, it means that the teaching materials developed have been fit for use as an ingredient supportingteaching Environmental Science course, but still be revised on the advice and comments from experts as well as students. Web-based teaching materials have been developed and tested on students can create and enhance motivation sebesar 85,75.%.

Abstract

Program society partnership is training abon's makings banana skin at Regency Tulungagung aims to give science and training makes a new innovation product namely abon banana skin in order to develop Regency citizen effort Tulungagung that not only utilize its banana only. At chooses two flaky producer partners bananas at Regency Tulungagung to been given training abon's makings that gets banana skin raw product. Two elected partner gets location at Kauman and Boyolangu. Two this effort partner did not utilize its banana skin eventually well-nigh every day making banana so banana skin flaky piles. By this program, given by science newing to that society banana skin can be utilized as a product that valuably namely abon banana skin. Reasonable banana skin to be made food product because banana skin has goodly nutrient content lovely. Abon reasonably to been kept up because top abon that than so long without bahna preservative and is liked by all society circle. Society devotion program this executed beginning month of February 2018. Via test-driving activity sort recipe and discussion with partner therefore at finds recipe to make abon banana skin who can get long-lasting, having a real treat, pretty color, and texture that nicely corresponds to banana skin type that is at partner effort place. Activity on programs it to get positive comment of Tulungagung's Regency citizen. They really enjoy following this activity.

Abstract

In 2022, cases of covid-19 in Indonesia have decreased compared to 2021. This has led to a loosening of rules related to social activities so that it has an impact on practising badminton. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation to train East Java badminton athletes in 2021 and 2022. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were badminton athletes, both male and female, who were included in the age group of teenagers, cadets and adults who were in 10 badminton clubs in 9 districts/cities in East Java Province. The research instrument used a motivational questionnaire that was validated by expert judgements with a total of 19 questions and 6 questions about the frequency, intensity, and duration of exercise. Data collection was carried out 2 times in June 2021 and March 2022 using an online google form. Data analysis used descriptive tests and paired t-tests using SPSS 20 software. The results showed that the motivation to train East Java badminton athletes was dominant in the moderate category with a percentage of 47.06% in 2021 and a percentage of 38.82% in 2022. The results of the t-test Pairs also show that there is a significant difference in motivation to train East Java badminton athletes between 2021 and 2022 on all indicators. The conclusion is that the motivation to train East Java badminton athletes in 2022 is better than in 2021.
